First experience of taking my cats to a cattery. The staff were very lovely, even let me go see where the cats were going to be for the night to put my mind at ease and collecting the cats was easy and as soon as they came home they all fell asleep and looked happy. Will definitely use again in future.

First and foremost, Erika was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As soon as I walked through the door with my dog, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine interest in my pet. She took the time to get to know my dog and understand his specific needs and preferences. The grooming itself was nothing short of exceptional. My dog looked absolutely stunning when I picked him up - his coat was shiny and soft, and he smelled amazing. I could tell that Erika took her time and paid attention to every little detail. My first visit to Kira’s Classic Coats and was so impressed. Erika and her husband were so friendly and immediately made a fuss of Lily, my Maltipoo. I needed an appointment urgently and they gave me an appointment very late the next day. When I collected Lily she looked great. I have been to other groomers but never seen Lily look so good.
