This is the second sit that Sherreme did for us. And again, she was fantastic. One of our kitties has IBD and there were issues with his food. Sherreme was great about adjusting his food and even picking up more of the new food when we were running out. When we arrived home we found kitties who had obviously been well cared for and gotten lots of love. We feel lucky to have Sherreme as a trusted kitty/house sitter. Would love to have her sit for us again.

Ralph
Ralph’s a perfect host and Houston is the easiest (big) dog I’ve encountered so far. Really sweet and easy to handle male Husky who loves to be taken in the car and usually likes other humans and dogs. You can also take him to pubs and restaurants but don’t spoil him with (human) gourmet food. We loved Ralph’s place very much, it’s very spacious and close to beaches etc. but away from crowded areas on the island. Only downside is the actual location on the busy road #1. Otherwise great area and lovely neighbors.

Lizzie
I had a wonderful week in the picture perfect village of Upton Grey set in stunning countryside with a multitude of fantastic walks on the doorstep.

Lizzie and Simon's home is extremely beautiful, tastefully decorated and well maintained with a really lovely garden to relax in. Although we didn't get to meet in person, everything had been made very comfortable for my stay and Lizzie was always helpful and easily contactable.

The chickens were easy to care for and even had an automatic door on their hen house so my only real job was topping up food and water. The girls were very friendly so I enjoyed going to say hello and collecting four delicious eggs each day.

And now the highlight of my visit - the gorgeous Conker! What a sweet natured, happy and loving girl! She is still young so has lots of energy and playfulness but could be walked off lead and would listen to commands which made going out with her a pleasure. She was so friendly to anybody we met, either visiting the house or when out and about, and towards any other dogs. I don't think I heard her bark once during my whole stay!

A recommended sit - If you have the opportunity to spend time with Conker don't hesitate!

Terry
Terry and Carole have a beautiful, well equipped home and an adorable and affectionate spaniel called Sara. Their home is a one minute walk from one of the most beautiful coastlines in the UK. Walks are easy from here and the New Forest is only a three mile cycle ride. There's plenty of tea shops, cafes and shops very close by which makes it a perfect place for a housesit. Sara adores running after and retrieving her ball and will play like this for hours. Everyone on the beach LOVED her. Highly recommended.

Gary
Pet sitting Bonnie for Gary and Wendy was a very special experience. I was fortunate enough to meet Gary a few weeks before the sit and he explained in good detail what was necessary to keep Bonnie happy and healthy. Bonnie and I quickly became great friends. She is a very energetic, highly intelligent and cute little girl and I became smitten. A huge bonus is the fact their property backs on to a doggie park, which is literally Bonnies backyard. Should be renamed Bonnies' Park! She knows all of the dogs and owners that come through the park and is very popular. Bonnie loves to kiss all of her furry friends. She has no fear and absolutely loves a good run and tussle, no matter what size dog. When relaxing/sleeping inside she loves to snuggle. I met a lot of lovely people in the park and found it to be a very welcoming, cohesive community. It was a most enjoyable experience and I would look after Bonnie again anytime. In fact you'd probably have to fight me for it! LOL!

Briana
Briana and Steve have a beautiful home with an open, spacious landscape in the front and back that makes the perfect retreat! They were so welcoming and communication was easy from start to end. Gus Gus and Frankie are the sweetest pets. I loved Gus’s company while I worked in the house or on the outside deck and they both snuggled watching TV. They are just adorable, cuddly, and lovable. During the day, Frankie liked being outside but comes around to say hi now and then for tummy rubs. It was the perfect location for my first visit to Ojai and I highly recommend!. This was one of my favorite sits and I hope I’ll have the chance to visit again :)
