Hin’s initial contact was thorough and very personable. We were confident from the start that our home and critters would be well taken care of. We had a one night overlap to start our time away and really enjoyed getting to meet Hin and his two wonderful children. We would welcome them back into our home and highly recommend Hin for your future house / pet sitting needs.

Rachel was great. We organised relatively last minute but Rachel was helpful and communicative. The house was clean and tidy when we got back and the cats seemed relaxed and happy! Would definitely recommend Rachel!

I had to leave for Greece on extremely short notice to take care of a family situation and was very lucky that I found Saygin who was able to travel all the way from Canada to take care of my cat Sesam. Since I had to leave very suddenly I didn't even have a chance to meet and introduce the flat and Sesam in person, neither was I able to leave things as neat as I had wished. During the sit, Sesam had an episode of throwing up (in the bed) and pooped on the sofa due to his chronic stomach issues that are acting up sometimes, the delivery of new cat food didn't arrive as planned, one of the shelves broke in the kitchen dropping a load of cans, and I didn't have my return trip booked until halfway into the stay. Through all of this, Saygin was super patient, helpful, and positive and it was clear that the wellbeing of Sesam was what was most important to him. I was also really touched watching the videos of Saygin and Sesam cuddling and I believe they both immediately took to each other. I feel very grateful to have found such a caring sitter and there was no time where I was the slightest worried that Sesam wasn't in good hands.

Daniel and Jinny were fantastic cat sitters! Primarily, before the sit, Daniel was in contact with me to make sure he understood everything about how to care for my cat. He read my detailed instruction manual and asked pertinent questions. He and Jinny kept me abreast of where they were in their travel to our apartment as we had already left for vacation before they arrived. They let us know the moment they got in to the apartment and located our shy cat. We got updates from them every day on the status of our cat (how much he was eating, if he was being active, his behavior, etc) which put our minds at ease so we could relax on vacation. They also responded very quickly to any inquiries we had. They were very tidy. We came home to a clean apartment with everything in place. I would highly recommend Daniel and Jinny. They are a responsible, loving couple who you be lucky to have sit for you.

Jeyani was easy to communicate with before, during, and after the sit. She immediately sat down to greet our dogs and we knew she was the right choice. She took them to the dog park each day and impressed everyone there with the way our dogs responded to her. She even invented a game for them, hiding treats around the back yard when the pavement was too hot to take them for a walk. We felt very comfortable with Jeyani and would highly recommend her as a pet sitter.

Euleen was great. She let me know how the kitties were doing, and even went back the last evening after work as I was going to be getting in late. Unfortunately the fire alarm had gone off one day (not because of Euleen- she was at work when it happened) so the kitties were a bit out of sorts when I got back - even after the alarm stopped there was intermittent beeping the entire time that I was unable to shut off from where I was. Euleen was gracious about this inconvenience even though I’m sure it wasn’t pleasant for her. After being home one night and having removed the beeping batteries they were fine again!

Kyung (Natalie) was a fantastic sitter :-) We had a video call to meet and discuss the sit ahead of time. Natalie’s communication via email and text was great, she sent a pic of the dogs as soon as she arrived, let us know when she was leaving, kept the house very tidy, and most importantly, the pets were happy and well care for. Thanks so much for your help!

Amber was a wonderful sitter and we were happy to have her take care of our cats once again. She was always on top of all our care instructions and communicated really well with us. With Amber at our place, we could have a worry-free trip as we felt assured that she will certainly take care of everything back home. She treated the place like her own and left it very clean. We were also happy that she always kept us posted about what’s going on and sent us regular photos as well and would certainly welcome her back anytime.

Sarah took excellent care of Josie. She took her on many long walks, gave her lots of love and managed a bout of doggie diarrhea. We arrived home to find our house in pristine condition and ready for us. We highly recommend Sarah as a house sitter.

Diana was a delight to have in our home and to watch our pups. She seemed very knowledgeable and self-sufficient. We got many great updates and the house was left in excellent tidy condition! Alissa was an amazing house & pet sitter! She communicated with me prior to arriving so that we could exchange information on what to expect. She was exceptionally nice and friendly so I knew she’d be perfect for being here in Sedona with my two dogs Kenya & Daphne while I was away. Alissa brought her mom and the two of them took my dogs on hikes and outings each day. I received texts with cute photos of them out & about. Alissa gave them calming music to listen to and lots of care during the thunderstorm so that Daphne felt safe. She also took care of my garden and plants. When I returned the house was immaculate and sparkling clean, and the dogs were calm and happy. If Alissa is available to sit, I would highly recommend her to you. 8 paws up and excellent experience! 🐶🐶

Jenna and Reid are the perfect housesitters! They took excellent care of our dogs Betsey and Molly. They easily learned and followed the dog’s eating and medication routines and gave them plenty of time to play and lots of attention. They arrived early as we had an early morning flight. Communication was very good and they were very aware of what needed to be done while we were away. We could tell our dogs were happy since we got many updates with videos and photos. They were very friendly and we instantly felt comfortable leaving our home and our pups in their hands. We came home to two happy dogs and a tidy clean house. We would highly recommend. Jenna and Reid are the real deal pro pet sitters who genuinely love dogs.
