Ramsey is very personable. He is precise about a lot of things including the details of feeding and caring for our two dogs, leaving the house clean and in good order. He sent and sent daily pictures and a brief comment about the dogs which gave us the confidence to relax and enjoy our travels. We will invite Ramsey back again and recommend him highly if you are looking for a very competent stouter. Buster and Sadie seemed to really love him.
Liz made a huge effort to meet us and our dog before the house sit. We went overseas feeling very confident that Liz would look after our home and dog. She sent regular messages and updates which was really reassuring. Our dog was happy and had obviously been very well cared for. We would definitely recommend Liz and Steve and also would be very happy for them to sit again.
We had a wonderful experience with Andre & Mayra! As soon as we met on zoom, we knew right away we were in good hands! Andre & Mayra were easy going and patient in taking care of our 19 year old cat, Nipper. They read our guide thoroughly, cared for Nipper just as we would. They generously indulged Nipper in her favourite activities - the way she likes her cheeks brushed & daily lap time. We really enjoyed and appreciated the daily video/photo updates of our sweet girl. Nipper clearly misses Andre’s lap very much as our laps are just not the same! Communication was quick, accurate and clear. Andre & Mayra demonstrated strong adaptability and experience in housesitting - accommodating repairs that took place when we were away, adhering to the condo rules, picking up the mail, assisting in receiving an unexpected heavy parcel delivery. We returned to not only an immaculate home, a happy cat, but also a lovely and delicious veggie chowder Mayra so generously made for us. Thank you!! As first time users of zeewoi, Andre & Mayra has certainly set the bar high for an impeccable experience. They’re a dream come true and have made our vacation memories extra special.
