Sitting for Poppy and Baxter was an absolute pleasure! They were such easy-going dogs to sit for and were pur-fect company! The house was clean and was close to shops and hikes. Lydia was easy to communicate with while away. We were able to coordinate the handover so easily. A total delight!
Pam, Bert are just wonderful people who truly went above and beyond to ensure I had the best stay. Bugsy is the sweetest and more like a mate than a pup. I would look after, well, hang with her, again in a heartbeat.
Kai and Haj are incrdible humans. Artistic, kind, connected, inspiring. They have created a space that is truly their own paradise and you can see how much care comes into it. Bodhi is a very sweet dude who loves to love and to play. He is both calm and does want to have your love. The cats are very independent and I will say Luna is one of kind. I fell in love with her. Their garden is stunning, true plant people who dedicate to their love for life all around. We are big travelers and tour a lot so we wanted to fall into domesticity and feel the rootedness of space that you only get when you put true time and energy into it. This space gave us just that. This place does require your time and energy to care for it, yet the reward is quite high. Beyond the furry friends we made, we saw so much wild life all the time (turkeys, deer, hawks, hares, and even a moutnain goat). Truly a magical and enchanted land!
Sunshine is super well behaved and easy to care for. She’s sweet, easy to walk, and wonderfully cuddly. Jeremy and Erin’s home is very comfortable, clean, and in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. We had a great stay and would certainly welcome the opportunity to hang out with Sunshine again.
This was one of the best sits all around I have done so far! The home and the location are spectacular. Luke & Blue are two of the very sweetest and well trained dogs I have ever met. With ample walking trails right out the front door it was very easy to get the daily walks I need and want and for the pups too! Kim is a great host and easy to communicate with. If you've found a dog sit here, you're one of the lucky ones! Enjoy.
Tiphanny's pugs Mr Pickles and Pancake are adorable, with distinct personalities. Tiphanny was responsive, helpful, and generous with her home. The home itself is a great location so close to High Park and accessible to downtown, and gets a ton of light. I would gladly sit for Tiphanny again!
