McKenna and Nero were great! They kept my two dogs and my donkey safe and happy. They were great communicators letting me know when the heater malfunctioned and when the big wind blew a couple of trees down. I would absolutely ask them back to house sit!
Great location and loveable pup! Humphrey is full of energy and very sweet! Petey the cat stayed outside and we didn't see much of him until snack time! When we did though, he was a sweetheart as well!
Hanging out with Loop was a great experience! Audrey and Tom are incredibly hospitable and great to work with. I've been incredibly lucky to meet wonderful people during my time in The Hague. Their apartment is in a perfect location, very spacious, and on a great street right in the middle of the city. Loop is the sweetest cat and while he in't a huge snuggler, he wants to be in the general vicinity of you as often as possible. He will actually play fetch with his favorite hair pins (and its adorable). He takes a day or two to warm up but once you feed him and scoop his litter he realizes quickly that you're his temporary assistant and warms right up. I only got to spend a couple weeks with him but I would gladly return in the future next time a long holiday is on the books. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with the lovely Mole who was always willing to go for her walk and play with her toys at every opportunity. Kate and her family invited me to their beautiful home the evening before they left with a warm welcome from everyone and especially from Mole. We had a lovely meal together and they made sure I had all the information necessary and everything I needed for my stay in Whichford. Their home is set in a picturesque village in the Cotswolds. Plenty of great walks and amazing views. I would be happy to return again for future sits. Thank you for your hospitality.
My husband and I had such a nice time in Long Beach with Remi! The apartment building is great and has a gym, work lounge, and a rooftop heated pool. Everything you could want to do is in walking distance - restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, bars, beach. We had a car but didn’t need it. Remi is super affectionate and so gentle in the house, but he is territorial around other dogs on walks so just be firm and strong with him! He loves going to the dog park and playing with his friends. He’s just a happy and sweet boy! We will miss him a lot. The hosts were really communicative and left detailed instructions. Everything went well and we enjoyed this sit.
David & Louise were so kind and welcoming to us. They have a beautiful home. Humphrey was such an angel and we really enjoyed having the opportunity to look after him. We miss him already!
Absolutely fantastic sit! Graham and Ursula are the most lovely pair of hosts you could ask for going out of their way to make my stay easy and comfortable. Nero, Willow, Whisper and Claud were a great bunch to look after. As long as you can supply scratches when they want them and keep a half an eye on your food they make for great company.
