Annabelle & Henry

It was easy to give Henry and Annabelle 5 stars. After seven weeks I came home to an immaculate house and, most important, a well cared for and happy cat. Communication was excellent, Henry was quick to respond to my messages and kept me well informed. When heavy rains proved to be too much for a previous handyman’s fix, Henry’s photo and videos were invaluable for submitting to various masonry contractors for estimates. P.S. This morning I finally hired a contractor for a more permanent fix. He also replaced a toilet handle that had broken off. Meanwhile I came home to a reorganized kitchen and an immaculate home. An animal’s behavior will tell you everything you need to know about their treatment. Cookie was relaxed and her usual sweet self. My only regret is Henry and Annabelle are moving out of state so they are unlikely to be available in my locale. But I highly recommend them. They gave me real peace of mind.

Andrea was excellent. Super responsible and helpful. She sent us daily pictures of our 15 year old dog which was hugely appreciated by all. The house was left in perfect condition. She was really flexible too and we would thoroughly recommend her.

Very grateful to have selected Heidi to accompany Max during our vacations. In addition to being very affectionate with Max, very organized and very neat in the house she is a very physically active person, so that every day she made Max enjoy long walks. She was always keeping us informed about Max while we were out of the country. We would definitely like her to visit us again for company and exercise with Max.

Isaac made our first experience with zeewoi a great one. We got to meet him the day before we left and he was communicative with us the entire time (which was an entire month). We were able to enjoy our time away knowing our two oldcats were in good hands. When we got back, the house was clean and our cats were happy. Isaac is the epitome of a "zeewoi."

Josh and Kristina sent us photos of Gus while we were far away in Europe, it was so comforting to see that things were well here at home. It was enjoyable for us to get away, and I think, enjoyable for them to be here, truly a win-win. Josh is experienced with dogs and even fosters dogs that are trained to go into service. We came home to a clean apartment, even better than when we left it. We are grateful to Josh and Kristina for their wonderful care of our dear little Gus, and our home. Highly recommend.

Jen and Rory came to the rescue for a last minute change in my travel plans. They not only had the sit to do, but also the handover to the sitters coming in for the original dates as I had to leave 5 days early. They were very organized and took everything in stride. They kept in touch and sent photos of my Splash which I really appreciated.

Deirdre is so fantastic.  You can tell that she loves dogs more than anything.  We were so happy we found Deirdre.  Now we could finally go on vacation alone with a very clear conscience.  Our 3 dogs immediately took Deirdre into their ❤️ hearts.  Our house was also so clean, you didn't even notice she was here.  We booked Deirdre again for 1 week in December. We got to know Zeewoi through an Italian friend who signed up as a pet sitter, so we decided to try the service ourselves.

Until last year, we used to take our cats on vacation with us, which they never fully enjoyed. As we all know, cats are creatures of habit and love to guard their territory. Our two cats, aged five and six, were cared for and loved just as we do. We came back home after 12 days away, and it was immediately clear, from how they greeted us, that they had spent a period of peace and serenity.

We stayed in touch via WhatsApp throughout our absence. We received beautiful photos and videos. The reports on daily life were always comprehensive and very reassuring.

A special thanks also to Sebastian (a promising talent in classical music!) who played with Simba and Baloo and brushed them with care.
