Nicole and Ryan were excellent house & pet sitters. We were so worried about leaving our luna for 3 weeks this year as she suffers from separation anxiety and when left at a kennel last time had chewed up her bed and bowl during the first night. We were told she was not suited to kennels as she needs lots of 1 on 1 human attention. It was our first time using zeewoi and our experience couldn't have been better! Nicole & Ryan were excellent sitters. They sent us daily photos & videos of luna out on her walks and playing and relaxing at home. She looked to be very relaxed and happy! She was having a holiday too! Communication was great & the house was also left immaculately tidy. We would highly recommend Nicole & Ryan!

I and Mowgli (my lab) have known Sinead (Star Animal Care - Sutton) for over 3 years now and I highly recommend their service. Sinead has been walking Mowgli for 3 years. I have used Star Animal Care on several occasions to look after my three rather nervous cats and tortoise. The pet sitter is so calm and caring and she made my cats feel at ease in no time. They are comfortable around her, which is unusual for them because they tend to run away from anyone else. Animals are good judges of character. They trust Star Animal Care and so do I. The pet sitter is reliable and trustworthy. I use them every time we need our cats cared for.

We are very happy with the service provided by Star Animal Care. I made an enquiry through the website and Sinead got back to me quickly. We had a phone call to talk about the services and arranged a 'meet & greet' for our pup with Sinead and Maddie. We booked Maddie for an all-day dog sit on a weekday. Maddie arrived on time and was happy to be shown where things were in the house. We provided some information for reference, which I hope was seen as helpful rather than overbearing! Maddie kept us posted via WhatsApp and sent us a few photos during the day. This was really nice and reassured us that our pup was having a nice day. We’d asked Maddie to leave a light on in the hallway and draw the curtains upon leaving, and this was carried out perfectly. When we got home our pup was happy to see us and everything had been left immaculate. We wouldn’t have known Maddie had been there all day! Overall, we’re very happy customers and wouldn’t hesitate to approach Sinead and Maddie for further services/sitting.
