Cat Sitters in Strasbourg

Kathrin and Friedemann cared very well for our country home in France for two weeks. A very sympathetic couple which spoiled us already when they arrived with some tasty treats from their home country Germany. We felt their love for our garden because all was well maintained, watered and the lawn mown. Even the swimming pool was as clean as can be. Unfortunately, it had been too cold for them to swim. The house inside looked most probably the neatest ever, since we've lived here and we even got to enjoy the product from our oven in form of an apple tart that brightened our day after a long drive home. We'd be very happy to have Kathrin and Friedemann as housesitters again and can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Daniela was a wonderful housesitter! Flexible, easy going, totally trustful, and beautiful with the cats. Communication went extremely smoothly, Daniela kept us posted with fotos ect. and coming back the house was spotless and the cats relaxed as if we werent away at all. Thank you very much Dani! We "met" Concetta (Conny) and Yannick first through their personal video introduction about themselves and then via a short video conference we scheduled to get to know them better. They are currently on a parental leave trip and have a new baby Mika on board with them! Conny and Yannick are warm and friendly and were very enthusiastic about housesitting for Kitty during their travels in the south of France. Since they were already in the area, it seemed like a natural fit to invite them to sit for Kitty during our Easter break. We asked Conny and Yannick to arrive the day before we left for our trip so we could show them around the house and property and get to know them better. We felt very comfortable with them, even though having a baby in the house was a new experience for Kitty. When they arrived, they were well organized and self-sufficient, bringing along their own food and other items for their stay. They had read the welcome guide thoroughly before they arrived and asked questions about anything that was unclear. They were very attentive to Kitty’s needs and especially her detailed medication routine. They were polite and considerate and respected our “house rules” such as taking off shoes before entering the house, which we always appreciate. :) We agreed the day we left that it made sense to leave the living room sofa bed open so Kitty could have her own space, which seemed to work out well for her since she usually sleeps on our bed when we are home. Conny and Yannick kept us informed about Kitty and their activities in the area while we were away, and sent us a few photos of Kitty, too. We returned to a very clean house and a happy, peaceful cat. We are happy to recommend Conny and Yannick for other sits and would be happy to have them come back again. We highly recommend this friendly, caring couple enough for a future housesit!

I am fairly reluctant to write this review, because if I tell you how could Maria and Mike are, we might not get them for our House Sits in the future. In short, 5 Stars is not enough to describe how they are. They are simply superb. This is the second time they have looked after our GSPs and we go on holiday knowing that they are in expert hands. On this sit one of our dogs required an operation on her paw - Maria and Mike dealt with it, no problems at all, co-ordinated with the vet, sorted out the insurance claim, we couldn't have asked for more. If you are lucky enough to find that your sit coincides with Maria and Mike, you need to thank your lucky stars, all your prayers will have been answered. Will we use them again? Yes, without a doubt! Will we get organised and book our holidays early next year, just to get Maria and Mike? Yes! I just couldn't recommend them highly enough - super, super people! Love them! XX

Karin was a great sitter for meaty during my time back home over xmas. She made sure she understood everything and asked questions when needed. I came back to a very relaxed and happy kitty, which made me really happy as well as I know she took great care of him. She was also sick during this time and still stayed to take care of him- and for that I’m really grateful as last xmas our pet sitter canceled on us last minute and I had to miss seeing my family. Karin also left my house very clean and was very respectful of my place. Thanks, Karin for spending your time in Portugal and with Meaty this Xmas. We hope it was a one you’ll remember forever ❤️

Julia was a lovely and responsible sitter. Good communication and our cats appreciated her calm approach.

Carine and Guillaume were great sitters! They took great care of Penny and Grogu and sent loads of pictures to me while I was away. The place was super tidy and clean when I returned and the cats were happy. Would definitely have them sit again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Eva and Daniele are wonderful people and exceptional house sitters! They took perfect care of our cats, Emma and Paul, while we were away, sending us lots of adorable cuddle pictures that made us feel completely at ease. When we returned, our flat was spotless, and they had even prepared some food for us, which was a lovely surprise. Their flexibility was invaluable when our flight changes required them to arrive a day earlier than planned. We couldn't be happier with their care and hope they will house sit for us again in the future. Thank you, Eva and Daniele, for everything!

We had a very good feeling right from our first contact via video call. Lena is very nice and reliable. She sent us pictures and updates every day which is very important to us. Communication was easy and pleasant and we enjoyed our holidays knowing that our cats were in good hands. When we came home our Apartment was clean and tidy. We definitely can recommend Lena and would welcome her back any time. Thank you!

Melanie was a great housesitter. The dogs loved her and she was very reliable. We had a bit of disruption to our travel plans which meant we had to come home for a day but Melanie took it all in her stride and was not phased by anything. Thank you.

Svenja housesat for me and looked after my very active Huntaway Border Collie X, Poppy while I was travelling over Christmas. From the very beginning, Svenja was a prompt communicator, and it was clear from Poppy’s behaviour when I returned that she was perfectly happy in Svenja’s company. I came home to a clean and tidy house and a well cared for dog. Svenja provided me with regular photos and updates, and I was reassured that Poppy was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Svenja as a dogsitter. Thank you, Svenja, for housesitting for me and looking after Poppy so well.

Jasmin & Pascal are the best! We were able to relax and know our pets and home were safe and well taken care of. They sent pictures of our pets and let us know how they were doing. We truly can’t thank you enough!
