Susan and Kurt were the perfect sitters for our dog, Dulce. I appreciated that they came the night before our departure so as to familiarize themselves with Dulce's schedule and her quirks. Dulce felt comfortable with them right away and was not anxious when we left the following day. Susan and Kurt went above and beyond ---they washed all linens and towels for two beds and remade the beds before our arrival home! Everything else was also clean and tidy. We would definitely have them return and highly recommend Susan and Kurt to other members in need of a dogsitter.

Left my two cats here for 16 days in December. One has to have insulin and special dietary requirements. The other has never been in a cattery before. They are amazing and really look after my cat magic. They are extremely communicative and considerate. They have a real passion for the welfare of animals and they put them first. I have used them multiple times and I will continue to do so. The only shame is I can’t give them more stars because they deserve it. First experience of taking my cats to a cattery. The staff were very lovely, even let me go see where the cats were going to be for the night to put my mind at ease and collecting the cats was easy and as soon as they came home they all fell asleep and looked happy. Will definitely use again in future.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my dog to Kira’s Classic Coat, and I have to say, I was absolutely blown away by the experience. From start to finish, every aspect of the service was top-notch. First and foremost, Erika was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As soon as I walked through the door with my dog, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine interest in my pet. She took the time to get to know my dog and understand his specific needs and preferences. The grooming itself was nothing short of exceptional. My dog looked absolutely stunning when I picked him up - his coat was shiny and soft, and he smelled amazing. I could tell that Erika took her time and paid attention to every little detail. But what really set this dog grooming service apart was the extra touches, they even sent me home with treats and a thank you card. Overall, I can't recommend this dog grooming service highly enough. Erika is friendly and knowledgeable, the grooming is exceptional, and the little extras really make a difference. If you want your furry friend to look and feel their best, this is the place to go.
My first visit to Kira’s Classic Coats and was so impressed. Erika and her husband were so friendly and immediately made a fuss of Lily, my Maltipoo. I needed an appointment urgently and they gave me an appointment very late the next day. When I collected Lily she looked great. I have been to other groomers but never seen Lily look so good. I honestly cannot praise them enough. Very happy with service and price. Thank you Erika.
