Our cats LOVE when Stephanie is staying with them. She genuinely cares about them, gives us loads of updates and pictures, and them come running to greet her when she comes. They seem settled when we come home too, and that helps with the transitions. Cannot recommend her enough. She great with the cats and a sweetheart in general.

Stephanie was professional and caring in every way, even managed to gain the trust of our ultra timid kitty and lure him out of hiding within a few days :-) She was thorough, responsive and sent regular pics/videos daily which was so appreciated, never having left ‘the boys’ with a petsitter for so long. I can highly recommend Stephanie, your babies will be in great hands. Her colleague Julie was lovely too.

Stephanie is the best cat-sitter we've ever had. We have a difficult cat (a 12-year-old who is highly attached to us, and became anxious and unfriendly to strangers after her sister passed away a few years ago), and most sitters understandably dislike spending time with her even if they try their best to connect. Stephanie never gave up, and eventually bonded with our cat in a way that made us feel so much more comfortable when we were away from home. She would sit and talk to her even when our cat would hiss or swat. It sounds silly, but Stephanie saw the best in her! And it paid off – they have really formed a special connection. Beyond that, Stephanie is incredibly responsible and communicative. She always sends photos and videos from her visits, which make us smile and allow us to relax knowing that our cat is being cared for.

Stephanie will be our go-to cat sitter going forward! We are new to the area and needed care for our two cats while we were out for spring break. I contacted Stephanie and she took thorough notes about our house and cats. Everyday she sent us a report with photos and it was clear that the cats increasingly enjoyed her company. It was nice to know she was giving them the love and attention they needed while we were away. Our cats were happy upon our return and that's what really matters.

I found Stephanie through her Pinebrook Petsitting website. My cat Batman and I feel so incredibly fortunate to have Stephanie step in when needed. She absolutely goes way above and beyond what she is payed for. She obviously cares a great deal about my cat, and sends me photos and videos while she is in my home. I trust her so much, that I let her hang onto my key for future pet sitting. I simply cannot say enough positive things about Stephanie. Stephanie has been an outstanding cat sitter for my two cats during the past year for periods of time ranging from 2-10 days. It is apparent that she likes animals and the cats are calm and relaxed when I return. She is reliable and has thoughtfully texted photos of the cats while I am away. Stephanie goes above and beyond what she needs to do and, for example, has brought in mail and packages, etc. Knowing that Stephanie is caring for my two cats while traveling is very reassuring to me and I am sure they are well taken care of while I am away. Stephanie was awesome. Her love of animals shines through as she picked up on my pets personalities right away. She took it seriously and took notes. Even thought i told her she could skip the litter, she scooped it daily. She took my dog on walks despite the blizzards. I really appreciated the photos she took on every visit! She did extras like picking up packages and putting my trash out. I’m a veterinarian and would highly recommend her!

Stephanie has looked after our cat, Chloe, for some time now when we travel. She is very reliable and clearly loves cats.Stephanie will visit the house as many times as we agree to make sure all is in order. It is a relief to be able to go away knowing that Chloe is in safe hands.

Steph did a fantastic job taking care of my two cats. She went above and beyond while I was gone. She sent pictures, reported on their eating and stayed/played with them for awhile. She also let me know packages were delivered and brought them inside. Fantastic service and I will be using her again.

I travel a distance to take my fur baby to Summit Pet Care. I pass other daycares that are good but Summit Pet Care is the best fit for me and my little one. I appreciate their smaller, controlled environment. Also, all of the staff is well-trained, caring, detail oriented to instructions for my pet and they love animals! We love taking our dog here! Everyone is super nice, the facility is clean & our dog seems to enjoy it. We've taken our dog to other doggy daycares, but this one seems to be the most reliable and we feel great knowing there is a smaller dog to human ratio so we know our dog is getting the best care :)

Such an amazing place! Melissa and her team are awesome. They were able to accommodate my dogs last minute and one had a pre-existing eye issue that they kept me informed on and up to date with medicine. They went above and beyond when the eye issue worsened helping with solutions and coordinating with local vets as I was on vacation. I trust them completely. My dogs had so much fun playing in the sprinklers and we will definitely be back!

By far the best place for a fury friend's vacation while you go on your vacation. Whether daycare or overnight, only the best of care from an excellent staff that loves what they do! Our Cinderella is usually a daily guest, but walks there and checks herself in if we haven't brought her in to see her friends in a few days.

This place is great. We have been taking our dogs here for over 10 years. Jim and his staff take great care of our Aussies Blu and Indi. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing this type of service

My dog is big, and also a big baby when it comes to getting groomed. She was really nervous when we first went in, but when I picked her up I could tell she was happier and more relaxed, the hallmark of being treated really well. She was super clean, soft, and they did a great job getting the extra undercoat out. Will be taking her to Doginhaus again for sure!

Flurry has great care at Doginhaus. She is a sweet little Maltese and I am very glad they have a dedicated small dog group so she can have a more comfortable play experience. The staff gives her lots of attention!

DoginHaus takes wonderful care of our 2 fur girls. They get so excited when being dropped off. The staff goes above and beyond. One experience is someone came and reported two loose dogs in the area that matched the description of my dogs, so DoginHaus staff called me to make sure my dogs were secure and with our family. I recommend DoginHaus to anyone looking to board their fur babies!

First time at camp my pom did great. We were visiting from Colorado and the resort did not allow pets. The staff was kind, capable and accommodating. Definitely recommend them for boarding and grooming. My pup looked awesome when we picked him up and he enjoyed his visit. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful experience with Jess & Brandon taking care of our precious 3 month old Pisco at our Airbnb home. I was quite worried about leaving my pup alone at the new big house for the day while we skied, but they did such a great job tiring him out with 3 long visits which included playing with him, giving him lunch, and taking him on walks/runs. We got home to one happy and tired Australian cattle dog pup (difficult to tire!). The price is unbeatable considering the time and effort they put toward keeping him company and easing my thoughts with lots of videos and pictures. Highly recommend!!

Knowing that he is getting taken care of with love and attention while I’m gone takes a big burden off me. My three cats and I have had the absolute BEST experience with Floofy Pet Care, and Alex in particular. My 18 years old cats (Biff and Axel) are used to me being away on work travel, but my 5 year old (Yadier) has now developed a liver disease and I am now having to cook and feed him fresh meals twice a day. I was panicked knowing that I would have to leave on a trip soon after learning that Yadier needed twice daily care and I thought I might have to take him to stay with me just so I could feed him! My mom found Floofy Pet Care through a Google Search. Jessica was incredibly prompt in her response and ability to have someone available pretty immediately. Alex came over the day before I left for a "meet and greet" and Yadier fell in love with him right away. Alex has had excellent communication with me, but more importantly with my little boys. He was very professional, cleaned their bowls, put dishes in the washer, cleaned litter boxes, and pet and snuggled them. I have previously had bad experiences with other pet sitters, so I am absolutely relieved and thrilled to have found Alex and Floofy Pet Care. I travel often, and have already used him twice. I am just hoping that he will be available every time I need to leave my sweet baby boys at home. Yadier is gaining weight and is feeling so much better from getting his home cooked meals, and that is all because Alex came twice a day and took such wonderful care of him. Thank you Alex!!!!

Brandon and Jess did a fantastic job watching our dog for 5 days while we were away. They sent tons of photos and videos of her, and she always looked like she was having a great time! They cuddled with her in the house and had lots of play time. They were always on time to walk her, and it gave us such comfort knowing our dog was well taken care of while we were away. All the reviews are true! Brandon took such great care of our cats while we were gone. No only did he take the time to feed, treat and play with both of them, he sent pictures and videos daily. I asked Jessi if he enjoyed his boarding today at Park City Pet Resort. He said it was the best boarding experience ever. He was really impressed with all of the attention he received and thought everyone was very nice and friendly. He told me he didn’t ever want to go anywhere else. And to top it all off he told me that they gave him a nice warm bath and shampoo. Right after he got home he asked me how soon could he go back. He said it was definitely a four paw experience.

David and his team at Rocky Mountain K9 have provided boarding and training services for my Corgi the last three years and I couldn’t be more pleased. The high level of personalized care and service is unmatched. They’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate our every need. My pup comes home happy and healthy, and I feel confident and relaxed that he is being well cared for while I’m out of town.

Ellie always is always comfortable and has a good time. When we drive up for drop off, she jumps out of car & heads toward the door. She had never been “groomed” - just bathed. Wow what an amazing daycare. Our demon loves playing & has a lot of energy. Most daycares can’t keep up with him but the staff here loved him & kept him very busy. We have a collar that tracks activity & he had a ton of it. The staff members were all so nice & accommodating & even sent me photos of his day. He was tired for 2 days which is a blessing for us. I wish we could go here every day!

I am really disappointed with the management of this place. My little Frenchie stayed here about 4 or 5 times, the truth is that the service is good, they treated everything well. The problem started when I wanted to cancel the membership, I tried to do it by email about 5 times. The problem started when they told me they were going to check with the owner to find out what to do about it, there was no response and they charged me the $60 again. So I contacted them again, they said they had to charge me for the cancellation fee. Which doesn't say anything anywhere. They just made it up, ok I accepted because I had been trying to cancel the membership for about 2 months, I explained what the situation was, the days went by and they charged me the $60 again. Honestly it's very sad because I loved this place for my dog, but the management is lacking a lot. I had explained what the reason for my cancellation was, I had also told them that I didn't want to end up badly with them, because I love the place. It's a shame that the management is so bad. So if you want a membership with them, think carefully, because in the end it ends up being the same when it comes to paying the $45 per day.

Our dog had so much fun. He was well taken care of and was treated like family. We received daily photos and report cards of his behavior, health, and updates. We will be using their services again soon.

My dog Thor and cat LC (Cuddles) love the folks at Sugar House Pets. Thor has been doing training with Tabitha and is a whole new dog, and LC just appreciates knowing she’s special. I had to be gone for almost two weeks and was worried about leaving them and SHP made the whole thing feel much less stressful. I love that they send several pictures and a little update with each visit. It goes a long way to ease one’s mind! Highly recommend them!!

Sugarhouse pets was a lifesaver for me and my dog during my work contract in Salt Lake. They took my pup out for a walk and potty, administered her medications, and gave her all the pets and love. They update you on the visit and send the cutest pictures as well. I am so thankful sugarhouse pets was able to help me and my dog while I was at work.

Sugarhouse Pets recently cared for my two dogs and cat for two days while I was out of town. I was pretty anxious about leaving my dogs for the first time home alone, but having the meet and greet beforehand, receiving the detailed updates about how they were doing, and what their visits were like made me feel so much better. All of the pictures I received while I was gone reassured me that my dogs were having a good time and were being well taken care of. I was expecting my dogs to be anxious when I came home due to the change in their routine, but they were just tired from playing with the sitters and happy to see me. I am super happy with the experience and Sugarhouse Pets will definitely be my go-to in the future!

I had Sugar House Pets take care of my cat when I went on a two-week vacation out of the country. They were very responsible to be there daily. They were great about following the instructions I left for my cat. They kept me notified with daily text as to what was happening with my cat. My cat is shy and won’t go to anyone. They made an effort to find her in the house and send me a pic of her every day, so I knew she’s was fine. That made me feel very good about her care. They were also very responsible with the security of my home. I recommend them to anyone who needs pet care. I will use them again. It’s a good feeling to know your pet is in good hands when your out of town.

I'm very picky on who I trust to take care of my Newfie Tate but Sugar House Pets has been amazing with him! They are skilled, responsive to questions, always on time, and keep me updated on everything that happens when it comes to taking care of my dog. I highly recommend!

My puppy Maisey has been going to daycare and doing some training at Liberty Bark. They take great care of her and her confidence around other dogs is getting better. I highly recommend this place! I love to see the photos they send of her with their pupdates! The staff is friendly and answers my questions. I really like their trainer Benny! The owner is really kind too. Maisey will continue to go here! The only thing I don't like is the red dirt they use. My dog is mostly white and comes home so stained. 🙃

Specter had such a good time here. He made so many friends specifically an Irish wolfhound and a bully breed looking dog along with a reddish dog. I was in Utah for national guard training I am very happy with them and the fact my dog had an amazing time

Fantastic day care and boarding! One of the best we’ve ever used. We moved our dogs from City Pet Club after our lab was bitten and they could not explain how or why, refused to talk to us regarding the possibility of a refund or paying at least part of the vet bill and literally did not return our calls. Night and day difference. Liberty Bark keeps you updated with photos, communicates with texts, and (most importantly) love the dogs as if they are their own. The structured day care is amazing and the option to have them trained while there during the day is amazingly affordable and so helpful. Love them!

I’ve boarded my dog here four times over the past 10 months. Twice were weekend trips and twice were 5+ days. She requires extra care as she can show reactivity with people and other dogs. The staff shows expertise in handling tricky dogs. They send daily photos included in the cost of boarding. They provide detailed progress reports if you pay the extra fee for them as well. My dog gets the opportunity to socialize in a safe environment and she comes back to me happy and tired. I so appreciate the care the staff provides for me to have peace of mind while out of town.

What an amazing place with amazing staff! We were having trouble finding a place to board our boxers for vacation (our sweet girl is not always so sociable with other dogs) and they graciously took them with no fuss. We got regular updates on their progress, and prompt communication about even the most minor issues that came up. We could tell when we picked them up that they were not starved for love or attention! We will definitely be taking them back for training and socialization!

Liberty Bark is without a doubt the best dog hotel I’ve ever taken my dog to! For nearly 3 years I struggled bringing my 100+ lb pitbull-mix around other dogs and would have to have him isolated from other dogs while at dog hotels when I left town. I decided to give Liberty bark a try and they have worked with him, helping him so much with his reactivity to other dogs and leash pulling. They know what they are doing and I can’t thank them enough for taking such amazing care my dog! I highly recommend them for overnight stays, daycare and training, especially if you have a dog who needs some extra attention / work.

I cannot recommend Liberty Bark enough! The staff there are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I have a 5 month old labradoodle pup who is tons of energy and in the process of learning good manners. They are all extremely patient with her. They also seem to care about her and the other dogs as if they are their own! I feel great dropping Scout off while I work during the week. I always get updates and pictures which is the highlight of my day! Thanks Liberty Bark! Yall rock.

I recently started using Liberty Bark for doggy daycare. It has been such a great experience for me and my dog. The staff are super awesome and caring. I love the pawgress reports and report cards. I have used other dog sitters in the Salt Lake area and non have been this great.

I’ve been terribly disappointed with Liberty Bark. They do not have cameras which is not inherently wrong, but they lack transparency, never inviting clients into the facility. You drop your dog off at the door. On several occasions, I was unable to reach someone via phone call (during business hours) while my dog was in their care. I was forced to use a text system, and no one would speak to me. Once was after they shared a photo of my dog where she was foaming at the mouth, and I called to check on her. I paid extra for report cards and received one photo each day without notes about how she was doing. Most notably, my dog hunkers to the ground and refuses to go inside without being carried. She is clearly fearful. When I’ve used other daycare and boarding services, she is excited to go in and never scared. Something feels very off about this facility, and I do not recommend it.

My very wonderful very covid puppy was given time to spend at Liberty Bark to mentally prep for a 9 day boarding experience. The amazing owner Liz and i came up with a plan that would help acclimate him to the experience. He feel in love with Liberty bark after the first minute. Now we have to spell it out to to avoid all the happy tippy taps. I get daily pup dates and live for every single one. He is learning good dog pack behaviors and when your baby is 100 pounds he needs to learn these skills. Could not speak higher even if i tried. They are all so wonderful.

We had to fly out of state for a work trip — we’ve never left our dog with anyone or at a boarding facility. We were so anxious, but the team at Diggity Dog were so kind and understanding! We took him there for daycare a few times to make sure he’d be able to get along with the other pups. Every time he goes, he comes back happy and exhausted! When we dropped him off for his stay, it was hard not to cry 🥲 we had nothing to worry about though! We thankfully get to pick up our sweet boy tomorrow, and we can’t wait! We’ve received photo and video updates of Neruda having the time of his life. I can tell the people working there love dogs, and that he’s had a great time. This is the place to take your pup!

I started taking my pup to Diggity Dog last year when I was working here temporarily. When we moved permanently, it was an easy choice to bring my pup back for daycare. She is well cared for, loved, treated like royalty, and is so happy every morning to get to daycare. Heather, Will, Charlie, Rhea and the entire team are phenomenal. Diggit Dog is fabulous! I have been taking my dog Theo for daycare and boarding at Diggity Dog for three years. My dog loves DD. Theo is greeted by either Bob or William in the morning, and can’t wait for me to leave! Lisa, the groomer is also very talented, Theo always looks great after a grooming session! And Michelle, the owner is caring and loves what she does! I would highly recommend Diggity Dog for your pets needs.

I was in town for my father’s funeral and had to bring my canine pal Lexi along. She is an older rescue and had never been in a hotel before and was barking at every sound she heard, so much so at times there was no sleep for anyone. I couldn't leave her in the hotel alone as she would bark and paw at the door whenever I left the room. My sister looked around for a doggy daycare I could take her to be during the funeral and she found Diggity Dog, what a godsend!!! They emailed me the application and I was able to electronically submit it, along with her vaccinations overnight, and on the way to the funeral I was able to get her there to have her temperament tested to ensure she was friendly enough and would be safe for other dogs and people. She was excited and having fun with other dogs when I picked her up that night and I took her back the next two days so I could visit with family before we had to return to Phoenix. All the staff I engaged with (JJ, Kelly, Sage, Brian?, Brent) were friendly and really good with Lexi. She was happy every day and excited to play with the other dogs there. The place was very clean and inviting and I now have a place where she can be, and be happy, so I can plan another trip knowing she won't ever have to be left alone. It is also very affordable for the daycare; it was not nearly what I thought I would have to pay for such a great place with such personable services! Great job DD Team!!!

I would recommend diggity dog to everyone!! Our Kota has been going there for almost 2 years and absolutely loves it. The staff treat her and treat us like family and we have had nothing short of an amazing experience with them. Kota is our baby and we trust them 1000%. She comes home every day the happiest dog and has been taken care of like a princess while at daycare and boarding. Shout out to them for being such a great facility!

Diggity is Charlie’s home away from home, literally. Not only does he attend daycare but twice I have had to board him for extended periods and is so well cared for and loved. We have been with Diggity for almost eleven years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The staff has always been polite and helpful, they receive excellent training and just plain love dogs. Michelle, Will, Charlie,and Heather are wonderful. You just can’t do better.

Michelle and Heather are top notch. Diggity Dog is excellent. I always feel safe leaving my girl all day, and even over night and long boarding periods. I wouldn’t leave my girl with anyone else. Friendly, well kept, and recommend to anyone who wants their pupper to be safe and have a great experience.
