Sit for people like Sian and Paul is the reason we start our sitting experience. We met great people, pets and we stayed in a place where we would never visit as a typical tourist. Sian and Paul are wonderful people, they make us feel at home since the first instance. We spent our first night in Bristol, and the welcome was more than we expected. We have a great communication on WhatsApp before, during and after. They are the kind of people that you want to keep in touch. The day after, we took Teilo (the male dog) and the car and we hit the road to Pembrokeshire. Their house in Wales is a dream house, you feel like you are in a movie. Everything is set up to be comfy and warm. In the house, Beamish the cat was waiting for us. He was quite sick so we try to give him all the cuddles and comfy we could. You'll have great sunrises and sunsets on Wales. If you are looking for comfort and relax, this is the place for you. St David's is an amazing small city with a great Cathedral, worth to visit. And you can buy everything you need in the supermarket there. You need a car to make this sit comfortable. You'll find plenty of walks and cities to visit really close, like 20 or 30 minutes by car. Teilo is a great dog. Really obedient, intelligent and caring. He can't be alone in the house so we took him every time we were out and his behavior was excellent. Play with the ball was his favorite thing to do and of course, smell everything. He is such a great dog, we already miss him. We definitely will sit for them again if we have the pleasure. Thank you so much, Sian and Paul, for everything!
I had a great stay in Chicago taking care of Zelda! She is so sweet and well behaved and the condo is extremely nice and spacious! The stay is in a great location and easily accessible by public transit. Easy to get down to the center of the city and all tourist areas!
I can’t say enough good things about sitting for Shaun and Volker! I felt so welcomed in their home from the moment I met them. Shaun and Volker made sure I was set up with everything I needed in the home and in the neighbourhood. Their home is an wonderful plant and art-populated dream to stay in! I felt like I was in a thoughtfully-currated boutique hotel. I adored Escher, Bunni and Frankie. The girls could not be better behaved and have the most pleasant and calming energies! I really enjoyed my walks with them and my cuddles with Frankie on the couch. Sitting for them was a dream, I would have gladly stayed longer!
Our time at Melissa's was short but Nala made it so very sweet! We loved our time with Nala, especially playing with the laser pointer. Nala also showed us her tricks of drinking from the taps. Melissa was very welcoming and communication was great, both before and during the stay. We enjoyed meeting Melissa the night before our housesit dates, where she kindly explained where to find everything. Melissa's place is well located to explore Copenhagen. A two minute walk to the s-train station, and plenty of supermarkets nearby. We would definitely recommend this stay!
I had a great time watching Shaggy and Truffle! Gloria was very communicative and left great info on the house, cats, and neighborhood. Their house was also cozy and in a great location. Shaggy and Truffle are super sweet and I even got some cuddles from Shaggy at night! Easy going cats that are so cute. Great sit and am doing another for them next week.
