Lola is a very sweet dog and very popular in her building. I loved the attention she gets around the building and getting to know everyone when I took her out 4/5 times daily enriched my experience. She appreciates the special care and loves to be taken in her pram to the dog park where she can run around. The pool is a great amenity and I often had it to myself in the afternoon. The location of the building is fantastic. So close to transportation including the river taxis. Vendors of vegetables and fruits come to the street frequently and there’s a good market nearby. Loads of restaurants and coffee spots too, including some that welcome lovely dogs like Lola. Amanda and Luis are terrific and made my stay very enjoyable. Easy to contact and responsive to my needs. They went out of their way to welcome me and help me whenever I needed it. You can tell they are well loved in their community by all the enthusiasm I was met with anytime someone saw me with Lola. You couldn’t sit for nicer people.
Patsy and David are a very kind couple who have a beautiful home in a lovely part of France. So much so that we spent most of our time there at the house enjoying the peaceful surroundings and cooling down in the pool. Rosie and Casey are two very sweet and calm labradoodles who love their morning coastal walks. They are very affectionate and love snuggling up with you at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with them and hope to have a return visit soon. A highly recommended sit.
We had a fantastic week in Hampton Wick looking after gorgeous Bernie in Sarah and family's beautiful house. Bernie was so well behaved on our long walks in nearby Bushy Park and along the Thames. The house is in a great location with lots of great walks nearby. Train station is just round the corner so very easy to get into central London if needed. Kingston is also just over the bridge with plenty of shops and restaurants. Thanks Sarah and family for having us for our first house sit, we loved it!
This sit was an exceptionally joyful experience. Paxton, Howie, and Kaiser were remarkable. As I walked in, they greeted me like an old friend. Michelle trained them very well to trust strangers and they are able to reveal their lovely personalities quite quickly. By day two they were all sleeping next to or in my bed. The apartment is spacious and luxurious and in a superb location (the views from the 20th floor are stunning). The cats love to hang out at the veranda with you! Michelle and I communicated every day and it was such a treat to be able to stay in her environment. Thank you!
What a wonderful few days in Julia and Marks family home. A beautiful location in a village in the Cotswolds with Tulla, Otter and Minnow to keep us company. The two labs, Tulla & Otter are just lovely, full of enthusiasm, boundless energy and very obedient. What Minnow lacks in size she makes up for with personality … and then some. What a fab trio. The house is set in the most delightful country side with plenty of walks right from the garden gate. In the village there is a fabulous pub just across the green - the Norman Knight (make sure you book in advance), Straw Kitchen is also walkable, jump in the car and pop to The Distillery or just sit and enjoy the garden :) Pre-sit communication was very clear and Julia and Marko made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was very comfortable with lovely views over the Cotswold country side. The long weekend flew by and we both wished it had been a longer stay, perhaps next time :)
This was a lovely sit. Skye is a sweet old girl with plenty of energy and love to spare. She enjoys her walks and loves company. Stacey and Curtis welcomed me with smiles and left clear instructions for Skye, which made her care pretty easy. Their home is clean, modern, and close to many sites, which provided an ideal home base for a mini vacay in Kingston. Thank you for welcoming me into your home and happy place. Recommended sit!

Lovely lady, gave us an update on our pets and cared for them whilst we were away. As well as sheltered accommodation for them they also had outside play in better weather.

We always used Fiona’s pet homing services when we lived locally. We have since moved 250 miles away to Kent and yet we couldn’t think of using anyone else so we have a 10 hour round trip to take our little dog to stay with her when we go away. Having witnessed Fiona for over 20 years take care of, love and tend to animals in her care has been magical. She is a genuine animal expert and her love of animals is beautiful. Having read about the recent loss of a dog in her care is heartbreaking and I know that Fiona will be just as devastated as the owners and will have done everything in her power to find him. To attack her and to get others to attack her with fake reviews is not acceptable and the reviews are absolutely not a reflection of her professionalism, her friendliness, her total dedication to animal welfare and overall love of animals. Toot will be back on her holidays again soon and we will remain totally confident and settled for her care.
I started using Fiona for pet sitting 14 years ago when a friend recommended her to me. I can honestly say I haven’t regretted it. My dog settles so well with her and I can go on holiday or to events knowing my dog is in safe hands. I get reports, pics and updates on how he is doing. She is dedicated to pets and will treat them as her own. She is knowledgable to a dogs needs and is trustworthy. Yes it may be cheaper to place your dog in kennels but with Fiona you get that personal touch. Highly recommend
My wife and I have used Fiona's Pet Sitting Services for over 25 years to care for 3 of our dogs over that time and wouldn't use anyone else. In fact we always check with Fiona if she can have them on the dates we are planning to be away otherwise we don't go! The dogs have always been happy to go there (more so than to come home!) and drag us down the path to get in her house. Over the years I have seen her modify her house to accommodate the dogs needs, rather than her own, and also buy extra garden to ensure they have lots of outside space to run in. Fiona always takes thorough details of the dogs needs/medications/behaviours to ensure they are cared for to the highest standard. Not all my dogs have been easy, our latest addition to our canine family is very nervous and does not take to new people or environments easily, but within 24 hours of being in Fiona's care he was sitting on her lap and feeling very much at home. She completely spoils the dogs with home cooked chicken and mince and can get even the fussiest of eaters polishing off their dishes. We get regular updates with photos and texts which is a great comfort when you miss your dogs as much as we do when we are away from them. We would highly recommend her services to anyone.
Fiona has been looking after our cat for several years. She is totally trustworthy and completely reliable. When we are away Fiona keeps us updated and we love that she does little extras like putting the bin out and watering the plants. I would absolutely reccomended Fiona. Great service. 100 % satisfied

Our last two dogs have always stayed with Fiona for their holidays. They love it, they can’t wait to get there, they get lots treats and it’s home from home. Fiona always follows our request to walk our dog on a lead. Her premises are clean and secure.
Fiona has been looking after our dogs for the past 13 years, we wouldn’t take them anywhere else, we’ve never had any problems so can only speak positively about the service she provides. Our last dog was fine off lead but our current dog is not and we made sure that Fiona was aware of this. Such a shame she’s had this negative feedback as it’s really not deserved.
Fiona is a lovely lady, who has taken great care of our dog for us when we have been away, providing a home from home. And the best bit is knowing just how much our dog adores her- makes going away much easier- highly recommend!
Myself and my daughter have been using Fiona since our dogs were puppies, sometimes 2 or 3 times a year and her house is like a second home for them. I like that she always gives new “guests” an interview to check that they can get along with each other and she sends photos to us so that we know they are fine. They get regular exercise and home cooked food as well as their usual fare so they are quite spoiled 😄
Rob at BobbyTs is the consummate professional - it is very easy and a real pleasure to work with him. He is very friendly and Rusty - the lab - loves him!. He is also very flexible which helps me a lot given my travelling for work.
Rob was great from start to finish. He was really friendly and very professional and I was made to feel at ease straight away. He was great with my dog during the meet and greet, and it was nice to have a report and photos once the walk was done. Just returned from a 2 week holiday abroad and used Bobby Ts pet care for our two cats. Rob was very helpful on the meet and greet visit and made effort to get to know our cats .He kept us up to date every day with photos etc. he did a fantastic job with their care in every way and they were healthy and happy on our return. This was the first time that we have used a pet care service to look after our dog, Rob was fantastic at the meet and greet, really making an effort to make sure that the introduction was a positive experience for Polly in preparation for the scheduled visits. Rob & T did a wonderful job taking care of my cat Hilly while I was away from home & I'm very happy with the service provided. Daily pics and updates were sent via WhatsApp & I felt very reassured she was doing well & in the best of care. My cat can be very shy with new people, but seemed to warm up very quickly to Rob & T who made sure she had ample love, fuss & treats during visits, along with food, water & litter changed. Myself and my wife definitely recommend bobbyTs pet care! Our lively, bubbly 3 year old Labrador adore them and when they take him out for walks we are both so reassured that he is looked after well and most important has so much fun! It only took a few days for our dog to get used to rob and T and since then on he gets so excited when he sees them. BobbyTs pet care are so reliable, caring and they will never let us down even if at short notice! We are so relieved that we have rob and T to take our dog for walks, it really does make things easier for myself and my wife as we both work full time. Prices are really reasonable too!

Rob's the friendliest and nicest bloke who's always happy to see our poodle (Ford), even when he's decided he's going to be difficult today. Ford gets more excited when he sees Rob out the window than anyone else and comes back super happy and only sometimes muddy. Would recommend to anyone that feels like their dog needs (or wants) a little more outdoor time.
We have not had a holiday away together from our two dogs since we first got them 6 years ago so we were really unsure about contacting a dog walker. As my elderly mother couldn't walk the dogs we had no choice if we wanted our 4 day break in devon. I do have to say our experience of dealing with Robert and Tina was absolutely brilliant. Robert was so helpful he went out of his way to organise a meet and greet to put our minds at rest as our dogs took to them right away. My mum tells me that that they were absolutely brilliant with the dogs who were always excited to see them. Even a few of our neighbours have gone out of their way to comment how pleasant and caring towards our dogs they were. After such a positive experience we wouldn't hesitate to contact Robert again. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Craig and Nicki looked after my boy while myself and his dad got married. I chose them as I knew Chip wouldn’t cope at a kennels as he loves company and is a big baby and wanted somewhere that would treat him like he was theirs. Our Corgi Rory really enjoyed his stay with Craig, Nikki and Crew!! He was with them for 2 weeks whilst we were away, we got pictures everyday of him having the time of his life, regular updates. Fortunately there were no issues and he didn’t get up to much mischief but I know they’d have updated us straight away. Very reasonably priced and the knackered corgi is 100% worth it. Cannot recommend enough will certainly be back!
A place where they go beyond caring for your dogo. Gorgo had learn how to interact with other dogs, how to sleep with other dogs (not in bed with hoomans), how to play nicely. She is howling from excitement when we take her over in the morning, and then passes out when we pick her up in the evening (considering she is a malinois you can only imagine how much of work Craig and Nikky put into daily entertainment to get her tired 😉 ).
We left our dog, Lupo, with Nicki and Craig while we went on holiday. This was the first time we have left him and we were obviously worried about how he’d be. We shouldn’t have been at all, he had a fantastic time and made lots of new pup friends and we had regular updates from both Nicki and Craig with how he was doing whist we were away. When we go away again Lupo will be back!
We had Sammy only a few months before covid and the first lockdown so he's never been left which made us quite worried about leaving him as we were off on holiday for 5 weeks. Happily we came across Craig and Nikki and we knew they would take excellent care of him. It was obvious from the numerous photos and videos that they sent us that he was having a great time running around and playing with other dogs which took away our worries so that we could enjoy our holiday all the more. So it was a happy and relaxed (not to mention fitter) little dog that we picked up at the end of it. The care and attention that he had was worth every penny. He will definitely not be going to anybody else in the future!!!
We have used Home2Home4Dogs on several occasions from single day/overnight care through to full holiday sitting. The best test for us is when Teddy literally jumps out of the car to pull us to Nicki’s and Craig’s door. He loves his time there and we feel fully comfortable when we need to leave him.

This was Barney’s first week long stay with Craig & Nicky, any apprehension we had about leaving him soon went, with the regular updates, photos and video showing him happily playing with the other dogs, this allowed us to get on enjoying our holiday. When we returned it was obvious they had taken the time to understand Barney and his little quirks. I see Louise's dogs playing in her back yard quite often. They run around and play together so well. You can just stand there and smile. Most of the time she has same dogs over and over again. I think that says it all. She is someone you can trust. I would highly recommend her.

After the stress of a previous unreliable dog walker, it has taken a bit of time for me to trust my dog to someone new. Louise has taken time and trouble to get to know our black Lab Retriever, so that she can provide the best care. I'm loving receiving little video clips of our pooch thoroughly enjoying himself whilst out on walks with Louise, even though I am stuck at work ! Would thoroughly recommend.

Our two cats, Selma and Patricio, stayed at Quintessential Quarters over the festive period in one of the VIC cabins. The cabin was spacious, with high quality bedding and cat trees, and large windows for the cats to look out of. This was our cats' first time away from home: they have come back happy, relaxed and have settled in easily. Just to also say that all the staff were friendly and helpful with good communication and updates throughout. Thank you!
My special boy goes to Quintessential when I go to see my Daughter and her husband who live abroad. I am not on social media sites but they send pictures to my daughter letting me know how he is it's lovely to know he is in safe hands. The staff are so kind always able to help should you require any and are excellent with the animals, they not only look after dogs but have a cattery too. Its a bit out in the sticks but at least you know your animals are safe and have a lovely environment for walks. The kennels are a good size you can take your own dog bed and toys. We have been taking our dog Obi to Quintessential Quarters for boarding since he was 6 months old, from the initial visit to now at nearly 2 years old there is still nowhere else we would take our boy. All the staff there look after their boarders as if they are a member of their own family as well as providing regular updates with photos/videos of our boy (like the one attached). Obi loves to go to QQ, and is always so excited to see the staff which speaks for itself! Such a reliable and caring group of people. Can’t recommend them enough if you are looking for a place to take as good of care as your dog/cat as you do!

My 2 cats have been staying here for a few years now and it is a lovely cattery. They are well looked after and cared for even though they are very grumpy lol. They stayed in the new cat lodges this year which are lovely. I think these are a brilliant addition and made my 2 much happier to have their own private space. The staff were friendly and helpful and we're very happy to send me updates and photos whilst my 2 were staying here. Highly recommend. 😀
My dog Mayble had a 2 week stay here and I'd say she certainly enjoyed her stay, the staff are so good at what they do....they're totally dedicated to the animals boarding here, spending all the time walking and keeping the dogs active in the doggy park area....we received photos of Mayble playing and it was her birthday while we were away and the staff were so good, they did a video of Mayble having her birthday presents which we'd sent in, which was so nice...I felt reassured that Mayble was safe and happy 😊 Thankyou
Lenny has been staying with QQ for years now when I go on holiday and he absolutely loves it. He’s taken such good care of by the team and is always so excited when I drop him off! I wouldn’t take him anywhere else now as I know he is in such good hands and gets so much care and attention when he stays. He settles back off at home really easily when I pick him back up which shows how relaxed and comfortable he has been while he’s been away. I also love seeing the pictures and videos of him that the team take while he’s staying ☺️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good thank you to all the team for looking away my precious boxer Bobbie. This was the first time Bobbie has been in kennels and she totally enjoyed her stay. She didn’t smell at all when we got her home and she totally enjoyed playing with the team. The team was so helpful as we messaged whilst on holiday to see if she was ok and got a message back to say she was happy, playing and eating, which was very reassuring. The team was also happy for us to bring her own food, feed stand and her own toys. We even left her with a T-shirt of ours that she could put in her bed so she had our scent. Thanks again to the team and will be coming back
We collected our dog from kennels this morning, after a 12 night stay with Quintessential Quarters. She was happy and healthy and was clearly very well looked after during her stay. It was our first time leaving our dog at a kennel and we were provided with plenty of updates and photos of her having a great time in the play area and on her daily walks, which really put her mind at ease. Cannot recommend them enough. We wouldn't use any other kennel in the future!
5 star service. Michelle and drew looked after my 2 Staffordshire bull terriers, max who is 5 and the craziest dog you will ever meet and his brother rocky who is 3 and has epilepsy. Rocky need full time care and must takes tablet 4 times a day. He had a seizure and they did everything they were ment to and because of there experience and knowledge he recovered great with no issues. They did a fantastic job and gave them both all the love and attention they needed, I can't recommend them both enough.
I am very unhappy with the service provided by Tilly's Tails. I appreciate that I require 12 hours care for my dog however, I was promised that this was something the owner would be able to provide prior to any bookings being made. Sadly when I contacted the company to inform of drop of and pick up times I was informed only one day before our dogs pre booked care that he would not be able to do this anymore and I do not believe that the owner was going to contact me regarding this if I hadn't contacted him first. Fair to say I am very disappointed and would not recommend.

I am absolutely delighted with my new kennel from Easy Animal Limited. Unsure what I wanted Tim was very helpful (and patient!!) and exceeded my expectations. Delivery was as scheduled and the installation carried out with the minimum of fuss. I highly recommend Tim and his team at Easy Animal for your next kennel.
I searched all over the internet for good quality, sturdy and durable dog cabins. Most places I contacted where not replying to questions I sent. Others accepted my order only to be told months later that it was not possible to make them. Tim Berrisford replied quickly answering all my questions and giving me a timeline which he then also kept to. The dog cabins arrived and where left where I needed them. My dogs are happily using them and I can leave the house knowing that they have a place to go to keep warm and dry.
Ordered over a week ago and still no email update on when order will arrive. I rung then twice and told someone would call me back despite me saying not was needed urgently and no one has bothered to get in touch. I will be requesting a refund, if anything goes wrong with the product I doubt I'll get any customer service support.
READ BEFORE ORDERING! (Short version) Be aware that Easy Animal / Dog Run Panels (also their company) show stock as "in stock" even if they do not have the item in stock. (Long version) I made an order on 11/08/16, all items were shown as "in stock" on the website and I received an order confirmation. On the 16/08/16 I contacted Easy Animal / Dog Run Panels to ask for a tracking number as I have issues with couriers delivering to my property. Only at this point did they inform me that the items were not in stock and I had to wait 3 weeks. This is their response: "this was caused by a boarding kennel that called in and took our full stock of this line. I cannot believe a company has no shame in admitting that the item that I have purchased had been ordered since, in a large quantity, and they have sold the goods I had ordered. The items are still showing as "in stock" so do not trust their customer services team or their website for accurate information. Only order from this company if you are prepared to wait 3 weeks.
Very poor, had to chase for a delivery date, should have been next day if ordered by 2 pm. Took 6 days to deliver the panels, they didn't contact me until I chased, then given a story about the courier coming early and my order not making the wagon, rubbish really as I had ordered well in time. My order didn't get on the wagon till the following Monday , when delivered on the Tuesday, no bolts were delivered. When I contacted the company no response. The quality of galv finish on the panels is poor, some top stoppers missing and there are not enough fixing points as some of the panels are bowed. All installed though with some extra effort from me. The dog loves the space but I wouldn't buy from this company again.
excellent service received from this company,placed an order for a dog ramp and it was delivered less than 24hrs later. the quality of product is also excellent and makes it so much easier for our 13yr old lab.getting in and out of our car. the ramp is light but sturdy@compact,folds up to fit behind seat. pooch thanks you. would recommend to others.
We engaged the services of Tim and his team at Easy Animal to create a suitable outdoor kennels for our family of miniature dachshunds. Tim was able to offer his expertise and guided us on the best options to house all eight of our dogs safely in our garden. From beginning of the planning to the final construction on site Tim and his team have provided us with nothing more than an excellent service, and we have no hesitation in saying that Tim and the team at Easy Animal will do an amazing job!
Quick delivery-- Quality product--- Worked as advertised and was the best ramp of all that I checked out and very competitive on price. We used a rubber backed bath mat that our black lab was use to as the non slippery surface was foreign to his feel. Worked real slick. Get your dog use to ramp laying it flat and using treats gradually increase grade. Happy to use the product highly recommended.
Kim is amazing and her pawsome holidays is just as brilliant. Our dog Ottis had an amazing stay, we had lots of updates to show how he was getting on, he settled like a dream. He had such a good time playing with the other dogs :) 5* home for our Ottis' doggy holiday. We now have one very tired and happy doggy. 🐕🐶
Can’t rate pawsome holidays enough! My two dogs have been going for 4years now 3 days a week and they absolutely love it! We get sent regular updates and photos of the dogs enjoying themselves with all the other guests. Pawsome is like a second home to both my boys and I wouldn’t leave them with anyone else 😀
Pawsome Holidays went above and beyond for us and our puppy Lola. Lola is 6 month old puppy who can be clingy to me and we were worried about leaving her behind. Well we found the best pet sitter in Stoke-on-Trent. They treated lola as their own, integrated her with other dogs (this was needed for lolas development). We got lots of photographs and videos of her playing and snuggling with another puppy. Very sweet. We would definitely recommend and will be using them again. Xx
We left Fudge, our 10 year old cavalier King Charles in the care of Pawsome Holidays. This was the first time she’d been left with someone other than my daughter so we were apprehensive. Fudge is blind and needs insulin twice daily plus heart tablets and these were administered with no problem. We received regular photos and updates as to how she was which gave us total peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this place and we’ll definitely use them again in the future.
Our dog Snoop has again enjoyed staying with Pawsome holidays. Cannot recommend Kimberley highly enough. It says it all really when your dog is so overjoyed to see everyone at Pawsome he forgets you are there. Thank you Kimberley.

You could not take your pet anywhere better they have all they want to keep them happy they treat our teddy as though it was there own dog in my opinion they are the best people to trust your pet with they treat them as if they where their own pets
