She was extremely easy to communicate with, she was clean, and got back to a very happy puppy! I would love to have Yuliya again!
Amy provided excellent detailed information via phone and in the printed out guide on the care of the home and pets which was super helpful. We met her and her family and the pets prior to the sit and got a tour of the home and pet related care. Amy, her husband, Shane, and their kids made us feel welcome. Amy was very responsive to our texts with photos and videos of the pets despite our time difference. No issues with communication. We loved our time with the stars of the sit: Jasper, Luna, and bunny, Marbles. They were very sweet and rewarding to be with. The pet care was very doable as was the watering of plants and taking out the trash. The home is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely relaxing backyard that gets some refreshingly cool breezes in the evening. The home is very comfortable, clean and neat with all the basic supplies needed. We deeply appreciate the level of cleanliness. We offered to replace a cutting board that had some deep cuts that we weren’t sure how they got there as we wanted to replace anything we inadvertently impacted, and Amy said not to worry about it. Our offer stands to replace it. Amy was very gracious about one of us having to leave for the last few days of the sit due to a family emergency while the other one of us stayed to wrap up the sit. We hope you were able to have a wonderful worry-free trip while we doted on Jasper, Luna, and Marbles. We highly recommend this sit and would be happy to be back in the future.
I got to spend a month with Buddy. He is a fantastic dog. He has a lot of energy for being 12, everyone is amazed at his age and activity level. That being said, he is easy to walk, his behaviour is so sweet. He is very affectionate. Pat is responds quickly and politely to communication. The house is easy to take care of. The downstairs tenant are quiet, the neighbours pleasant. Local amenities are easily accessed. I don't hesitate to recommend this sit to anyone.
We had a wonderful time with Wooster and are so grateful to Emma and Al for inviting us to their beautiful home, which is bright and airy and very comfortable. The views are beautiful and we had the chance to see a deer in the field opposite. Wooster was such a joy, easy going and so affectionate. He spent the whole time with us and was so well behaved. He travelled well in the car, Emma and Al gave us a crate and a seat belt attachment which was so useful. The communication was excellent from the start, the welcome guide was really helpful and Emma and Al are always very quick to respond to any questions. Winchester is just a 15 minute drive away and a nice place to visit. We really enjoyed the few days and will miss Wooster and would happily return. He really is one of the most affectionate, good natured, loveable dogs. Just when we think it can't get any better it does! Thank you again Emma and Al.
