If we could give Sheri and Kevin 10 stars we would!! They are absolutely delightful. They took such great care of our cats and our house. They communicated so well before and during the sit. Our kitties were happy and well cared for. Sheri and Kevin are perfect partners for doing sits. They sent us photos of our cats enjoying Sheri's lap and Kevin worked wonders around the house! They are kind and very responsible. It was such a relief to not worry about the home front while we were gone for more than 3 weeks. We came home to a very clean house, all their linens washed and even the kitty boxes were spotless. Sheri left us delicious homemade taco soup and muffins! Such a treat after a long trip home. We highly recommend Sheri and Kevin and hope we can get on their calendar in the future as we would love to have them care for our kitties and home again. Our cats vote for their return also!
My cat liked hanging out with her while she drank her tea..,evidenced by photos ☺️Barb was great about sending me pictures with an update about how she was doing ever day. I particularly wanted to know if the Cat was in for the evening and Barb let me know promptly when she was safe at home! I appreciated that!
We don't think we can fully express our gratitude and appreciation for the thoughtfulness and attentiveness Laura showed our dogs and our home. She was so accommodating to arrive a day early so we could show her our home, hiking trails, plants to water, dog stuff and then be able to drive us early to the airport the next morning. Before dinner, we took her on a local hike to become familiar with the area and GPS dog collars. She sat down to a family dinner with our family of five, like she was one of us. She was so easy to talk to, the dogs loved her instantly and we were all comfortable immediately with each other. During our vacation, Laura sent us the best videos and photos (literally framable photos!!) of the dogs each day! We loved the updates and the "smiles" on the dog's faces on hikes, snuggling with her on the couch or running around the yard. She even took them to hike Red Rocks where they encountered other dogs and did very well, they managed to keep up with Laura on the steps and she was thoughtful enough to bring them lots of water and snacks. She took them on two hikes each day, which keeps the dogs happy and helps us to enjoy our vacation that much more knowing how happy the dogs are! When we returned from vacation, Laura was headed back home so she parked our car at the airport with ease and gave a perfect description for us to find! We had no issues and it was a seamless transaction. And we couldn't believe when we walked through our door... the house was sparkling! Linens/towels all washed, beds remade, kitchen and bathrooms scrubbed and all outdoor watering (including skimming the pool, which she did daily) was done!! AND we also came home to the CUTEST swag for the dogs left by Laura! To say she went above and beyond, is an understatement. We felt so lucky to have Laura and appreciated everything she did for us, our home and our dogs. We would rate her much higher than five stars and would 100% recommend her! Next time we plan a vacation, we will absolutely call her first! The dogs miss her already!
Nick and Louise are the loveliest family. They made us feel incredibly welcome. Communication was super easy at every stage—pre the sit, during and afterwards. The animals are an absolute joy to look after. We all fell in love with the three dogs. Jack is super chilled and just loves being around people, Bingo is so sweet and loves a tummy rub, and Hector is impossible not to love. He’s a bundle of fun. Saffy the cat was easy to care for, she likes attention at certain times of the day but mostly takes care of herself. Feeding and walking is easy as everything is ready to go. Bubbles the axolotl is fun to watch especially when he gets moving! The home itself is one of the best we’ve house-sat in (which is nearly fifty now). Everything is perfectly organised. They had lots of thoughtful touches for us like clearing fridge, freezer, kitchen cupboard, and wardrobe space. It is the easiest house to keep clean and neat because it’s clutter-free. The area is great with Stockton Heath a short walk or drive away. It has plenty of cafes and shops. Twice a week when the cleaner was here we popped out the way and were able to visit local areas. We have already arranged another sit with these guys and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you very much ☺️
Crystal has a beautiful home! She was very welcoming, easy going and accommodating. Both Carrots and Daisy are great company and very friendly. I had a great sitting at this home and I’d love to do it again some time!
Amazing Petparents. Super lovely and soo organised. House is wonderful with all and everything you could need. Great location. We where riding our bikes to the Riverside and the local beaches. Cats are easy and loving and no problem at all. Just keep their food bowls and toilets clean . Vacuum 2-3 times a day for cat hair.
Little Doris is just gorgeous. We really loved sitting for her and are happy to be returning very soon. Such a little sweetheart. Alex and Charles were really welcoming, relaxed and made us feel at home with a lovely meal the night before they set off on their travels. Their home is beautiful with a tranquil lake to wander around with Doris while she sniffs and plays and The Ridgeway is only 1/2 hour away on foot for lovely long walks. A beautiful location with a friendly and cuddly little puppy for company, would definitely recommend! 🐶
Charlie and I were made to feel so welcome when we arrived in Forres to look after lovely Alfie. The house is a real comfortable family home. The garden is lovely to sit out in on a sunny day. Alfie is a delight to look after. He is non demanding, walks beautifully on the lead. Walks directly from the house by the river or to nearby parks. The town is a few minutes walk where we found lovely places to eat. This sit was a delight and we would happily return. Thank you for having us and hope to see you again. Gill and Charlie
Jo and Taylah trusted me to care for Rio and Reiji while they traveled for the holidays. Instantly you will feel the warmth from this family unit. Reiji is the older of the two, he's a sweet pup with a vigor to smell and scent everything while walking. Rio, the younger pup, equally sweet and also enjoys walks but needs extra attention to settle his nerves and reactiveness. Once you find your rhythm, you will be dancing with these two lovely pups. Communication with Jo and Taylah was always easy and effortless, very thankful to have been their trusted house sitter!
