Anna and Tom are very kind and communication was easy and efficient. Had a lovely time taking care of the two kitties, Cosima and Giacomo- they are two very special souls. The little 'tigers' are very curious and playful and enjoy having plenty of company. Cosima loves being brushed across her cheeks. Their tastefully decorated home and little garden exude a beautiful ambience. The house is located close to the center of Starnberg and lake Starnberg, where you can go for walks or swim, sail or paddle in the summer time.
Had a great stay taking care of Nigel. He is a character and very entertaining, he loves his ball and will play fetch forever. The location is perfect for hikes (table mountain is right behind their unit) as well as close to downtown Golden.
Galen was very welcoming, making sure before she left that I had seen the island and connected me with friends she thought I'd enjoy. I was on Pt Roberts for the Christmas holidays and was snowed in for 5 days but the experience was peaceful and beautiful. It was a bird watching paradise in the snow with all her bird feeders and floor to ceiling windows. Her two kitties are sweet and low maintenance. I'm sure anyone who enjoys solitude and beautiful surroundings would enjoy caring for Galen's home.
We had a lovely few days with Jessie, Abby and Tilda in beautiful Papamoa! All three dogs were really well behaved and great fun to play with around the house. Jessie - in particular - was an absolute champ at taking her extra medication in the mornings and evenings. Raewyn and Heinz were extremely generous, considerate and welcoming on arrival and were careful to take us through the routines of the dogs and the house which was much appreciated. Thanks again for having us!!
We absolutely loved our time looking after Cairo. He is the sweetest and cutest cat. He was shy the first couple of days, but he quickly got comfortable with us and he would come look for us for some cuddles. We enjoyed playing with Cairo and brushing his hair out on the balcony during sunset. The location of this home was a dream and great for nature lovers. The resort has a beautiful pool for some relaxing days. The gym was very nice with great equipment. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Spencer was incredibly helpful and sent us a welcome guide video which was extremely useful in settling in, especially since we did not meet him when we arrived. Rachel was out of the country so we did not meet her, but we did have the opportunity to meet Spencer after the sit, and he was as nice and friendly in person as he was through communications. We would gladly return for another sit and highly recommend this opportunity to other sitters. We are going to miss Cairo! Thank you Spencer and Rachel for a wonderful experience!
This is a housesit you want! Cash is a fabulous dog. He doesn't take long to warm up to you. Loves to play inside and out, including the pool. Very easy to care for. He loves walks and is well mannered. Todd & Kim's home is a very nice newly built home. Top rated appliances in a well equipped kitchen. The interior is decorated beautifully. The pool was a nice way to spend some of our day. Communication was perfect. We met prior to the stay, covering expectations and security. The neighborhood has plenty shopping, restaurants, and a dog park nearby. Would love to stay again if needed.
