I loved housesitting for Sharon and Ron. They were so friendly and kind. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much again for allowing me to housesit for you.
Matt and Stephanie have created an oasis at their home. They somehow found one of the few Saint Paul houses that doesn’t look directly into their neighbors’ houses, instead overlooking a park and bluff, the river, and downtown Saint Paul. It’s a quiet neighborhood that is mere minutes from all the good stuff a city offers. The house is well equipped and expertly set up with Apple Home and other technology perks. It is furnished thoughtfully, tastefully, and comfortably. And the pets are pure gold. Bede is part Buddhist monk, part giddy school kid (at least when there is fresh snow!), all the best parts of a senior dog. Winnie wasted no time becoming best friends with me and we had a blast playing and cuddling. Matt and Stephanie themselves are lovely folks who I am pleased to have met. They have a calm and thoughtful energy and communication was effortless. I would sit for them again in a heartbeat.
Chloe and Evan's home is lovely and so comfortable. Their cozy space is inviting, their TV is huge, and their garden is the most beautiful I've had the pleasure to care for. They're communicative, hospitable and generous─they covered the taxi to their house and gave us a ride back to the train station afterwards. WE LOVE REMY! He is the most tender, obedient dog. We miss him! We met their Golden only briefly as they traveled with him, but he seemed receptive and warm when we met him. Their cats are so sweet, too─vocal and communicative. They love belly rubs! This was our first experience taking care of chickens! They're really pretty birds with elegant feather patterns, all varied. Their care was way easier than we first thought, and we had many of their eggs to enjoy for breakfast. One even laid their first blue-green egg! We would totally housesit for Chloe and Evan again.
Jane’s house in Broadway is fantastic in all ways plus Alfie and Ella are adorable. The house is spacious and immaculately clean and the garden is large with beautiful decking, sun loungers and planting. Broadway is such a stunning village and the best bit about the stay was walking the dogs in the fields not far from the house with the wildflowers, amazing views and other friendly dog walkers. There is plenty to see in the village and a walk or drive up to Broadway Tower is a must, the views are beautiful. I highly recommend Jane as a host, the chocolates and Prosecco were much appreciated.
I had a perfect time sitting for Stewie at Karen's home. Her space was bright and welcoming and she was super great and easy to communicate with. Stewie was so friendly and cute. He likes to do his own thing but also likes his snuggles and I really enjoyed his company. Thank you so much for an amazing stay! Would love to come back again and highly recommend this sit to other cat lovers :)
I had a wonderful time ! Sam is the nicest dog ever.. Well behaved, ultra cuddly, sweet, easy, cute and soft. I already miss him. Also, the appartement is a dream and in the best neighborhood (two minutes away from groceries and from the canal). It is a really safe neighborhood. I felt at home thanks to Nick who was really nice and communicative. All in all, I would house sit there anytime. Thanks again :)!
