Dena is pawesome! She's really good with my 2 critters. I honestly never leave them with anyone. Not even for short walks. They're my kids. I met Dena at the vet clinic and took note of how she interacts with all the pets while she was there. She wasn't too much of a people person. I maybe heard her speak a word or two while she was there but the way she lights up everytime she has their attention just gave me the comfort I guess I never had with anyone else to go ahead and give her a try. She's amazing with these two snickerdoodles! They absolutely love her and get so excited when they get to have her over for a spell. I trust her full heartedly and she's the only person that I will ever let watch them in the future. Its been nice too because now that I do have someone so great with them I am actually taking some me time and going some of the places I've wanted to go but didn't because it just wasn't the right place to take my Lil devils.

My little girl Dudus seems enjoy her time at Tails Pet Resort. More often than not, when she gets home, she is ready to eat and relax from the fun and excitement of her day. There are some days she's really not jazzed about spending the day at Tails, but the very friendly staff are professional and enthusiastic about getting her to participate. Apparently, when her Ranger buddy is there, she has an absolute blast. See attached photo of Ranger in attack mode. The facility is clean and organized, which also reflects in their young staff. You can drop in anytime and check on your pet using a QR code that feeds directly to the Tails Pet Resort cameras which offers piece of mind to pet owners. You also get a daily report cards of your pet via text message. Definitely puts a smile on my face to see her having a killer time while I'm at work. Tails also offers boarding services at reasonable prices in my opinion. Play all day sleep all night is their motto if I'm not mistaken. Awesome place, highly recommend.

Ghost has the time of his life at Tails ! So thankful for the caring staff and attentiveness to Ghost. He always is very well taken care of and I have peace of mind when leaving him.

Thank you to all the staff members! We were happy to see that our dog was well taken care of! We left our 1 1/2 year old schnauzer there for over 3 days! There was no worrying! We love the fact that we’re able to log in to watch the cameras in the facility anytime during business hours and sending us pictures everyday! My pup loves it here! They’re thorough, especially with sending the report cards. It’s good to see pictures of how my dog is doing while I’m gone. Only place I ever take him for boarding. Definitely recommend using them.

First time experience with boarding my 12 yr old small dog. I went in for a tour of the facility, they were very accommodating in showing me all around. It is very clean and very organized. I liked that my dog would be in her own area, but not in a cage kennel. I got daily "report cards" with pictures. The staff seems very caring and patient! Great experience!

We trust tails with our dogs when we go out of town, there’s cameras we can access to see what our dogs are up to and we get sent a report card with cute photos of our dogs. This was my first time boarding my dog with Tails and it was an amazing experience. They took great care of my dog who has anxiety and updated me daily with what was going on and how he was doing. Their staff is also so kind and you can tell they love and care for the animals that they have boarded there. I love the daily report cards and photos. Will use them again for sure!

Our dog Laika goes to Tails for both boarding and daycare, and I can’t say enough good things about it. Upon pulling into the parking lot, she’s crying and wagging her tail waiting to get inside. The staff love on her like she’s part of their family, and Laika gets to expend all of her puppy energy playing with her doggy friends. It’s fun to watch the webcams and see her running around in real time, and the report card photos they send always reassure us that she is living her best life. Having had a baby recently, the staff were very accommodating and flexible with our schedule should we have needed to adjust Laika’s boarding dates. They know our family, and we could not be more grateful. Yes, it’s a bit more expensive than other places, but completely worth it. There is nowhere we’d trust more with our girl.

This review has been on my mind for months and it’s time to share. In May, we boarded our pup there for what was supposed to be 5 nights. She had been there many times before for day care and we loved the socialization it provided her; she came home happy and tuckered out. Every time I checked the cameras she was either playing or being pet by an employee, and they seemed to really enjoy their duties. During her overnight stay on day 3 maybe, she escaped her enclosure. They called the next morning to let us know, which I appreciated. They said that ‘sometimes it happens with small dogs,’ which was concerning because if my pup escaped, yours could, too. Thankfully she was fine, they said. We had a friend come pick her up that day, as we were out of town. When we got home we noticed she had dried blood and scabs on both of her arms. I contacted Tails to inquire about it, specifically if an employee had mentioned it. The manager said she’d ’check the chart to see’ if it was reported. That was 5 months ago and I still haven’t received the follow up. We haven’t been back.

We just returned home from a week away and were greeted by our really happy, relaxed, well fed, loved and exercised 14yr old girls! I need to tell anyone who will listen about Ashley and George! These are the nicest people your dogs will ever meet! They seriously love what they do and love your pets! Ashley sends a LOT of pictures! George and Ashley are amazing. This is a long review but gives all the details we think are so important. My wife, adult son and I have three wonderful dogs that we feel are part of our family. Two are soft coated wheaten terriers and one is a mini-poodle-wheaten mix (a mini-whoodle). They are 6, 5 and 4 years old. We also have an older tabby cat. Due to the complexity of caring for them combined with crazy love for all of them, none of us had been on a vacation for a very, very long time. A trip was long overdue. We decided on Hawaii for a 10-day vacation but could not go if we didn’t find a reputable pet sitter who could stay in our house and take great care of them. After reading many great reviews we decided to talk to Ashley and George with All Around Pet Care. They were so nice and agreed to stay at our house. We met twice in total to discuss everything from feeding, behavior, play needs, personality quirks, details about our house from smart devices to alarms and more. We left at at the end of August returning only a few days ago. We were promised daily pics and updates, and from day one of our vacation we received multiple texts daily with information, dozens of pictures and many short videos. All of our dogs are very lovable but have had limited exposure to strangers. The pictures we received showed all of them playing, licking and kissing both George and Ashley. We were so comforted and were able to enjoy each and every day away without a single worry about our fur babies. When we returned, the house was exactly as we left it and the dogs and cat looked great. George and Ashley promised we would find zero footprint that they were even there after they left, and this was spot on. Finally, one final bonus. Our dogs had gotten very pampered and spoiled over the years. For example, for 12+ months before we left, one of them needed to chase a toy before eating, and two of them often wanted to be hand fed. Some of the pictures they sent showed them eating on their own and amazingly, this bad habit was truly broken, and they were eating again like dogs should. My family is so grateful to George and Ashley. They are the real deal. We will always use their services in the future and give them the highest recommendation.

We give All Around Pet Care a big thumbs up, as we have never used a pet sitter before. As pet owners you want your fur babies to feel comfortable and receive the same love and care that you give them. Well, this is exactly what we received from All Around Pet Care. They kept us fully informed with each visit, including pics of them actually interacting with our babies 🙂. It was amazing to see the pics, because our dogs are not usually sociable, at least we thought...lol. I needed a last minute pet sitter and they took my call right way which impressed me. Ashley and George did an amazing job taking care of all my cats. Sent daily pictures of my fur baby's. They even gave my diabetic cat daily insulin injections and medication. They made my vacation stress free with the excellent care they provided! Wow!! Ashley and George are truly a dream team ✨. They cared for our two puppies (neither technically puppies anymore haha) while we were out of town for 10 whole days. They sent pictures at every visit and the dogs looked very happy to see them every time. They even picked up a couple of packages that were delivered while we were out. There was never a moment I was concerned or felt uneasy about their service and their enthusiasm for the doggies. We will absolutely support their business in the future! George and Ashley are the best. They have pet care down to a science. I get pictures of my pet parrot every day I'm away - which makes the trip more relaxed when you can see your "roomate" getting her daily rations. They are meticulous in their feeding regimin, also texting photos of the food. Perfect and reliable care!

This was my first time using a pet sitting company and I was a little nervous as my fur babies are my family. I have to say that I will use All around pet care company from now on! They were reliable and very affordable, they send pictures daily and loved my babies and made them very comfortable and loved. Ashley & George of All Around Pet Care Las Vegas have been doing a great job of helping out with our daughters two big Mastiffs for a couple months, while in the hospital after a knee injury. They have loved the dogs & it's obvious the dogs love them. Most important they show no fear of these dogs as many do. --------- being out of town parents they have been most valuable to help our daughter acclimate to being home & getting around on a Walker. Our daughter fell & They were willing, with added cost, to do some 24/7 shifts for a while to make sure she didn't get hurt as dogs wanted to be near her & could easily trip her they are so big--------- A & G also have been kind to pick up groceries our daughter ordered at a store close by & do some odds & ends around the house .--------I would highly recommend them.

I admit I am a crazy pug mom that has sacrificed not going on a vacation, a weekend out of town, etc., because I wasn't leaving my pugs behind. Well, it wasn't a vacation but a family wedding out of town. I began my search well in advance because I am picky! Finding a sitter that could be in my home 24 hours a day, was not an easy task. I talked to many but still couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. A little over 2 weeks before the wedding, as I searched on Facebook for Pet Sitters in Las Vegas, I came across All Around Pet Care. I looked through the photos and I felt myself naturally interested in knowing more about this service. As the photos showed, Ashley and George were engaged, one on one, doing all sorts of things with their client's pets. I reached out to Ashley to get more information and tell her what type of service I was looking for. She offered to set up a Meet and Greet in my home shortly thereafter. Ashley and George were both welcoming and well received by Oliver and Lilly. Lots of tail wagging and kisses! Immediately, they both took an interest in knowing their meal schedules, medications and other daily routines, sleeping, potty, etc., They took reminder notes and photos of meal preparation steps. Never did I feel at the meet and greet that they would be apprehensive or uncomfortable being in my home 24 hours a day for four straight days watching Oliver and Lilly. Ashley and George made me feel very comfortable and settled my fears by giving me answers to questions that proved that this is a top notch, professional pet sitting company and that they took pride in their work. I appreciated that they were well prepared at the Meet and Greet with detailed forms that I needed to fill out outlining their daily routine, contact information, emergency vet phone numbers, medications, etc., It was very thorough. Everything Ashley and George freely disclosed about their business license, insurance and professional organization member status were all verified and in good standing. She kept in communication with me during this whole process and confirmed her arrival time and date the day before. Each time so kind and patient with me. Ashley was so understanding that I was a "first time" pet mom leaving her babies in the care of someone else. Ashley and George were on time and cheerful at 6:30am. I went over a couple of last minute things but I was the nervous one.... Ashley, George, Oliver and Lilly were already beginning their morning with wagging tails, dog talk and excitement! Within an hour, Ashley texted my photos of them having their breakfast. Through the course of my four days Ashley loaded me up with photos (over 90) having their meals, going potty, napping, cuddling, sleeping, eating their snacks and messages letting me know what they were doing, their medications were administered and how they all slept together in the bed! Only miles separated me from them. Otherwise, I felt like I never left home, I was in contact with them all throughout the day and night. All my anxieties were put to rest, and I never once felt worried, guilty or nervous I left Oliver and Lilly at home. I was able to enjoy the trip and sleep well at night. Ashely and George did everything from the time I first met them until I arrived home and paid for their services in a well experienced, compassionate, organized and professional manner. Every "t" was crossed and every "i" was dotted. Their attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. My anxiety driven search weeks ago was hoping for a good outcome with a pet sitter so I could go to this wedding. What I got was a beginning of a relationship with Ashley and George. It is a huge weight off our shoulders that we have found a sitter that we can sincerely, with upmost confidence, would not hesitate to use again. Now, the idea of taking a vacation isn't a worry fest, pipe dream that gets swept under the rug. Crazy pug mom and pug dad won't be waiting another 8 years to take a vacation! I have had Pam’s Service for years! She is wonderful with my cats! Right down to home grown cat nip!! It is hard to leave My cats behind. But, Pam sends me pics and videos so I know they are okay. She’s the best! That’s what I tell everybody!

I love this company!! I have been using Pam's services for over a year now. We first hired her when we were new to Las Vegas and didn't know anyone in town. My BFF in my former town used to watch my cats whenever we went away before, so I was nervous to leave them alone and have a stranger come to take care of them. But the introductory meeting with Pam was great and I felt so at ease: she had a whole sheet that she noted all of our preferences and needs for visits. We have used her services quite a few times, and whether it's Pam or another one of her colleagues, we always know our cats are well-cared for. And also: one of my cats is pretty difficult to deal with sometimes, and Pam even gets her to play! It's a miracle! :D And I'm gonna be honest here, we've actually learned to play with our cats more because of the visits Pam has done. She always brings toys with her, and sends pictures and videos of the cats playing when she visits...so I actually started to feel a little jealous and guilty...so I have been keeping up on playing with them more, all thanks to Pam! :D Their availability is fantastic too, I always know if I have to go away, or I forget to ask early, they are on top of it and have always been available! I feel so safe knowing that I don't have to worry about the kitties when we're gone. A Purrfurred Pet Care Service is truly top-notch! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone I know.

At this point, Pam, Shiela and co have looked after my pets more than I have. I travel a lot for work and have an international family that I look after, so I am often away for long periods- months! The animals are always well looked after and loved (so much so, I think they resent me when I am home!) and I trust Pam and co to always be trustworthy and reliable- they have become firm fixtures of our household! I am so grateful for them. They have often alerted me to issues in my home when I travel. I truly don't know what I would do without them. Pro tip: Shiela takes incredible (!) pics of the cats for service reports.. I always look forward to them. The daily email is a highlight of my day....

Excellent pet sitting service! Pam is an excellent communicator, very thorough, very reliable, goes above and beyond in establishing connection with the pet! We have a special needs kitty, extremely timid, Pam was able to make friends with her and took great care of her! We moved away from the Vegas area, but this is certainly the best pet sitting experience we’ve had!

PurrFurred Pet Care Service provided loving care to our cats during our trip. The owner, Pam Nickels, does a fantastic consultation to set it all up (asking excellent questions to enable accommodation of events that sometimes happen but you don’t think of generally ahead of time). Our service provider was Darci. She sent us photos of our cats and provided updates on their status. She played with them, pet them, and nurtured them, in addition to feeding and litter box maintenance. She also took care of a pest issue she found. We are very grateful, but are happy to be back with our loved ones.

We are so impressed with the service from A Purrfurred Pet Care Service! A special thanks to Pam & Jane for keeping great communication with us while we were away. My male cat is friendly but can be off-standish when first meeting new people. He came right up to Pam and loved her instantly! She should be called the animal whisperer! We asked for daily morning visits to feed him and change out litter box and they also spent time to play with him, they brought toys and lasers to keep him entertained and they sent us daily photos, videos,and text messages. We're so glad to have found this pet care service who is reliable, communicative, and love pets just as much as the pet owners do!

We’ve brought her two cats here several times and they are always well cared for. The staff is amazing!! They have plenty of space to move around. We get videos. Can’t recommend enough for when you need to leave your furry friend somewhere safe.

We were just in town for a conference and needed a day care for our two GSPs So happy to have found this place, it was fantastic and they took great care of our two pups! The facilities are clean, even luxurious, and the price very reasonable. We even got videos of the dogs all playing. This place will absolutely be our first choice for daycare or boarding when we are in Vegas!

Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my Seymour. My fur baby is a rescue and very anxious and timid. The staff here is wonderful- Seymour had constant supervision while playing outside with fur friends, and his safety (as well as the safety of other doggies) was always a priority. When Seymour did not eat, he was hand fed. I could not have asked for a better experience. 10/10 recommend Luxe Pet Hotels, your baby will be very well taken care of!

This is the best place to bring your dog to.... super sweet people that love dogs and have a great passion for what they do. I was attending the Conexpo for a day and needed a place to watch my dog. Super nice accommodations super friendly staff and they sent pictures and videos to me throughout the day.

This place is AMAZING. This is where you want your baby to stay while you are out of town and not to worry about your baby missing love and play time. This place provides it all. And it's also the cleanest pet hotel I have ever seen in my life. It always smells good inside. You cannot tell it's a pet hotel. And they have so much play space, i side and outside. I was shocked when I went to visit for the first time. My baby always has fun and doesn't even want to leave anymore.

Kathy and her staff took care of my kittens while I was out of town for four days. The pricing was excellent compared to other boarding places. I highly recommend this place and plan to use it again for my next trip. Kathy runs her own animal rescue, demonstrating her significant dedication to animal care.

I boarded my Airedale for 10 days, and couldn’t be be happier! I came back to a happy, relaxed dog, and was very impressed with the owner and staff. You can tell they truly love animals from the moment you walk in the door!. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent care and service! We will certainly be back!!

When my husband Vinny and I got our Chocolate Lab puppy, we quickly realized that she needed to be professionally trained. Vinny's online research drew him to Chaparral Animal Spa. After he went to check it out in person and spoke to Linda, the owner/trainer, he told me that he knew he had found the right place and not because coincidently our furry baby's name is also Linda, but because Linda spoke with experienced knowledge and passion. After the 4 week stay at Chaparral, our little Linda come out not only well trained but healthy and happy. We will now enjoy our future vacations knowing that our Lab will be boarded with care and compassion. Thank you Linda and to your staff, Judy and Thomas for all that you do.

My pups love staying here. The staff takes great care of my dogs and I know they are in good hands. This is the best place for dog boarding!

I have 2 dogs-- one is large and the other is extra large. Chaparral Animal Spa is now the only place I will board them. The staff is meticulous about their care and pay attention to details. There are many large play yards for the dogs and every pup is rotated outside to one of the yards throughout the day. Both of my dogs eagerly jump out of the car to enter the lobby and be greeted by the staff-- no hesitation at all to be boarded. That says a lot.

Our 10 month old Maltese enjoyed his first day at Hounds Town Henderson. We were impressed by the staff (shout out to Heather) and the facility. We will be utilizing their overnight boarding. Their rates seem reasonable. Will definitely recommend this business to fellow pet owners.

I went in for my dog’s evaluation yesterday. The staff was informative and very kind. I noticed that during the evaluation, they engaged with my dog and made him feel comfortable. They were very thorough and explained all of their services as well as giving me a view of what their facilities look like. Their prices are reasonable and I’m excited to have my dog go to doggy daycare there. I cannot stress how amazing the staff was during the whole experience.

Every staff member is very calm and pet friendly!!! They are very helpful and very clear with their communication skills. We have never taken our Coco to any daycare. It was a very peaceful experience!!!

My dog was attack by another dog Wednesday. 2 other dogs were fighting or according to the staff in a “scuffle”. My dog ran into the fight and got hurt. Nothing wrong with my dog temperament. The staff said the injuries were minor and they patched it up and I didn’t need to take him to urgent care. That almost delayed me getting him care. I called my mobile vet and said I need to go to a full service vet right away. Ended up with 3 hours of surgery and $1300 vet bill. The employee said the boss would call and vet bill would be taken care of. Well no call until I email them. Then got a call from the boss saying they will not pay for vet bill because I sign a waiver saying that they are not liable for anything and that the employees miscommunicated that the bandages given to me was to bandage him up until he get to the vet which is so untrue. Anyway be careful of what you sign. I would choose a daycare with cctv if I were you.

Our recent adoption of a loving and very smart border collie has been enhanced even further by her introduction to the wonderful staff at HT Henderson. Our Lucy had her first bath,and nails clipped also during this first visit to HT-Henderson. As a refugee from the Henderson animal kennel we were concerned that she would not cooperate or even want to into the HT facility. Quite the contrary: she enjoyed her welcome from the kind and enthusiastic staff and did not want to leave when we picked her up! Thank you so much for being so professional and kind!

What a wonderful place for my fur baby to go play for the day! I was able to see photos of her throughout day on FB and could see she was having fun! The staff is wonderful, beautiful facility and clean! She came home with a report card too! My dog will be going back for more fun!

This facility is more like a family than a business. They operate like a well oiled machine, their handlers are excellent with the animals. The facility is clean and the viewing areas are fun to watch plus they post pics of your dog playing with their friends during the day and pics of their night quarters if spending an overnighted. Jamie ans Jessica are awesome as is their staff!

It seems good. I wish we could have had a tour of the facility and where our puppy would be. That would be a nice touch. Also, I was kinda surprised they only brought out one dog . I thought it would be more extensive. But glad they have a lot of staff. They all seem nice as far as we’ve seen. Today is his first day so we waited awhile.

We all want the best for our fur babies and I absolutely love this day care! I take my dog to other day cares as we travel a lot. What I love: 1. Every time I pick up my dog and bring her back to the hotel she is tired and just falls asleep in her crate. (That tells me she is playing all day and not being kenneled) 2. My dog actually isn't a people dog - she's selective, but every time I dropped her off she was happy to see the workers. She happily follows them to the back, which tells me she actually enjoys going there. 3. I enjoy all the photo updates on social media. I compulsively check it and she always looks like she is having fun. 4. Lastly, I haven't had a day care that writes so detailed report cards! I really like this aspect because it does tell me workers are paying attention and supervising everyone. Basically this is where she will come anytime I come back to Vegas. Thanks for taking such great care of her!

Bennie loves Pawsh Palace for daycare and boarding. I like being able to check on him with the web cams, enjoy seeing pictures and reels on Instagram, and appreciate getting the report cards with photos and write-ups of his visits. The people are nice and were very patient with my calls and questions before we did our first interview.

Pawsh is amazing, everyone is so cheerful and polite. Our 10 month old Doberman Daphne has the best time and is very well taken care of. Pawsh brings our family a sense of peace knowing our puppy is in good hands, we get daily reports on how she does and photos to boot!! We highly recommend the daycare, boarding, and grooming services. Your pet will be treated like family and well accommodated.

Brought our pup here for the first time, came highly recommended and I loved the experience for our dog. They greeted us immediately, were super friendly and loving to our dog right away. Loved that I can check on him throughout the day with live feed. Also love that they have dogs out and active- a lot of other boarding places keep dogs kenneled all day or charge extra for play time. Easy booking and staff seemed really helpful. Would definitely use again if in town.

Leo got dropped off for a groom before his birthday party & they did an incredible job super short but very smooth perfect for summer! Especially after his mini Ausi & chow winter coat. He came out smiling happy. Thank you so much! I also brought Shelby a Shih Tzu mix a month later & just another fantastic job!

When I come into town for work it makes it really nice knowing I have a safe and reliable place for my pup. Having him close by lets me feel at ease and allows me to focus on work. The great people that work here really care about the animals and it shows.

I have been coming here since June of last year. Best place for your dogs in Vegas! They take such great care of my two frenchies. My babies receive such great love and attention from the staff which is why we keep coming back. The owner, Lisa, even knows my two piggies personally! I highly recommend leaving your fur babies here for daycare, overnight boarding, and grooming!

I am so incredibly impressed with Pawsh Palace! We decided to come to Vegas for memorial day weekend and we decided to bring my dog along for the weekend. The staff at Pawsh is sooo friendly and so helpful. He ended up getting a grooming service in which they did FANTASTIC!they exceeded my expectations and was so very accommodating! We took our little shih tzu here during our stay in Las Vegas and they did such a fantastic job. He looks very cute now and they were able to get everything done even though he his crazy around groomers. I recommend everyone to get their groomings done here. The price is also very reasonable.

Pawsh Palace is AMAZING! Our standard poodle always looks like a total star after grooming—he struts around like he knows it, too! We love the daycare and live webcam feature so we can check on him anytime. Couldn’t be happier with the care and love they show our pup!

I've used this service several times over the last three years and each time I'm extremely impressed. Our small dog was sick, while we had a trip planned. We would have had to cancel it if it weren't for the trust we have in Marc and Monique at High 5. They took excellent care of our dog, administered her medicine and gave her exercise. Their post visit updates made us feel at ease and our dog was feeling better when we got home. I recommend High 5 to everyone I know that has pets.

We’ve been working with High 5 since we first moved to Las Vegas over 5 years ago. Through countless trips out of town, holidays, even some minor pet emergencies, and literally any and every reason you could possibly need the services High 5 offers, they have been available (EVERY SINGLE TIME) and have stepped up to provide incredible service and even give affection/love to our fur babies. They go above and beyond on every visit, take great pictures on every visit for you to see your pets while you’re gone, give them lots of love, and have nothing but respect for their clients’ homes. They have amazingly even helped bring in packages, pull up trash cans from the curb, and other totally unexpected things obviously not required from a pet sitting service, just to show the caliber of how much they value client relationships. This was one of my best experiences with a pet care company. Marc is very professional and takes his job/company very seriously. I went on vacation for 7 days, he cared for my two dogs and two cats and actually did a better job at it than I do. He even took out my trash and picked up my mail! He sent daily updates along with pictures and my animals just loved him! Including my little old chihuahua! I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who wants a professional and reliable service!!

Highly recommend! Dog walking, overnights, medication administration, etc. We’ve trusted Marc with our pups and keys to the house for years. One of my pups is particularly aggressive and Marc has made sure my pup (and everyone around them) stays safe on walks. We reached out to Marc, the CEO of High 5 Pet Care, about a week before we needed our cats to be watched. From the very beginning my wife and I could tell that we were leaving our cats in good hands. Not only was he extremely professional but he left my wife, who normally gets anxiety from leaving our pets at home, care free. One of the best things about High 5 Pet Care is that the company uses an app to track their visits which allows you to see when they had staff at your residence, photos of your pet, and also the water/food refill. My wife looked forward to the updates everyday. Our one cat who is really shy hid whenever they were checked on, but we still received pictures of the cat shaped lump under the covers. We requested a visit every other day since cats don't really need too much care. Marc realized that they were going through their food/water too quickly and was able to put out an extra bowl of food and water. We don't have enough nice things to say about this company and the services they provide. Marc did a fantastic job and was worth every single penny and then some.

Last December, I rescued a sad little 8 year old homeless dog. He had been on the street for quite awhile and trust was a major problem for him. His biggest fears were going outside and people. I live in an apartment and this was a very difficult situation that became impossible when I broke my foot! I called Marc and explained my problem. He came over the next day. I was immediately impressed! Marc went directly to Oatmeal and was so compassionate and patient that I could see Oatmeal responding immediately. Marc and I set a schedule for him to walk Oatmeal but Oatmeal and I got so much more from Marc. I got peace of mind and Oatmeal was introduced to a whole new experience being out side. Oatmeal would still prefer not to go out but when he does, he explores, investigates people and even other dogs. He moves along briskly, his tail is up and he smiles.

I have know Marc for several years, while he lived in Connecticut and now in Las Vegas. His love of animals and their care is exceptional, starting with the love and care of his own dog, Jackson. If you're looking for someone who really cares about the well-being of your pet, and who will give you peace of mind, I recommend you give him a call.

I have boarded my Snowball here several times and at their other location in Henderson. My girl always goes home happy and healthy. This time I got an awesome Christmas present, though. A lovely lady at the Sahara location took Christmas photos of my dog! I was thrilled! One of the best surprises I have ever recieved.

Wonderful! Simply a wonderful facility!!!! I've been coming here for about 12 years and my baby dogs have a new brother! We adopted a cute chihuahua and she just spent a week on n the hotel with Biscuit and Happy. We upgraded and got the room upfront for his first stay so he would be able to bark at everyone that came in. I know all the staff members very well and they always take care of my babes but I know they watched over peanut extra because they would all send me pics and he looked like a happy puppy. They love to play with all of the other animals and peanuts and they have a special area for smaller dogs which always makes me feel better because I worry about them plying with big dogs. For years they have been giving a free bath before they leave and that is the only FREE anything I get anymore! I just thought it was time for me to take a moment and say thank you!

Our two Dalmatians Tony Stark and Misty , are unaltered making it difficult to find boarding. While we were in Las Vegas for Thanksgiving, LV Dog Resort took such good care of them. Misty can be fear aggressive towards other dogs and the employees understood and allowed Tony and Misty to have their own play time. This place was clean and very open as you walk in, you can see they have nothing to hide. This place has clean large windows allowing you to see the facility. The dogs are happy with wagging tales and it was clear the staff knew the regular pups well. Tony and Misty shared a room with a TV it was a little over $100 a night. We judge a dog boarding’s care by how the dogs behave and look at pick up. Tony and misty both looked well fed and happy and clean and smelled nice even without paying for the bath. Evidence that they felt comfortable and secure to eat while away from me. The place was decorated so nice for Christmas, and had a t Christmas tree set up in front for pictures and treats for your pup on the way out. We will definitely board our pups here next time we are visiting my parents in Vegas.

We have been coming to LV Dog Resort on Sahara for daycare for over a year now and our fur baby is so well cared for. He’s always excited as we walk in and the team greets him and cares for him as their own. It’s a big peace of mind knowing he’s being looked after so well while we’re at work all day. I highly recommend them!

Very friendly and welcoming. The dogs here are very happy every time I come in. They are also very professional. And you know that the staff really does care for every animal that comes in. 10/10 would recommend if you need a place for your fur baby to stay.

Rushed my dogs to the vet immediately after picking them up from here! Beware they will charge you for the privilege of neglecting your dogs and call you to not take accountability and sound condescending and uncaring and to claim they 100% fed them and give them constant water and yet you pick them up to feel ribs and bones and for them to drink water so fast they vomit! And a whole bowl down to the last drop! And still claim they’ve given them water and that it’s normal. Normal for a dog to starve themselves and not drink? I would have had them picked up! No one informed me or called me and acted like all was fine when sending reports. if they had stayed longer in their care they would have died! They tried claiming the wet food wasn’t enough and my diet plan made them lose weight when they only have dry food when with their dog sitter so they in fact got more food than usual when in boarding/pet care situation and still lost so much weight??? It doesn’t add up and they are super unhelpful and will lie and say they did eat when the vets, their weight and their behavior says otherwise! Also when I first called after picking them up they said it was noted that they weren’t eating properly when I said “what?! Why didn’t you tell me?” She responded “oh well they were grazing” and then when Josh called he tried claiming it wasn’t noted they weren’t eating! Not only are the workers here lazy they are shady!!!

Outstanding customer service , outstanding comfort and care for our Stella. As a rescue she requires a little more and they always working with her and providing comfort. You will want your fur baby to attend this clean place. Thanks again

We like to stay at nice places, and we believe our dogs deserve the same luxury. Yes, I want my dog to have a TV and bed, and maybe even a nice scratch and treat while I’m away. This place makes it easy to relax on vacation, knowing my boy is well taken care of.

My little shih tzu Zeppy loves this place! He is always excited to see their staff when we drop him off for day care. We have also used LV Dog Resort for boarding when we are away on trips, and he is always returned to us happy and healthy. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to keep their pups safe, short term or for longer periods of time.

I was going on a two week trip to Japan, I really wanted to ensure my dogs were ok and in good hands before I left, I usually have a dog sitter but wanted more round the clock care and instead chose this place. This decision would be a big mistake and one I won’t ever make again. You can’t trust anyone with your fur family members it seems as long as they don’t have a voices, places like this will feel ok to neglect them! I dropped my little fattie sausage dog off and picked up a scrawny looking street rat. They were happy to see me but it felt like a depressed reaction more than an excited one and when I got home they drank water like they hadn’t in a long time, slurping the whole bowl down!! Which is unusual for them. And then they vomitted it up from drinking too much too fast! It makes sense my one dog becoming too depressed to eat, but my other one is way more social and it makes no sense why she’d starve herself this feels like neglect, they must have not been feeding them the food and leaving out enough water. This is a cruel place run by cruel people who will not care when you bring up concerns. They claimed grazing but losing almost 3lbs each for two small little dogs is extreme and insane! Something isn’t right here. I paid nearly 2k for my dogs to be starved and dehydrated when picked up. My poor babies, this is traumatic and I feel sick I trusted this company with my babies. When I called in concerned and in tears she didn’t give any comfort or show any concern and instead seemed to brush me off, I hung up when I realized I wasn’t talking to a compassionate person who would do anything more than say well he was eating. His ribs and sagging skin and weight loss (took them to the vet and was confirmed) proved otherwise! Shame on this place.my girl dog I can feel her spine poking out when I pet her now! Beware!! I wasn’t contacted at all about this issue and they obviously have issues communicating and they sent reports everyday as if everything was ok. If I had known they weren’t eating and drinking water I would have had a friend or their trusted dog sitter to come get them! Got back a full container of food no way they left a full bowl out everyday and didn’t notice they weren’t eating it, that or they just didn’t refill!
