Wonderful house sitter. Lauren was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very respectful of my home and sent updates on my kitty. I recommend her care and would use her again! 😺

Ann
Overall it was a good sit, located in a great neighborhood with very sweet pets. The house was large and had everything needed for a long stay. Unfortunately, Ann's attitude overshadowed the good parts.

Whenever there was a problem (for example, a friend's key did not work or there was an issue with plumbing) she communicated in a very unpleasant, rude manner, as if I was a free servant. When I got locked out of the house because they did not warn me that their back door locks automatically, she was more concerned for the fact that the cats hadn't had dinner than that their sitter is stuck outside on a freezing cold December night.

The most disturbing thing however was that they had camera in the backyard that they had access to. I had no idea about it and did not agree to be filmed, and only learned about it after they accused me of not feeding their feral cat (which I did, but not in the timeframe they were checking on camera). I paid $40 for plumbing and did not ask them to reimburse me, and also purchased some extra cat food when the delivery was late. Moreover, before leaving I hired their cleaning lady who thoroughly cleaned the house. That cost me $140 -- yet for some reason they accused me of "leaving the house a wreck".

Cathy
Cathy is such a great hostess from the thoughtful "thank you" card in a gift basket to guide books about the area and a tour around to downtown and restaurant locations. Miss Porsche is such a great little lady that is so smart and knows her routine and daily walk path. She made no fuss at all, even for medicine time, wiping her feet after walks and brushing her ears. Her dinnertime zoomies were funny and adorable. Cathy's home is beautiful and well maintained in a beautiful gated community with friendly neighbors that were a joy to talk to. We would love to come back to visit Porsche.
