Angel did a fantastic job with our two cats while we were gone. Took excellent car of our pets - including some challenging medications - and they were in great shape and great spirits when we returned. She is very organized, very neat, and left the house in better shape than when she arrived! I cannot recommend Angel high enough for her very caring and meticulous care of our cats and our house during her stay.
We were made to feel very welcome in Alison’s lovely home ,even arriving to a Devonshire tea and homemade dinner Location on a bus route to beach and town . The local pub and shops walkable . Nice village Bramble and Bertie were a delight ,so affectionate. They did pull on lead but had been forewarned ,always better on way back so not a problem. The cat was no trouble at all ,slept most the time
We absolutely loved looking after Bertie and George they are perfect They settled within minutes of us arriving, they slept most of the day upstairs and came down for cuddles at night Alex were the perfect host and went above and beyond to ensure we were very comfortable The house is a beautiful family home with everything you need, the area is perfect to explore and has great shopping just around the corner
Yvonne and Nick were welcoming and helpful, the house is cozy and close to the park, with easy access to the city - and Kiko is the most cuddly cat who will give you his belly for rubs whenever he can! Can definitely recommend ☺️
Thank you Julie, Bri and family for welcoming us into your wonderful, spacious home. Despite the ‘rain bomb’ and unexpectedly wet time we spent in the Samford Valley, we truly enjoyed Samford Village (and the great walk into town to get there); as well as the comforts of your home - the bed is amazingly comfortable; the fireplace was warm and inviting; and having Itty Bitty Kitty curl up beside us on the couch in the evenings made our time indoors very pleasurable! Oh…and don’t forget the friendly, funny goats, each with their own personality (and distaste of the wet weather!). We will miss our daily interactions with them. Future sitters will enjoy the peacefulness of your acreage; the inviting pool, and the quick access to town for all amenities. We felt so appreciated by you all, and agree that we only wished we lived closer so we could spend more time in your company. Thank you for an enjoyable sit!
We sat for Erik and Mu for three weeks. Erik and his family are very nice people and gracious hosts. The house itself is nice and relaxing with plenty of creature comforts. Mu, a sweet girl with plenty of energy, stole the show. She is a joy to be around. We would definitely recommend taking the opportunity to sit for Erik and Mu.
Carol is a gem - hospitable, easy to talk to, always quick to reply and clear with what needs to happen for her girls and the house. Dawn & Jen are sisters and like their owner are easy and good to be around. Dawn loved a brush for as long as Helen kept it up and Jen loved a lap sit. No trouble whatsoever. Carol’s quirky gorgeous home is clean, comfortable and warm, in a good position for walking and short drives to interesting places (Yorkshire Sculpture park was exceptional). A lovely sit all round.
