Would not recommend, not a happy environment for the dogs. Hardly taken on walks, only a couple of experienced staff, particularly noticeable around holiday periods. Our dog was filthy when we picked him up.

My dog had a great time, very healthy looking and in good spirits when I collected him. Staff are really kind and helpful, obviously love their job, be using again.
These guys and girls are incredible! They treat your pets as their own. The accommodation is wonderful and cosy, they pay so much attention to their guests. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else for my cat, they took her when she was just a kitten and she was so happy there. Highly recommended
I booked my 10 month old puppy into Urray kennels for 10 days due to going away on holiday. Staff very friendly and welcoming However on collecting my puppy I noticed he was poorly coughing and sneezing a lot. Nothing was communicated by the staff to me that he was displaying these symptoms. This persisted for about 5 days where I took him to the vets and he was diagnosed with kennel cough. I am disappointed that he contracted this on first time boarding as he has had all vaccinations and is generally very healthy. Kennels state that they do not mix the dogs together and all dogs must be vaccinated on arrival. So I am feeling let down that he became infected during his stay there. :(

Used to be really good and my dog loved it here, not sure if staff have changed but they’ve just cancelled my dogs stay that’s been booked for months 2 days before I’m due to go on holiday leaving me less than 2 days to try and find an alternative solution or lose all the money I’ve spent on a holiday. It’s a shame as he really liked staying here before! EDIT the below reply from the kennel is a total lie, collected him only to be told he was ‘a bit funny’ this time and that is it. Nothing else was said to us that they’ve mentioned, no settle stays, absolutely nothing. I can accept them being unable to take him in because he can’t settle, that’s totally fair. Cancelling it a day before he’s due to go in isn’t.
We had our Sharpei at the kennels for a long stay. We are so happy to have him home. He is happy and healthier than when he went in! Thank you so much x

Our favorite place for our spoiled dogs to stay!
Jada was amazing. She cared for my senior dog with amazing compassion and kindness. Not only that, but she washed his blankets for him and even got my mail and took care of taking trash out on garabge day. As a single mother that saved and planned every detail for our vaction for a very long time, her services were extreamly well priced and having the daily updates allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my time away. I whole heartedly will reccomend Rainbow Mutt care, and be using her everytime i can!
A genuine person that loves what she does! Took the recommendation from a friend and Jada went above our expectations. She house sit for us and watched our 2 huskies and 2 cats. She even bought them extra toys and treats while we were gone. She also kept us updated with pictures and how the animals were doing. Can not recommend her enough!
