I would like to commend Donalda and Dan for excellent communication, flexibility and graciousness for this house sit. I chose them for my housesitters several months ago after meeting them on Zoom and really liking them! Our plan was to go to Puerto Rico to visit family for two weeks from Dec. 28 - Jan 11. However, a week before we were planning to leave for Puerto Rico we had to cancel because of Omicron exposure and positive tests in our family there. Not wanting to leave Donalda and Dan stranded, I let them know, and looked for an alternative trip we could take in the US. Donalda was very gracious and volunteered to reach out to a couple of family members and friends in town so we wouldn’t have to go somewhere just to give them our house, and they were able to find something. So, while they didn’t actually watch the cats or my house, I can highly recommend them and I appreciate them greatly!
We were so pleased that Cara came and looked after our pussycats. A lovely warm and friendly person who clearly loves animals. We kept in contact for quite some time before the sit and she is very organised. We had emails and pictures every day while away and it was so reassuring knowing that our babies were in good hands! I think Cara enjoyed a peaceful rest at our house and we returned to some very chilled out cats. We would have no hesitation in recommending Cara for any house sit, as you will be in very safe hands. Thank you so much Cara, for looking after our precious bundles of fluff and thank you for the card & gift that you so thoughtfully got for us.
Highly recommend Cecilia and Brad who were very professional, caring and accommodating for the needs of our two Sharpei lads as well as our own in overseeing the house and garden. They were excellent communicating before arriving and while we were away, sharing photos and video which helped us feel closer to home and confident in the responsibility and level of attention being given. On a more personal note, we very much enjoyed meeting Cecilia and Brad who had similar interests in nature, a healthy lifestyle and a lovely sense of humour. Boss and Bubba were very happy; I’m sure they will miss their new Dogparents daily company and walks.
We thoroughly enjoyed sitting for Michael and Julia, who are both very nice and friendly, and looking after their 2 spaniels spinner and wicket. Spinner is an easy going, friendly old dog and wicket is possibly the cutest puppy you'll ever see. The house is beautiful and modern and set in the countryside but with easy access to the A4 and marlborough. We have no hesitations in reccomending this sit
