Looking after Jasper and Lulu was a terrific experience! Susie and Johnny were wonderful to work with- it was an honour to look after their beautiful property and adorable pets. Taking Jasper for walks out among the beautiful nature of Brookfield was a highlight. Great guest room facilities and consistent, accessible communication with Susie while they were away.
Midnight and Nighshade are lovely cats to look after, they are really sweet-natured and easy-going. You can tell they love human company and would usually hang out with me in whichever room I was in, or snuggle up for a cuddle and enjoy being made a fuss of. They have great personalities too and kept me entertained by doing funny little things. Yianni is a fantastic host. He made me feel right at home and comfortable from the moment I was there and throughout my stay, and was always easy to get hold of. The building staff were super friendly and always helpful too. The apartment is gorgeous and was a nice peaceful place to spend time, but also a perfect spot to access all New York has to offer. I would highly recommend this housesit and anyone who gets to do it is very lucky. I had the trip of a lifetime and miss Nightshade and Midnight already! Thanks so much for having me :)
I had the BEST time taking care of Daisy and Dwight 😍 Jenn and Joel welcomed me to their home before they left and made sure I felt at home right from the start. Communication was superb before and during the sit. Instructions were clear and easy. Their home is beautiful and extremely cozy, it’s a cat paradise. One can feel a loving atmosphere all over the place. Dwight was easy going from the start, Daisy needed a day or two to warm up to me, but that being done she was a cuddly and talkative lady ♥️ Managing them both was way easier than I imagined, as they are being kept separately. Daisy has a very strong opinion about other cats in her territory 🙈 I miss them already and hope to see them again!
Robert & I thoroughly enjoyed this house sit. Leading up to it we had good communication with Pat which was very helpful because it made us feel at ease when we met her. Pat was very informative regarding the care of the animals & any medication that was necessary. She took us on a walk that the dogs were used to, very useful in keeping them to their normal routine while she was away. We very quickly got to know the personality of all 4 dogs & Zibadee the cat who has established her own particular way of being part of a doggie household. Cosmos, a gentle giant, Molly, the Springer Spaniel with her beautiful brown eyes that says love me, Winston, the pug, that just does his own thing & Crunchie, timid & shy and generally keeps to herself. Zibadee the cat, gets on with her life and moulds into the background until she wants food then she can meow louder than a dog barks. She is happier at night if she can sleep on your bed. Quite a household of mixed personalities but happily together in perfect harmony. We were so fortunate to have had beautiful hot October weather so we were able to sit on the lovely patio and enjoy the far reaching views. Thank you Pat, for the goodies, they were a real treat. Clementine and Haydon were very open, honest and clear with expectations and communication. The house is very comfortable, has gorgeous views and great gym facilities. It's close to a shop, bakery and a few restaurants in the local area, also venturing into Limassol is not far. You definitely need a car and then everything including the beach is only less than 10 mins drive. Carter was a lot of fun and easy to look after. He's out most of the day until he wants some food or a cuddle. It's amusing that he knows whats on the menu and goes to the appropriate cupboard to tell you what treat he would like. In the evening he'll cosy up on the couch for lots of cuddles. We had a great time looking after Carter and enjoying this region of Cyprus. We would definitely visit again.
I had a great time with Tofino and Darley 🥰 they both welcomed me when I came over and were very curious and playful. Tofino was entertaining me the whole weekend and really enjoyed snuggling underneath a blanket next to me. Darley is a cutie pie that absolutely loved brushing. Hannah was super organised and very thorough with instructions and details essential for my sit and I always felt like I could reach her and Kyle. I’d love to have had more time with the boys and I’d love to come back for another sit in the future.

Our rescue dog Rufus has been going to Sylvias for walks and the occasional daytime/overnight stay for around 6 months now and he is still beyond excited to see her every week. Harley was a very young quite nervous pup when she started with Sylvia so we were a little apprehensive, however, Sylvia couldn't have taken better care of her. Harley was beyond excited every time we'd drop her off and Sylvia was always flexible and communicative if we had last minute requests or changes in schedule. Would highly recommend.

Aurora is absolutely amazing. She came over to meet my cat, Pigeon, before taking on the job to make sure they both got on and she knew where everything was. Then, she was super thorough and asked for lots of details about Pigeon and her health and who our vets were etc. incase of any issues when she was cat sitting. This was massively appreciated and let me know Aurora was an amazing choice as cat-sitter! I got pictures of pigeon when I was away so I knew everything was okay and I felt so reassured the whole time which meant I could really enjoy myself. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aurora for cat-sitting again, and can't recommend others do the same!! And see attached for some lovely pics of Pigeon and Aurora!
Aurora took really good care of my Penelope (cat) when I had to go away urgently. They got on instantly so I knew she would be in great company. I received an update and photos everyday which was a great part of the service and Aurora kept me updated on anything else that occurred during the 2 weeks. I could not be happier with the service and I know Penelope was really looked after. I will definitely be using Aurora's services in the future and will recommend to family and friends.
Our cockapoo has been going to Aurora since April 2021 (when he was about 14 weeks old) for daycare 2-3 times a week and overnights, and he couldn’t be happier! Aurora, Diego and her dogs are his second family - they’ve taken such good care of him, I really don’t know what we would do without her. Even since we moved out of the area last month, we still send him for overnights because it’s such a comfort to know he’s somewhere where he’s loved and looked after. We have also sent him for longer periods when we have been away on holiday and she’s been great. She is always very reliable, communicative and really knows how to take care of animals. Do not hesitate to book, but be warned, your dog may have a new favourite!

I don’t even know where to begin with this review, and I absolutely have nothing but the best things to say about this team. First and foremost, the team at Capital are some of the kindest, and caring people I have ever met. They take such good care of the dogs, as if they were their own. Secondly, they know the attention to detail and level of updates owners want when their dogs are at their location. They send the most detailed updates, and what arguably are some of the best pictures I have of my puppy. They go above and beyond to help if you’re not home, and make sure your dog is settled in and fed if needed. And lastly is the price, to say its value for money would be an understatement. Highly recommend Capital Dog Care. My spaniel goes 2 days a week. She was really timid and unsure to start with but the lovely patient staff encouraged her and have let her settle in at her own pace. She loves Liam and Jake and is now hanging out with the big dogs in the field and having a blast! Great communication regarding pick up times and how she was settling and lovely photos every day. The best doggy day care out there!! Our dog Maple has the best time at Capital Dog Care, her tail starts wagging with excitement when she recognises the pick up van. We know she’s very happy and very looked after with them. Capital have a super flexible and easy to use booking system. Communication is always great! We’re so happy we found the perfect place for Maple to play with her buddies when we can’t give her the exercise she needs. And the photos they send throughout the day are the cutest!
Capital Dog Care has surpassed our expectations for the care of our 6 month old puppy. We were recommended on a walk by another dog owner who raved about their service. From the beginning their communication has put us at ease and made us feel comfortable. The team has been so lovely and flexible. The group chat with all team members and photo updates make our day knowing she’s well taken care of. Our girl comes back exhausted but so happy from her big day out. We’re so happy that we found Capital Dog Care. They’re the best doggy daycare we’ve experienced so far - friendly people, easy booking system, safe play environment in the countryside and great communication throughout the day. If I could give them 10 stars I would! We used Capital Dogs for two years before moving house and sadly leaving. The team are incredibly professional, caring, flexible and always quick and to communicate/respond. Most importantly they are first aid trained and extremely tentative. If our pup ever felt unwell or had an accident they were quick to notice and get in touch. Nero loved going to daycare and will sorely miss the facilities and team! ❤️
We couldn’t love Capital Dog Care more and are thrilled to have found somewhere so wonderful to send our dog. She’s been going once a week for over 6 months and just has the happiest time, coming home tired and full of joy having frolicked to her heart’s content. It’s the perfect antidote to London living. Our pup Rafi is so well taken care of with Hounds of Hackney. When the time comes to leave for daycare, he is bursting with excitement and the photos and videos shared throughout the day show how much love and care is given to the dogs over the course of the day. He comes home pooped every day! The team have always been super responsive and flexible. We started with dog walking, but it was an easy decision to move to day care and they even handle his grooming. All around great service and I would strongly recommend them.
I take my dog Graham here every few weeks for a spa day where he always is brushed and washed and returned to me fluffy as ever! He absolutely loves them, pulls me all the way there every time. Here he is after his last groom, literally glowing in the sun at Hackney Downs. So grateful they are so close by to keep him cute and happy.
Hounds of Hackney has honestly changed my life for the better!! So kind, patient and caring they have really built my rescue dog' confidence up. She Loves them!! We took our 8 month old cockapoo puppy, Claude for his first puppy groom. He looks absolutely amazing - lovely haircut, very soft, and smells lovely. Will definitely return and would recommend.
Top doggie day care in London! My dog goes to them over 3 years since he was a puppy and absolutely loves them (they love him back too). They always give a great care to each one and I can tell from my dog coming back home exhausted but very happy. As an owner, I’m very lucky to find them and secure a weekly spot, they are essential to my life and of course my dog’s life☺️
My recently adopted rescue dog has started going to Hounds of Hackney a couple of times a week. They’ve been really flexible and accommodating as she has some anxiety and is a bit of a timid thing. They seem to love the dogs they look after and share lots of update photos and videos. Would definitely recommend. They do a great Wash & Go too! 🐶

Trixie has been attending George and Friends for almost 2 years now. She's 13 so they usually take her out with the little doggies because she can't run as much. They are so great with her. Every Wednesday she gets so excited on pick up. When she gets home, she's exhausted from all the adventures she's had. Jess is amazing with her and Paul loves her as if she was his own dog:) We couldn't be happier with the care and love they provide her. This is the best doggy day care.

Our pup attended for about a year - & safe to say that the staff at G&F are amongst his favourite humans ever! We always knew he would be well looked after, and get lots of exercise and all important rest time too - quite difficult at first for our bouncy sprollie. Our dog has attended George and Friends for just under two years so unlike some of the comments below, this is actually a genuine review....! Paul and his team are fantastic and genuinely care for all the dogs entrusted to them. They are incredibly prompt, very communicative and totally trust worthy. Our dog is totally wild with excitement when she hears the doorbell go and belts out of the door the second Paul arrives. The licks and tail wags say it all - there is no place she would rather be going to (and we don’t blame her - what other daycare hosts birthday parties and has Christmas meals....!). We have tried other daycares and moved because we were not satisfied but our experience with George and Friends has always been positive and one we would have no concerns about recommending to anyone considering putting their precious pups into daycare!
Our cockapoo Bruno (now 4 years old) has been going to George and Friends since he was a little pup. Paul and his team are simply amazing and very passionate about their job. The studio is very clean, the group of dogs is small, the pick up and drop off service is flexible, they do plenty of amazing walks in green spaces but most importantly Bruno has so much fun and genuinely loves being with them. It's like another family for our pup. We could not recommend them more.
Found Paws Galore online and sent an enquiry. From the first email response Kacey and the team have been fantastic. Very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We had Jenny as our cat sitter for our two elderly (16&17 yo) cats. Jenny took time to understand their routines and needs. One of our cats has hypothyroid and Jenny was great at making sure our cat took her tablets and ensuring they had play time and strokes both morning and evening. I felt relaxed while we were away and I would recommend this company. Jenny also sent regular pics and updates and our cats seemed super happy in her care. Thank you team! I’m hugely grateful to Kacey and Brenda who looked after our cat over the summer for 2 weeks. This was the first time we’d used a cat sitter; we thought it was a better option for him to stay at home than to go to a cattery. Kacey’s service and prompt and organised; She found a sitter quickly and the booking process is very easy to follow. Brenda is a conscientious cat sitter, who did an amazing job looking after our cat, particularly as it was a lot of work getting him to eat for the first few days. She was very solutions oriented. Brenda kept us updated with texts and images so we knew he was safe, which meant we could get on and enjoy the holiday. By the end Brenda was his best friend and we came home to healthy and very loved little cat. Thank you Brenda!
We had a very good experience with Paws Galore. Brenda, our cat sitter, looked well after Artù. She took good care of him and sent many updates to us. We really appreciated when she managed to go last minute even if it was not planned in advance! Super happy with the service :)
Excellent service! Kacey is very accommodating and managed to even get me a last minute sitter. The sitters are great and friendly. I’ve had Aidan, Michelle and Becky. They were all lovely and took care of my puppy. I highly recommend Paws Galore pet sitters!

I recommend! Lila came to care for my cat 2x a day for a few days while I was on a work trip, she sent me updates and pictures. When I came back my cat seemed happy (whereas previously she would be grumpy if I left her alone overnight..)
I needed a cat sitter pretty last minute because my usual company dropped the ball. I called Paws Galore thinking it would be the first of several calls to find an available pet sitter. I spoke to Kacey and she was very nice and understanding straight away. She assured me she could find a cat sitter and made me feel at ease. Within a few hours, I had a sitter assigned. The cat sitter contacted us quickly and was very communicative from then on. She made arrangements to come get the keys and meet our cats the next day. We took out trip and the sitter sent photos and detailed messages each day. She really went above and beyond when she came to visit the cats. She was really great! I am so glad that I found Paws Galore. I feel much more secure about leaving my cats with Paws Galore after one time than I did with the other company after years of using them. I've used Pets Galore now a couple of times and have had a great experience both times. My cats are fairly timid around new people and so I was apprehensive about leaving them in a total strangers' hands, but Kacey couldn't have been more supportive and understanding - especially since I had been let down very last minute by another company whose service was clearly 2nd rate. I was paired with Michelle, who as soon as I met her, made me feel much more relaxed. Her natural calmness and chilled demeanour clearly filtered down to the cats and I could see through my daily updates that they were perfectly happy - meaning I was also happy whilst on holiday! Great service from Kacey and the team in arranging dog sitting for Arlo and Indy at our hotel in London (shout out also to Montague on the Gardens). Lee our sitter was great arriving in good time to hand over our two Goldies and had no issue staying on later than planned when we had tube difficulties getting back from the O2. Highly recommend them.

Penny has been going to Hackney Hounds since she was a pup and she's absolutely loved it from day one. You leave your dog with Camille and the team knowing not only they'll be in safe hands, but they're genuinely loved and cared for as if they were one of their own. Penny is always so excited to see Cammy and the team - it's a really special thing and I wouldn't leave her anywhere else.
Alfie has been going to Hackney Hounds for over a year starting as a puppy and now as an adventure pup. We only have to mention Camille’s name and he gets excited. He can’t wait to get there and runs in without a backward glance. Camille gets to know each pup individually and Alfie has grown from a shy puppy to a confident, sociable, happy and friendly dog and gets compliments on his manners and behaviour. As an older pup they all get taken to a different open park, forest or heath each time for an outdoor adventure, running as a pack, and possibly swimming. On return they have the run of the beautiful garden and indoor area and more play with all the many toys. We can follow his day on Instagram with the many videos and photos taken. Alfie returns home contented, tired and very very happy.
We’re bringing Pippo twice a week to Camille and he absolutely loves it! He changed during that time a lot and is so much more relaxed. Everybody at Hackney Hounds is just amazing and super carrying. He actually can’t wait to get out on the days he’s spending with Camille and the team. I can just absolutely recommend the service and I can say that I’m super glad that I found them. Flexibility and the extra services (see photo below) are just amazing. I love to have a look at their Insta stories when I’m about to fall asleep in boring meetings. Tried some other services but this one is out of this world!!!
Taco loves Hackney Hounds! Cammy provides an amazing experience for the dogs: she takes them all around London to explore new areas, engages and develops them through fun games and activities, helps them play well together and generally become model dog citizens! Our first grooming experience in London and it couldn't have been better! Cammy is clearly a dog lover and our maltipoo Max was actually sad to leave when we picked him up. She took the time to get out his mats and communicated with us every step of the way. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Cammy!
Cammy is just amazing! We have put our little cockerpoo puppy into her playgroup twice a week and the positive changes we have seen in him as a result are incredible; He is more sociable, independent, well behaved and settled, plus he came home house trained one day! He comes home so happy and tired after hanging out with his puppy mates all day and from the longs walks and attention that Cammy gives to each individual dog. Cammy thinks of all the small details - from regular updates on WhatsApp of how Arthur is getting along on that day, to sending him home of his last day pre-Christmas with a homemade card for us and a bone for him! Cammy also grooms Arthur for us, which is no easy task considering he is a very wiggly 5month old! But she does a brilliant job and knows exactly how to groom his luscious but unruly locks!! :) We simply cannot recommend Cammy and Hackney Hounds highly enough!

I have been taking my puppy to puppy playground since he was old enough to go - and he absolutely loves it - racing to the door upon arrival every single time. I love the care that goes into the programs, whether it be Puppy Playground or Adventure Pups. My pup Pochi absolutely loves her day at Adventure Pups! She started in the puppy group and thanks to the wonderful guidance from the HH team made huge progress with her recall and has learned how to play properly with other pups. I also love all the updates we get during the day. I'm not sure what we would do without HH – thank you!
When we got our precious puppy we knew the day might come where we’d be back in the office and have to have some help looking after her - we decided to trust our little one to the care of Cammy & Team at Hackney Hounds and what an AMAZING decision that was! She started in their amazing puppy playgroup and then graduated to Adventure pups! She absolutely loves going to Hackney Hounds and drags us all the way there every week for her day playing in the group! We also get the most incredible Instagram updates from the team each day she’s there so we know she’s safe and happy on her adventures. The play, care and attention she gets at Hackney House is unmatched and we’re so grateful for all the love she’s given. Would 1000% recommend to anyone considering. Thank you Cammy! X
Ozzy absolutely loves his Hackney Hounds days! He’s been going since 14 weeks, and the progression from puppy playgroup to adventure pups has been great. Cammy and her crew truly love each and every pup and treat them like their own, and the focus on learning puppy skills is really unique to their set up. I know that when we drop Ozzy off with Cammy, he is safe, happy, and will come home exhausted! Even though it’s a bit of a travel for us to get there, we keep going back to HH as it’s just such a great little community and it means our city pup gets to explore the great outdoors!
