I have used YSP on and off for the past 6 years and I can't say enough good things about them! I have a shy cat and a hamster, and I'm always confident when I go away that they will be well looked after. I love the visit reports (no photos, because my cat is so shy that she hides away) and reading them brightens my day. Highly recommend!

I’ve used YSP for years and highly recommend them! We have two cats and have used them for 15 and 30 minute visits for countless visits. They are always responsive, send photos, and are very caring (especially Angela).

I’ve used Your Spoiled Pets a few times now and have had great experiences. Their daily recaps and photos make me feel secure that my pets are in good hands while I’m away. Last time we were gone, our cats climbed one of our plants and knocked it over, and the pet sitters here were kind enough to clean up the mess for us which was above and beyond what we were expecting. Highly recommend!

We have found the YSP daycare service to be so helpful, and very personal too. Our dog has been attending sporadically for at least 4 years now. They know her name, and they make sure that she is cared for. When I pick her up, I never feel like I left her in a compromised situation. They are also quite careful about making sure that all dogs have received a certain list of health requirements, and they tell us if we are due for these requirements. (We have occasionally been turned away, but then welcomed back once we met the requirements :) Lastly, I feel that it is well run businesses like this that keep Greenpoint personal, unique, and real. I am happy to support them and I hope they continue to succeed :)

I completely rely on Your Spoiled Pets for my pup. She goes to daycare a few times a week and gets walks from the lovely YSP walkers on other days. She is always so excited to go and comes home happy and tired. I love the option of getting a walk home from daycare too - this is a huge help. Easy to book online and communication is great.

Best pet sitting experience I've had yet! They send daily updates with pics and if your cat like to hide and not come out they chill near their hiding space so your pet knows they have someone there with them. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Greenpoint area with pets!!!

I have been using YSP for years, both as a daycare and as a walker. The online booking portal makes reservations very easy, and I can expect a reply within a day. As long as you book ahead of time, it’s very easy to secure a walker. My dog loves them, highly recommend

I left my dog with Patti for the weekend and he had an amazing stay! This was my first time leaving my dog with somebody who is not family, but it couldn’t have gone better. Patti was very attentive and made my pup feel so comfortable and right at home. I felt very confident and happy being able to leave my dog with Patti. She is very responsible and so wonderful with animals. I especially loved all the photos and updates! I absolutely recommend Patti to look after your furry friends. We were frantic after finding out our beloved dog, Mia, wasn't going to be permitted in the cabin with us on our international flight. I was this close to canceling my ticket to stay with the pets when we found Patti, and she was a dream! Patti took such good care of Mia and treated her as her own. Mia is timid and not the most trusting, and even she was put at ease by Patti's friendly demeanor. We were sent regular updates during our travel and I managed to sleep knowing that Mia was being well cared for back across the pond. I still don't want to travel without Mia, but anytime we do, we'll be glad to have her stay with Patti again.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Patti! We left our dog Champ with her for a few days while traveling out of the country. We had never left him with anyone other than family before and he is a quirky guy, who is also 12 years old and deals with arthritis, so we were very nervous! We initially had a great phone conversation to get acquainted and make sure they seemed right for each other, we then had a meet up with Patti to introduce champ to her and left them alone for a little bit to make sure they’d be comfortable together. She answered all of our questions with answers that calmed all of our nerves. During the trip she sent us multiple updates, photos, and videos to let us know champ was doing okay! Upon arriving to pick up champ, he didn’t even get out of bed because he was so comfortable! I highly recommend Patti to anyone who wants a true dog lover and understands how precious our fur babies are to us! We will definitely have champ stay with her again in the future!

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? I was initially super anxious about boarding my dog, Miya, but after seeing so many good reviews I decided to give it a try. Miya was with Patti for two weeks and I was updated everyday with pictures and videos of Miya! Miya came home today with a big smile on her face. Patti is amazing! If you want someone who genuinely cares about your dog while you are away, please consider boarding your pet with Patti. Miya will definitely be back for another vacation with Aunt Patti!

Pat is an amazing doggy sitter, my Bella loves her as do I! I was very happy to receive updates, pictures and videos while we were away for 2 weeks. My mind was at ease and I truly enjoyed my vacation without worrying about my doggy. I highly recommend her!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Patti watching my dog Bowie. Bowie is a nervous little guy, so leaving him is especially painful for me. I was going out of town and needed a reliable sitter, and I found Patti on here. Based on reviews, I decided to trust her, and wow, I am so so so happy I did!!! She gave me several updates (as per my request) including photos, his eating, and nice walks out at the park! Bowie had such a blast that he did not even want to leave her and was extremely sad when the weekend was over. I travel a lot and will 100% be using Patti again. I cannot express how amazing it is to have a reliable sitter who clearly puts a ton of love and attention and care into each dog she watches! Thank you so much Patti!!

Patti is the best! She looked after our Malti-poo for 5 nights and she did a stellar job. He got more walks than he usually does and warmed up to her right away. We had very particular instructions and it wasn’t an issue at all. Communication was perfect. She was very flexible with our schedule, she sent videos and pictures throughout the stay, and she even picked him up and gave him an impromptu bath free of charge! We will definitely be using “Aunt Patti” again soon!

Patti came recommended through a friend and what a solid recommendation! My husband and I just moved to LIC and had our sons baptism. She graciously accepted watching Hazel. Patti kept us informed throughout the day sending photos of their walk and her playing. Hazel was all smiles when we picked her up and didn’t want to leave. Our pup has a lot of anxiety about many things.and when we moved to a new place it did not help. When he met Patti and Joe from the team, our doggie was immediately comfortable and happy to be around them. He is happy to go for his walks, he seems completely calm and relaxed, and we know he is loved and happy. Thank you Patti and Joe for making this a great experience for us and our puppy.

This is the 2nd time our dog Moco stayed with Patti. She treats her furry guests like they are her own pets. She goes over all instructions diligently, takes the dogs for frequent walks and sends updates and pictures. Thanks Patti!

My pup has been a member of the pack since he was a few months old. He loves going a few days a week and I feel a sense of relief when I drop him off because I know he is in the most caring hands. They provide updates throughout the day if my dog spits up or plays a little too rough. They also have great events to meet the employees and other dog parents! Location couldn’t be more convenient, and they open as early as 7am and stay open until 8 on weekdays. I highly recommend Happy Dogs!

We have had a great experience with Happy Dogs and we recommend them for both daycare and boarding. The live cams are great and enable us to check on our pup, and we can see that there is always plenty of staff taking care of the dogs and keeping the space clean. They are very responsive over text or email and keep us updated on his behavior and eating habits.

We've had a wonderful experience with Happy Dogs! They're extremely responsive and reliable, and our dog is always excited for her daycare days. They've also built a completely custom, intuitive backend system that makes managing daycare and boarding very easy.

Our dog loves going to Happy Dogs and hanging out with all his mates. He’s always so excited to go in - and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming to him (and his humans)! We recently attended a social evening to meet other members and see inside the facility. It was so nice to meet the pack and see inside. There is a live camera feed available for members but seeing it in real life was very reassuring that he’s in good hands and in a nice environment on his day trips. The owners were delightful and should definitely share their peanut butter treats recipe (they were a huge hit!). Would highly recommend becoming a pack member!

Happy Dogs has been a life changer! My 4 month old pup gets home happy and tired after a day of playdates! I can see the love, dedication, and patience the staff give Dibu throughout the day through the live cam. Thank you Happy Dogs for making my dog so happy! 10/10 recommend!

Moved to the area recently and was recommended Happy Dogs by someone at a nearby dog park. My dogs been going there for a couple months now and the team there is great. Super communicative, let me know days when she doesn’t seem to be feeling well, which dogs she likes to play with, whether she at her meals. It’s so great to feel comfortable leaving her in their care for the day, and she comes home happy and tired from a full day of play. Also love the webcams where I can see her playing and relaxing with her friends throughout the day. So glad I made the choice to come here!

Great experience, Happy Dogs is very well organized and the whole process of drop off and pick up is very smooth. The live camera allows you to check how your dog is doing which is great! Highly recommended.

Happy Dogs has been a great option for my dog during long days at work. The check-in and check-out process is a breeze with easy access to last minute booking when needed! The dogs are never put in crates and are free to roam with the other dogs throughout the day. The staff and owners clearly love the animals and I know my dog is always in great hands when I drop her off!

Wonderful people, really easy to work with, and incredibly communicative. Our dog loves it! And we love the live feed so we can watch her play (though they make too good of a distraction from work!)

Love Fido’s! We used their overnight stay and it was our first time ever leaving our dogs and it was a great experience. Bunny is SUPER fast to respond to texts, provides meaningful updates, and the insta stories are great as well! Our dogs came home exhausted from all the play, but every time we pass Fidos on our walks, they try and go back in, so we know they loved it! We will definitely use Fidos again and highly recommend!

Bunny and team have been my absolute saving grace and I’m so grateful I found them. I have a rescue who is blinding and she knew exactly how to care for him. I get him groomed here as well and I’m always so happy with the results. I will recommend Fido to anyone who asks. Thank you so much!

I can’t say enough glowing things about this Fido and their staff! They have been amazing with my two huskies. From day one, the staff showed incredible care and attentiveness, making sure my dogs were comfortable and happy. My huskies have been to several daycares around the nation (Seattle, DC, Bay Area) and Fido definitely has been the top runner. They provide plenty of exercise, socialization, and mental stimulation, and I love how personable the staff is. In addition, this has been the cleanest daycare we have experienced. Both of my huskies come home tired and content, which speaks volumes about the level of attention and activity they receive (they love the pupwalks which isn’t offered everywhere). It’s clear the staff genuinely loves what they do, and I trust them completely with my fur babies. Highly recommend this daycare for anyone looking for a caring, professional, and fun place for their dogs! The owner truly cares about the business and it shows tremendously.

I’m honestly so relieved to find a facility and care team that’s genuine, organized, flexible, and caring. This is a top notch option in Greenpoint that comes incredibly highly recommended. You pay for the quality, and your dog thanks you for it. I was so impressed with how seamless it was to get our dog in for an orientation. Within a day of creating an account and uploading Winston’s information, I received a text and scheduled a phone call to learn more. Bunny was friendly, reassuring, and professional. At orientation drop off, so many other dog parents said it was the best decision they’d ever made and not to worry. The community vibes were strong, which I loved! I just bought a package to bring Winston back to daycare because of how impressed I’ve been and how secure we feel with our boy being cared for by the Fido team. 💕

My dog and I LOVE Fido Playhouse! My dog is always happy after spending time there and the entire team does a wonderful job! I had my dog groomed there and he looks and smells amazing, very happy with how much softer and cleaner he is. Highly recommend all of the services offered!

The whole team at Fido are incredible, they really do provide the best doggy day care services in New York - they truly are first class! Bunny is also one of the most organized people I’ve met, no request is too big or small. We recently needed our dog to be boarded for a week (they call it a slumber pawty) due to a family emergency; it was all taken care off over text with same day notice, no worries or stress. Honestly folks, invest in good quality dog day care services, I cannot thank and recommend Fido enough - the care and support they provide to both dogs and their owners is incredible. Don’t look elsewhere!!

What a wonderful place to take your dog. I was very apprehensive about taking our little miniature dachshund to a kennel, but had no choice. We were in Brooklyn visiting family and had to go to an event in Manhattan with everyone, no dogs allowed. We stopped in the day before to check it out, and Bunny said we should leave her there for a few hours so she would be familiar with everything the next day when we were leaving her overnight. She had a good time with the other dogs and didn’t seem stressed at all when we picked her up. The next day when we took her for the sleepover, she happily trotted in. When we picked her up the next morning her caregiver said that she slept with him and his wife. She was happy and so was I. I highly recommend Fido Playhouse.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing Fido Playhouse is! Bunny, Tulio, and Luciano took in my dog with open arms and it is incredible to see how happy and well taken care of he is. I am so grateful for the team and the beautiful facility. Couldn’t ask for more! Thank you so much.

My dog has been going to Fido for 6 months now and it’s his favorite place. I can always rely that my dog will be exhausted after spending the day there. Bunny and the Fido team are so great with him and me. They very understanding if I’m ever running late or have questions. Also, they do a great job with dog grooming, I truly recommend!

Staff is very friendly, clean and organized. Only downside the cameras the have for you to check in on your dog work rarely work. They always have some kinds of issue. I would give 5 stars if the camera where reliable.

The staffs are very friendly and the fees were pretty reasonable. Once the dog is approved, and dropped off, you have access to a web cam through their app. The place is clean, and there are snacks for your dog when you pick them up or just wait for other pups to be dropped and signed in. They also give you a report card for your dog!

Absolutely fantastic - it’s not a fit for my dogs (it was too overwhelming for one of my pups - which is too bad but I don’t want her unhappy). I was so incredibly impressed when I took the tour and they did the meet/greet and temperament test with my pups. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The dogs are always attended to by trainers/trained staff and kept engaged with structured play and other elements all day long. They’re very accommodating and - as the plan was to get my dogs comfortable in prep for boarding there next week (although that isn’t working out), they asked me many thoughtful questions about my dogs’ personalities, preferences, even asking if they prefer to eat together or separately. I’ve had prior great experiences with other pups at HoundsTown - the one in Island Park who also has a wonderful staff - but Dogtopia LIC is a whole other level - and - in a city where everything seems so expensive they’re actually quite reasonably and competitively priced. Didn’t work for my pups - but hope it does for yours. It really is a special place worthy of our special furry friends.

I love this place! All the trainers and staff could not be nicer to my pup. The facility is huge, clean, and has plenty of room for my frenchie to run around and play with the other dogs. Plus they have fun activities for the doggies throughout the week.

My young husky has been thriving thanks to the great staff and opportunity he gets to socialize with other dogs here. I get him home safe, happy, and he's exhausted.... never thought that would happen living in a crowded city!

This daycare is awesome and it's the staff members that really make it special. Doggie daycares are easy to find these days but it's rare to find a place where we feel we could place 100% trust - and the staff here make it one of these rare places! They really try their best to get to know every pup, learn their quirks and behaviors, and make it a super fun and enriching environment. Thank you to all the humans who work here!

My old little lady Yangyang loves it here despite her age. She enjoys the rubberized floors which are great for her joints and she super loves the beef treats they carry.

Excellent grooming and day care service. Snow had a blast and smelled wonderful afterwards - we took their full grooming service + half a day daycare.

So lucky to have found Dogtopia! I absolutely love being able to watch my pup on the camera while I’m at work. I honestly have been so worried about my dog not having enough socialization through her puppy years during Covid and now feel like we’re more than making up for it through all the dog friends she’s made at daycare. She just seems so happy every day when she comes home!! I’m thrilled. Can’t thank the wonderful staff enough for taking such good care of my baby!

My dog Orson absolutely cannot get enough of Dogtopia! I was a little nervous at first to leave him since this was our first time trying daycare after returning to the office, but Amanda made us feel right at home from the first moment we walked in the door. The location is super convenient given it’s right on my commute to work in Manhattan by the 7 train and Orson seems to love it!

Our puppy has been going to Dozo for almost a year now and he is obsessed with it and everyone who works there! He pulls us there every single time we step outside our building. The owners, Louis and Yukako, are super communicative and transparent with what’s going on everyday. Management and staff alike always send us photos to show our pup having the best time and to show he’s been taken on his daily relief walk. Raising a pup in LIC has been much easier with such knowledgeable and helpful people taking care of him while we’re at work!

My dog Percy has been going to daycare for about 6 months now he is always so happy and excited when going to daycare. They are super friendly, clean, and organized. I always feel comfortable leaving my dog at daycare when I have to be at work. I always get update pictures of my dog that makes my day. And my dog comes home from such a fun day playing with the other cute dogs and with the friendly staff as well. Truly love having my dog going and having fun at daycare.

Dozo Dog is my Nelly girl’s favorite place! We’ve been sending her here relatively regularly over the last year since we got her as a little pup and Dozo has been so great with her. She’s super high energy and completely dog obsessed so she can be A LOT but the staff at Dozo have always managed her with care. They have free live cam footage, which is such a nice feature to be able to check in on her from time to time, and they also send regular photo and video updates. I’m not great about remembering to take pictures, so the benefit of having frequent photos of her, especially as she’s grown through this first year of her life is SUCH a gift. We’ve also used Dozo dog for bath services, and even though Nelly hates baths they somehow manage to do a great job with her every time. The staff is all super friendly and accommodating and the merch they sell is all so cute and good quality! We’re so lucky to have Dozo Dog nearby!

Iggy has been to Dozo dog for more than a year and he LOVES there!! Lots of fun and play while we are not with him. Employees are super nice. The camera access helps me to know how his day look like.

As a loyal customer of over two years, I highly recommend Dozo Dog! We have two Shiba Inus who don’t enjoy baths and shed heavily with the seasons, so it’s tough for me to bathe them myself. I’m very grateful to Dozo Dog for always giving them a thorough wash, leaving their fur clean and fluffy. The staff has a great attitude, and the environment is extremely clean, which gives us peace of mind.

We live 2 blocks from dozo dog and it is sensational. Clean and has live cameras which I can see how Aaron, my dog is doing. My dog is only 10 months old and he has always been very energetic, but somehow with dozo dog he has all the fun and comes home tired, which is great because that means straight to bed and peace for my family. The dog handlers like Arthur has treated my dog very nice and with care. From time to time they place Aaron in time out which is good so Aaron can learn what to do and what not to do around other dogs. Aaron has also been to boarding which the price is really good and flexible for both my mother and I. They accept you to bring your dogs own food which is great because my mother likes to make him fresh food at home and bring his lunchbox during the day. The first day Aaron ever went boarding his lunch box came clean and tidy and they washed his containers which is great to just put in the drawer again easily. During the night they place a bed for the dogs and each of them stay in there own little corner with cameras from every angle. I have done laparoscopic surgery on Thursday and with dozo dog I can rest in peace and recover knowing Aaron is well taken care of. If I could I would pay the staff double for always keeping the doggy daycare so clean and tidy. The staff don’t rest until everything is alright. Thank you very much for training Aaron to be the best dog possible. I know he is not easy, but dozo dog is prepared to take any punches that go their way.

I would highly recommend Dozo Dog LIC a million times. They have very friendly and professional staff on site, very knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of any dog that’s in their care. What’s very unique and fun are the pop-up photo shoots and seasonal themed events. This is my dog Otto’s happy place.

Updated review I've since moved from LIC, but during my time there, I dropped my dog off at Dozo so many times and I've never felt more safe leaving my dog with them. Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for a pet daycare :) And they always send so many cute photos on every single stay!

Our dog Luna has been part of the Dozo family for over 3 years. She started going to Dozo’s Astoria location in 2021, and has been going to the LIC location since they opened. I cannot say enough amazing things about Louis, Yukako and the entire team at Dozo Dog! Everyone there truly loves and care for the dogs as if they were their own. The space is impeccably clean, not over-crowded, they employ kind and loving dog handlers, and they regularly send photos and videos of your dog when they are there. In addition, they host fun events/parties throughout the year. Luna has separation anxiety, but she eagerly leaves me without hesitation every time we go to Dozo as she cannot wait to hang out with her favorite human and canine friends! I would highly recommend Dozo Dog to every pet parent I know!

Lily goes to daycare every Thursday, and is picked up by one of the owners in the morning and dropped back home in the evening. She gets so excited when she sees her “school bus” pull up! She is buckled in safely and we’re notified once she checks in for the day. The physical location is so beautiful! Very clean, and the large windows are the perfect touch for some natural light and for people watchers like Lily. For dogs who love people interaction like Lily, this place is great as employees are always playing with the dogs and giving pets. We love the homemade treats—but not as much as Lily! They’re so cute and she goes crazy for them. I consider myself a worrier with Lily at times because she can be naughty and anxious, but I feel 100% comfortable with Jay and Gabriella taking care of her. Because things have gone so well at daycare, we’ve decided to board her there, where they brought her home with her in the evenings and to daycare during the day. We always get updates and photos, and they are always happy to answer questions in a timely manner. Were so happy we found this place, and highly reccoemnd to any dog parents!

I cannot say enough positive things about Fat Puppies Inn where I left my one year old Akita Malamute mix baby named Rocky for boarding. We are repeat customers. From the moment I dropped him off, I could tell he was in great hands. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they ensured that my pup felt comfortable and at ease during his stay. I appreciated the fact that they kept me updated with pictures and messages throughout his time there, which put my mind at ease knowing he was having a great time. The facility itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for the dogs to play and socialize. When I picked up my furry friend, he was happy, healthy, and seemed genuinely relaxed. I could tell he had a fantastic time during his stay. I will definitely be bringing him back for future boarding and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of a safe and loving environment for their furry family members. I am so happy I found Fat Puppies Inn!! I needed boarding for my two dogs for 4 nights, 5 days. A few days before one of my dogs became temporarily paralyzed due to a vertabrae disc issue. He could walk but limped a little and needs about 6 weeks to heal. I thought they would never be able to board him (and it was urgent that I needed it). The owners were wonderful! They kept my two babies separated from the other dogs and restricted him from running around or walking too much. They administered his medication. They sent me pics of them laying on their blanket and videos of them during the day. They took such a load off my shoulders! They really care not just for the dogs but their parents. I recommend this place so highly!!!!

This is doggy heaven. Not only do you receive the best care but the best training. I asked the owner for help on being able to train one of my furry babies before embarking on a trip to California. I had three weeks but he did not doubt me, I was willing to put in the work and he helped me through every step. Now I am able to take her everywhere and she is always by my side. I’m coming back with my two boys for training without a doubt.

Fat Puppies Inn did a great job boarding my dog for 3 weeks! I never left my dog alone for more then a day so leaving for 3 weeks seemed like a nightmare but Gabriella and her Staff made sure to update me constantly about how he was doing and even video called me despite the time difference. My dog had a ton of fun and came back to me the same happy dog he was! I definitely recommend Fat Puppies to anyone looking for a trustable boarding facility. I will definitely be coming back!! This place is amazing. I’ve picked up my dog nephew a few times and he is always having the time of his life with the staff and the other doggos. Gabby and her team are very friendly, patient and caring. They make sure to keep a safe and clean space for the doggos. Their team is so creative, they have different events to keep the doggies entertained from Dog Birthdays, to Olympic Games, Tennis Ball Day. I always see something different on their IG Story. You’ll also have access to the dog cam if you want to check up on your baby. If you’re thinking about leaving your dog with them, I highly recommend . Your fur baby will be well taken care of. If your dog’s bday is coming up and you’re thinking about getting a cake or throwing an entire party ? This is the place to go. Their dog cakes, cupcakes are the cutest and their bday parties are great play dates for your dog.

This dog daycare and bakery is fantastic! The staff is so friendly and genuinely loves dogs. My pup is always excited to go and comes back happy and well-exercised. Jay is amazing! He's been walking cane corso Mia for a year and has been phenomenal in building a relationship with her. He goes above and beyond to make sure she's comfortable. My dog is scared of people and everything so definitely not easy to deal with! He's very trustworthy, reliable, and communicative. I once had to call him for an emergency, and he got there in five minutes! Can't say enough good things about him and his business.

Our experience at The Fat Puppy Inn has been beyond amazing. I had the opportunity to stop by for the first time in June to purchase birthday treats for my pet Beaux and was very pleased with the service provided. When I inquired about pet care and boarding services thereafter, I felt at ease because all my concerns were addressed given that Beaux is a senior dog and had never been to a pet care facility in the past. I dropped off him off this week for daycare service and I was pleased to see that he quickly integrated himself with the rest of the dogs and was genuinely having a great time. I thank J and the rest of the staff for making this an easy process for us and providing a loving and safe environment for all pets. It’s great to know that we have such a caring staff right in the neighborhood. Thank you guys for all you do for our furry babies! We very much appreciate you all. ❤️

I cannot recommend La Pet House enough! I recently brought my 110 lb dog, Hayley, in for grooming, and from the moment we entered, I was beyond impressed. The facility is spotless, safe, and radiates love and care—all thanks to Luis and his wife. Their genuine passion for animals shines through every interaction. Hayley received a full spa treatment and was ready for pick-up in just under an hour. Luis used a special keratin shampoo (formulated for pups) to help with her shedding, and the results were incredible. Hayley's coat has never looked better! I’ve seen Luis groom pups over the years at a local dog cafe and was thrilled to discover that he now has his own facility offering grooming, daycare, and boarding. Luis is unbelievably kind, patient, and clearly has a natural way with dogs of all sizes—Hayley adored him! Hayley is a rescue pup who can be nervous in certain situations, so I was completely in awe how safe she felt with him. As someone who works full-time in animal welfare, I’m extremely thorough about where I take my dog, and which businesses to support. La Pet House exceeded all expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier care for their furry family members. You’ll leave knowing your dog is in the very best hands!

Love this place! We followed Luis here after he decided to open up his open place because we enjoyed his input and care with our Bernedoodle. He listens to your needs, offers suggestions, and collaborates to get you the haircut you want. It took us a few haircuts to find the winning combo but it was a joyful discovery process. The place is always clean and the dogs are happy.

We’ve been taking our Samoyed to Luis for nearly six years, and his patience, skill, and care have been exceptional. Samoyeds require meticulous grooming and a lot of handling, and Luis consistently goes above and beyond to keep our dog comfortable and looking his best. Now that Luis has his own location, we’re thrilled to continue with him in a clean, welcoming space tailored to his top-notch service. I have been taking my pup to Luis for grooming for a few years now and wouldn’t take her anywhere else! He does amazing job and a huge animal lover. I love that the grooming section is open unlike many other places where they take doggies to the back and keep them in cages.I was so glad when I heard that he and his wife opened their own daycare/grooming facility as I trust them 100%. Highly recommend!

We love Luis and all the staff La Pet House NY! As a first-time dog owner, I was scared to drop off Mabel for her grooming/daycare as she has never been to daycare before. But Luis made me feel comfortable enough to leave her behind for the groom and for play time (it was also reassuring that he had a Yorkie of his own!). When we came back, we saw that Mabel clearly enjoyed herself and had an amazing time. And Luis did such a great job with her groom! We trust him completely! Mabel followed Luis from Chateau Le Woof and she will follow her Tio anywhere!

Luis has been grooming my dog for a while now and always does a fantastic job. He is great with dogs and always puts extra attention into grooming. I don't live close enough for daycare but would definitely feel confident leaving my dog here if I did.

La Pet House offers an extremely clean, warm, and thoughtfully curated space for doggies. I’ve brought my fragile old dachshund and my vivacious Yorkie mix doggies to be groomed by Luis. He is very knowledgeable about dog breeds and is thorough and gentle. My doggies always end up looking their best. La Pet’s staff are professional, friendly, and appear to genuinely enjoy being with dogs.

My mini Aussiedoodle and I have been loyal clients of Luis for years, and we simply can’t imagine life without his incredible care.
