Lovely couple who managed to cope with the non-delivery of Willow's food in their stride. Karen had noticed that Willow does not drink a lot and tried out putting water in with his food. That tip works a treat. Willow was happy and well-cared for and the house looked great. Probably better than we left it. Thank you Karen and Ken.

Leigh and I can highly recommend Linda as a zeewoi. Despite our trip being a little ‘last minute’, Linda was very understanding of our needs and was extremely helpful during what might have been a very stressful time. She took great care of our pets, who were very chilled and settled upon our return, and was very respectful of our home. Everything was extremely tidy and clean which is such a relief to come home to after a long journey. We would love to have Linda house sit for us again if she is free and can most definitely recommend her to take good care of your pets and your home

We were able to enjoy a worry-free vacation with Tannis and Jamie looking after our home and pets. They obviously enjoy cats and dogs, our fur-babies were well loved and looked after. Communication was excellent, and we returned to a tidy home. We would definitely invite them back to our home when we plan a future trip!

Emma and David arrived on time and it was clear the dogs felt really comfortable with them from the start. After we left for the airport, Emma sent us a photo of one of the cats rubbing up against David-normally the cats disappear for days when sitters arrive! They were a very friendly couple and the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was that they left pots and pans on the draining board which, because they are Le Crueset, rust at the top and rust the drainer. Cushions on the sofa were not plumped up after use but these are small things and perhaps I should have been clearer on what was expected.

If I could give 6 stars for cleanliness, communication, and cat care I would! Ashley and Maria were excellent guests and care takers, who provided some cute photos and videos while I was away. Their communication was fantastic, sharing their travel details far before the date of the sit and keeping in contact throughout their visit. They left the place tidier than they found it and ensured Coraline was all set in between the time of their departure and our arrival back home. Coraline was a happy and well fed little lady, which allowed us to have a very relaxing time away. 10/10 would recommend for any future sits.

Jennifer looked after our cats and our house for two and a half weeks. She came two days before we left, to make sure the handover was smooth, and we found her friendly and interesting company.  Being from the desert climate of Arizona, she isn't used to looking after plants, but we explained what needed watering while we were away and she happily took on the task.
She gave us regular updates whilst we were away and we felt confident that Lucy and Kitty were in very good hands.
When we got back the house was beautifully tidy and clean, and the cats were obviously happy and well - they didn't seem to have missed us at all!
We'd have no hesitation in recommending Jennifer as a sitter, and we'd happily have her to sit for us again.

Anytime Maine gives you snowfall, it's time to make snow angels. So that's what Amanda and family did during the surprise, end-of-season storm that came while we were away. We came home to a happy pup and a house that was spic and span. My advice: Book Amanda if you can!
