I'm having mixed feelings writing this review. Rebecca was welcoming when I arrived and organized. The home is beautiful, with great amenities as views. The pups are sweet and easy going. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Just after the stay be ready to try to figure out where random things are located a week after. I was asked about a mug collection that had mugs apparently placed in other locations before I arrived and things that were returned when I left and where they are now. It's been a week I don't know where things have been moved in the mean time or where they were prior to my arrival. It's stressful to try to guess where something is now when I knew I left the place the way it was when I arrived (see my reviews from past stays). I've never experienced this before and hopefully it's an isolated experience.
Vicki was great at communicating with me and left helpful notes on what I needed when staying at her property and what Missy would need. She was always quick to reply and made me feel really at home. The location was beautiful and once Missy got used to me, she was loving and cuddly. I would definitely stay here again.
This was such a wonderful housesit, Lulia and Elrich's home is super comfortable and lovely, we felt very welcomed on our arrival. Miisu was an absolute darling! That cat is one of the sweetest little nuggets we've ever met - we had headbutts and meows in abundance. The location was only two stops from the centre of the city which was great too. To be honest, we loved the flat so much we didn't want to leave that much. We would love to house sit for them again and can't recommend these guys enough. Had a great stay with Oso, he is a bundle of energy. He kept us on our toes, watching ty on the couch with us, and playing keep away with his toys. The house is in a wonderfully quiet area with trails close by for walking and running. Andrea kept us informed, and had lots of notes where to eat, play and even some church options for the holiday services. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the bed most comfortable! All the pet items were on hand to care for Oso to make it an easy week caring for the playful pup.
Jane had a beautiful home and property to house sit for. The area is so quiet and relaxing and the animals are all gorgeous. She is really friendly and helpful, and although there are quite a few animals, we had so much looking after them all and taking the dogs on long walks. Highly recommend this sit !
We had a great time at Siena's. The house is in a prime location, just a couple of minutes walk from two different tube lines. Smudge took a bit to warm up to strangers in her house but became very playful. The apartment is lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. Communication was smooth and Siena was amazing at accomodating our requests and make our stay even better! Thank you we would love to housesit for you again. Maria & Jake

This is most definitely a home from home. Steph is so caring of the dogs, and the owners! We had a WhatsApp group while Alfie was with her for two weeks, and while we knew he would be more than fine, it was lovely to get the odd picture and even a short video of him having a great time. Amazing safe and secure place for your pets
It's hard to put into words just how good these guys are and how committed, hard working and loving they are ensuring every dog in their care is treated as we, doggie parents, would want our companions to be treated. They go above and beyond and you can see it's not just a job - it's a vocation to them. If our dogs could talk, they would be saying they are " simply the best".

What a find! Absolutely the best boarding kennels I've ever seen. Clare is so caring & thoughtful - she sent videos of Lexi playing happily in their magnificent doggie playground (complete with pond!). Really kind, helpful people, lovely quiet situation, excellent premises. Thoroughly recommended.

We’ve being using this great team for a weekly dog walk with Charley since February. Charley has improved so much in many ways but especially with his social skills and his anxiety travelling in the car. He walks off so happy with you all each week and comes back absolutely exhausted which we love!!! We also have the cat sitting service when we’re away and are soon to commence on house sitting for all pets. I highly recommend your services to others and you’re such a pleasure to work with. You remember any dates and services we request, there’s never any hassle and we can always relax knowing we can trust you which means a lot to us with our pets. My dog Shadow LOVES going to stay with Louise and her family from We Love Pets! She has a wonderful time, is happy, relaxed and is clearly very loved and well looked after! I get sent very regular photos and videos of Shadow playing and having fun so I don't miss her too much! As a dog trainer and behaviourist I'm very quick to pick up on how a dog feels, and I certainly wouldn't leave my baby girl with them if I thought she wasn't happy! I never have to worry that any training I've done with Shadow is undone as We Love Pets follow her daily routine so it's like home from home for her. They're also a very good professional team of dog walkers so I know she's in safe hands when she's out and about. From the very first meeting I felt happy that my cats, chickens and turkey were in safe hands. I had photos & updates twice a e. The animals looked happy & content which made my holiday very relaxing. An excellent & caring service. I use 'We Love Pets Kidderminster' for walks and boarding for my dog. Can't fault them, lovely staff and great communication. My boy has been walking with them for almost a year, his social skills have improved drastically. The main thing is he gets on well with everyone. He always has a good time on his walks, and always looks super having when boarding. Highly recommended Photos are from when he's on his walks with 'We Love Pets' that they send in a WhatsApp group dedicated to my dog. Which you get after every walk.

The walkers at We love Pets Kidderminster have been walking Cassie for some time now, whilst I volunteer at the local primary school. They are trustworthy, incredibly caring and enthusiastic, taking the dogs on exciting walks. Cassie’s particular favourite is Freya. The report sent after the walk and several photographs are really appreciated. I have needed emergency help over the last few weeks and Lucy was able to reorganise so that Cassie could have extra walks. I was so pleased to find such a professional company, dog and owner - centred and would not hesitate to recommend the company.
What a truly amazing service and so reliable! Lucy and Cathie were so professional and friendly, and showed so much love and attention towards our fur babies! My husband and I could go away knowing that our kitties were in super safe hands. We even had photos sent over to us regularly to show how they were doing and Cathie left a lovely note for us! The dog walkers at We Love Pets, privide a fantastic service. They really care for my dogs and take care of their individual excersize requirements, having a somewhat elderly greyhound and a lively young Cockapoo, I am confident they give them the best experience on their walks and the dogs return happy afterwards.
Very pleased with level of care for my two dogs. I use once a week for walks and lovely walkers so caring always so loving to my two and reliable. Have had various boarders over the years and Louise Jason and lily are just fantastic. The dogs have really taken to them which puts my mind at rest when I’m away . Louise sends loads of pictures of their adventures together which is lovely and she spoils them rotten! They just adore her and get so excited when I mention Lilys name! Can’t speak highly enough of the way they look after my two pups. Have also used Alison for house sitting who is fantastic and such a lovely reliable and diligent person. I think I’ve probably used most of the services and really wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Julie and Adrian at Bewdley Pet Care were fantastic. They were kind and caring and looked after our 3 cats for the weekend while we were away. They took time to come and meet us and the cats first and even went the extra mile to check on them again on evening when our most shy little cat escaped out of the kitchen window. I was so comfortable with Julie and Adrian looking after them in our home and will feel safe knowing I can trust them implicitly with our 3 beauties. I will absolutely use them again. I fully recommend Bewdley Pet Care.
Highly recommend Bewdley Pet Care. They look after our puppy regularly during the day and overnight. They clearly know and love their dogs. He comes home very happy after lots of walks, play and cuddles. It’s a definite home from home.
A really great boarding/dog walk facility. The dogs are treated like family in a lovely home and get lovely walks. Our dog loved his overnight stay and we were so happy that we’ve now booked him in for several stays in the future when we’re on holiday.
We left our 10 month old puppy with Bens dog boarding for 8 nights. We were very nervous leaving our dog as it's the first time away from her but that went away as soon as we had our meet and great, we was very happy and knew she was in good care. We were updated daily with photographs. First time our dog has been away from us and first time socialising with other dogs. They worked really well with sapphire to try help improve her socialising. Us & Sapphire gives 5 stars highly recommend

Our Bassett hound stayed here recently, she was very happy when we picked her up. We were pleased that she had the freedom to mix with other dogs, and had use of the safe garden and field.
We have 4 dogs which have never stayed away from us before, one is 10 and one is a very grumpy 14 year old. The other two are 2 and 7 months. As we were attending a wedding, we contacted Denise who was so kind and helpful. We have today returned to us 4 very happy dogs. We can’t thank Denise and Ben enough, it was stressful to part with them but we knew they would be well looked after. Thank you Denise and Ben for sending us photos, we are so grateful and can’t recommend you highly enough.
Have used Paul's Pet Minders many times from single overnights to 2 week holidays. The two families that our dog stays with are lovely. They know our dog gets very anxious being left and do everything they can to make him feel at home. Would not hesitate to highly recommend.
I can not rate this highly enough.. 5 stars isn’t enough.. my dog had decided he had found his new life at this place and didn’t want to leave! The price was so cheap for the amount of care and love my dog received. If only I had found this place sooner! If your based in the West Midlands ask for Sue!
Obviously wanted to use as we were going away, I initially spoke to Sarah, who was very helpful, answered my questions and was prompt to send emails to confirm conversation/booking etc. (we’d had so many let downs for dog sitters in the past) when I spoke to Sarah as I’m sure most would agree - you’d pay anything to know your dog was looked after by a responsible person. My only question was how many times do the dog owners get let down by the person who said they’d look after? Sarah said with the particular minder she had never cancelled, so I felt confident. The day before we fly to NYC - I get a call - the minder was unable to look after our dog. Although Paul can’t help that, he did refund the money almost straight away which I appreciated and did offer to try sort something else out. Although a rubbish outcome I have found this company the most professional and quickest to respond which makes the best out of an unfortunate situation.

Daily updates whilst I was away and photos to put my mind at ease.
