Misty has been a regular client of the Country Mutt for about 7 years now. Going to doggy daycare has been a valued part of her routine and ours. The staff at the Country Mutt are always friendly and provide updates on a regular basis. The team build such a lovely bond with the dogs and we know our dog is well looked after when in their care. We would recommend the Country Mutt to anyone, providing vital social skills to our then playful Labrador and peace of mind that she is being well looked after whilst we are at work. Our two absolutely love their time at Country Mutt - and they clearly love the staff too judging by their excitement to see them when they are picked up in the morning! (great additional service that saves us time and travel) - we get WhatsApp updates and photos, the dogs are treated really well, get lots of variety in activities in the day, aren’t over exercised, and sometimes our extra fluffy dog gets extra pampering! Definitely recommended!

Couldn't be happier with the service from Country Mutt! From my perspective the initial look round, booking system, communications and collection and drop off service are simple and easy. From Bingham's perspective he has the best time, is given enrichment, can run with his friends and has a chance to play with dogs in a safe environment. Highly recommended!!

My Sprocker, Nala, has been going to what we call "Doggy Play school" since earlier in 2024. The pick up and return service is very useful to us, and on Wednesdays I put her harness on and she then knows the collection van will be along soon. She hears it well before it arrives to collect her. When she arrives back she is tired out and will have been given a sploosh to clean her up. Seeing the photos that the team send via WhatsApp Nala is clearly enjoying it very much. Country Mutts have a really friendly team, who clearly love being with dogs, and the dogs reciprocate that love. We are glad that we have found Country Mutts as it benefits both ourselves and Nala too.Our grandsons Visla also goes to Country Mutts. so the two get on famously. We would wholeheartedly recommend Country Mutts to anyone if asked.

Barney has been going to daycare here for 4y. It really helped with socialising him with lots of different dogs, and different people. He is away for a full day and comes back exhausted. The cost does add up over a month, but I feel much happier being away for the day knowing that he is not on his own for most of it.

Our Golden Retrievers have both been going to The Country Mutt since they were puppies. It’s been great for their socialisation skills and they get so much enjoyment running around all day long, coming home exhausted but so content after each visit. Millie has built up a great team around her at daycare and I trust they have my boys best interests at heart, wanting to see them thrive. The team give us regular updates and make sure to send pictures if they’ve done anything particularly funny or crazy that day. We wouldn’t trust our boys to be left anywhere else. I would just like to say our dog Monty loves his days at Country Mutt Dog Day Care. I cannot recommend enough the staff are like family and look after all the dogs like they are their own. From the time they pick up Monty in the morning until they drop him off the care is 5 Star. Monty knows the days he goes and waits at the window until they arrive. Buddy absolutely loves his time at daycare and has been going for several years now. Feel 100% confident with all of the staff who are extremely helpful and accommodating and go out of their way to make the dogs feel comfortable. Buddy is so excited when the van pulls up!

My dog has been going to The Country Mutt Dog Care for the last 3 years. He absolutely loves it. Emily who works there is like his second Mum!! He never looks back when he is collected from our house and comes back tired out from a full on day of fun!!!

Rich has been looking after our 2 cats when we have been away over the last couple of years. We are really glad we found him and know our cats are good hands when we are not there. Rich is super friendly and keeps us updated which keeps our minds at ease. Our cats are very nervous rescue cats and have formed a good bond with Rich over time, which we really value. We also occasionally foster cats and Rich has always been happy to help look after them as well.

We've been using Rich for years for our cats and the service is always fantastic - on several occasions he was happy to cover visits at extremely short notice and he's always been available when we needed him. Very reasonable prices, keeps everything tidied up and cleans bowels (we've had messy professional pet sitters before so I'm grateful Rich always left our home spotless). Rich is a lovely guy who is always happy to give us updates when we're away for a while. He also keeps really detailed records of the pets he cares for. So glad we found him!

Rich and the team are simply amazing. Rich has been looking after our cat Ronnie for nearly 3 years now. Our cat is very shy and only usually makes an appearance for us, and now Rich is his best friend! I simply would not trust anyone else to look after him. Forever grateful!

Amazing company, very trustworthy. Rich has been taking care of our cats for years now.even when it was at a very short notice never declined. He has kept us up to date with messages and photos as well and when one of our cats needed medication he also took care of it. Wholeheartedly recommended.

We asked Rich to check in on our cats and chickens whilst we were away for a few nights getting married. I was bery anxious about leaving them as normally a friend or family member will look after them while were away, however all that worry left as soon as we met Rich. He's an absolute gem, he came round and met everyone prior to us finalising the booking so we could ensure we were comfortable with him. He took the time to learn all of our pets names and was very thorough with ensuring they were all cared for how we wanted. Rich was really professional, understanding our chickens are a part of our family just as much as our cats. His communication is absolutely fab, and he called to check in on the first night and kept in good contact throughout. I couldnt recommend the service more. I felt incredibly relaxed knowing that Rich was looking after our little pet family while we were away. We will most definitely be using Rich for future trips.

Rich looks after the animals at our nursery every weekend. He is so friendly and passionate about what he does. The role he does for us is a bit different as he cares for pigs, chickens, ducks and guinea pigs but he is great at it and we trust him 100%. Can't recommend him enough :)

Rich has been looking after our cat for years whenever we have been away from home and provides a brilliant reliable service. I've always appreciated the fact that he keeps me informed and has always been flexible if needed at short notice.

We've used Rich & co a couple of times to visit our cats, one of whom needs regular meds. No problems to report whatsover. His fact finding and preparation is very thorough and it was nice to get a progress update on day 1 to confirm everything was ok.

I have used Rich several times to look after my Cat and Rabbit while I’ve been away. He has been great everytime. He came and met them and wrote their routines down. He visited twice a day and catered for their every need. He sent me updates and reassures me they were ok. Couldn’t ever use anyone else.

Great Kennels and always the best, Highly recommend all staff really helpful and polite!! If you need to book make sure you book in advance as they book up very quickly (tells you something that)

I am so impressed with the service and settings of Oak tree Kennels. I've never left my dogs before but after leaving them here I would not hesitate in leaving them here again. Excellent kennels my boy can be reactive and has epilepsy but the kennels managed very well with him...he is always good for them. He loves going there now and I trust them completely. The staff are friendly dogs are walked regularly and have a secure paddock for play time. I would recommend this kennels to anyone.

Our slightly nervous lab has just returned from his first time at kennels at oak tree. Matt has such a great way with the dogs and our boy loved him. We were very nervous as this is our first time ever using kennels but after a couple of trial stays we were confident we had made the correct choice. Our plane got delayed on the way back but Matt was great and put us at ease. When we collected our boy he was happy and settled back to home life immediately. He is already booked in for our summer holiday and we will have no concerns this time in Matts care.

Excellent friendly dog boarding kennels. Our Labrador absolutely loved her stay and was looking content and healthy when we picked her up. Very happy with the service we received. I'd definitely recommend.

Took all of my three dogs at short notice. Booking, check-in and check-out very easy. Kennels in a nice rural location. Very clean.

Great people running this place, my dogs always come back looking super fit and healthy from all the exercise they get! Kennels are comfy for the pups and the exercise area is huge. The rates are pretty cheap which means I'll keep coming back!

I honestly can not rate these guys high enough. For probably 8 years, our dogs have been going and staying with them, and they are true angels in the dog babysitting world. Special family. Great Bounds Dog Hotel saved us this year after another kennels had let us down at last minute. We visited the hotel earlier in the year and I instantly felt confident that our dog would be well looked after and exercised while we were away. We left our spaniel with them for 18 days over the summer, and he came back so happy and very chilled out! We are very happy with the way they run their kennels and they treated our dog very well, and wouldn't have any doubt with taking him there again when we do on our next holiday.

I can't recommend Great Bounds highly enough. Our dog has been going there 2 to 3 times per year, since he was about 6 months old. Owners Louise and Mark make the effort to get know all the dogs in their care - what they eat, how they mix with other dogs etc. You can send toys etc in with your dog and they are returned when picking up your dog. The individual kennels have indoor and outdoor sections - there is underfloor heating - and the kennels are cleaned daily. There is even a TV for every few kennels! Our dog is always happy to go in - and that speaks volumes.

Louise and Mark have a great love for dogs and are passionate about their service. Helped us out tremendously with my brothers lovely Border Collie “Kip” under difficult circumstances. Doggie hotel supreme :-)

Absolutely 1st class home from home for our 2 English Bull Terriers. They come here at least twice a year and Lou, Mark and staff are just amazing. 5 stars do not cover how hard they work. Special place thanks guys.x

Our chocolate labs, George & Charlie love it here - in fact they may love it better than being at home! George is particularly fond of the in-kennel TV (although not when The Dog Whisperer is on), while sun worshipper Charlie adores the heating. Being labs and having inbuilt GPS they begin to get excited when we pass the Langley Tap. There is never a backward glance when they rush down to the kennel having exploded out of the car to greet Lou and Mark. I cry all the way home even though I know it's good they don't miss me. Hardest to bear is the decline they go into when they come home - apparently nothing compares to Great Bounds! Seriously though this us one fab place! Spotlessly clean, uncompromising on uptodate vacs and they treat the dogs as though they were their own. We book the kennel before we book our vacation - we couldn't go away unless we could board our boys here. George and Charlie can't recommend it highly enough!

I have been taking my dogs here for years and the first thing that struck me was that on the approach to the kennels there was NO barking from distressed dogs! One thing you do not find in ordinary boarding kennels. A small practice which to me means more time spent with your dogs and they are walked daily in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside.I would rather not go away if I couldn't board my dogs here !

Our hamster, Cookie, has just spent the past couple of weeks at Fluffy Paws boarding, whilst we went on holiday, and I would highly recommend them if you need someone to care for your small animals. Zoe has been amazing, at not only caring for Cookie whilst we were away but also supporting and guiding my daughter in being more confident in handling Cookie. We had regular contact with Zoe whilst away, and my daughter loved receiving the photos and videos of Cookie to see how settled he was. Thank you again, Zoe, for all of your guidance 😍

We cannot recommend Zoe highly enough for the care of your small animal. Our beloved hamster Pouch stayed with Zoe for the week and where we were very worried about holding Pouch, Zoe has helped give us all confidence in handling and some excellent tips on play times. We feel extremely lucky to have found Zoe ☺️

Zoe has been the most dedicated and amazing person looking after my rabbits when we were away ! She has updated us everyday with photos, videos and messages. We knew how our rabbits were doing, how well she was taking care of them while taking them inside or outside depending on the weather. Their food has never been so diverse and they loved it ! We have introduced many many things in their diet and habits thanks to Zoe and the time she took to actually educate my partner and I about rabbits needs. Milo my eldest rabbit actually fell in love with Zoe and her husband. Very funny and cute to see ! They were amazing with them. Not the mention the price which was very very very fair considering all the care and attention they had ! I don’t think there is anyone able to compete with them. Zoe thank you so much again, you will clearly see these two little terrors again as I am pretty sure they are looking forward to it. Not to mention that Milo has always been scared of going on someone’s lap or in someone’s arm but it seems like Zoe’s house was a paradise for him! His behaviour changed and he is such a gentle and confident little fluff now. Thank you so much again!! xxxx

We are so glad we found Fluffy Paws Boarding! Zoe and Mike offer an excellent, professional, personal, and friendly service from start to finish. They really do go above and beyond – nothing is too much trouble. They are extremely knowledgeable; and it’s clear they love animals and know how to look after them. We knew our pet rabbit was in a safe and caring pair of hands. They looked after her brilliantly. Whilst we were on holiday Zoe sent us pictures and video clips of our rabbit which was great. The grooming service was excellent too, with our rabbit returning like she’d had a full service. She was so happy and content too – she’d obviously had a very enjoyable time. We highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Zoe and Mike.

Zoe and Mike have been absolutely fantastic looking after our two guinea pigs. Our piggies have never stayed with anyone else before but Zoe's set up helped them settle in straight away, with loads of toys to play with, hay to nestle in, grass time and pen time. We were really pleased that they got lots of cuddles every day and Zoe and Mike even taught us some things they liked which we didn't know about before, like belly rubs. Zoe and Mike were super friendly and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about looking after our guineas and seemed to love looking after them, which really put our minds at rest. I would highly recommend Zoe and couldn't fault anything.

Our gorgeous Guineas spent their first stay at Fluffy Paws last week and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! Zoe and Mike went above and beyond to make sure our daughter felt comfortable leaving her most treasured pets with them, from letting her set up their cage to sending lovely photos including the sign she had made them, which really reassured her. I honestly cannot recommend Zoe and Mike enough. I dropped off my two female bunnies to them not long ago both of which we thought were mini lops. Zoe was able to tell me that actually one of them is a lop X rex which has been a massive help to us with understanding her personality and traits. Not only did Zoe manage to bond my two girls in a week, but it's literally like I've brought home two different rabbits (in a good way!!) they've gone from me thinking that they may never be bonded and never like being picked up, nails cut or anything like that to being the complete opposite. they are now best friends, beside each other and playing 24/7, are fine being handled and cuddled. Zoe has managed to achieve everything I have trying to in months and has completely gone above and beyond for me and my two girls. She also sends regular updates with pics and videos which really help when you're missing your pets. Not only is she a lovely person but she is absolutely fantastic with animals and that stands out a mile off. I cannot recommend fluffy paws enough, I am so grateful for all of the hard work Zoe has put in and I will definitely be booking in for future boarding!❤️🐇

Our house rabbit had a great time with Zoe and Mike. They are very experienced and Lola settled in very quickly and was obviously happy with her environment. We were sent lots of updates, pictures and videos so could see what she’d been up to. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Zoe for your small animal boarding needs.

Zoe recently looked after my tortoise Henry for a few weeks and did a great job! Zoe is very friendly and professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience! We got regular updates and pictures and I know Henry was well looked after. It's clear that Zoe is a huge animal lover and welfare and care are her top priority. I would happily let Henry stay again. Zoe looked after our bunnies for two nights in August. This was the first time we had really been apart from the bunnies since getting them but felt I was leaving them in safe hands. Had updates each day from Zoe about how the buns were and what they had been up to and a cluster of photos to reassure me that they were happy and looked after with time out of their hutch. Zoe did her due diligence in finding out plenty about what the bunnies were used to before their stay and was happy to continue providing the medication that one of my bunnies was on. We have booked in again this month and plan to for Christmas. You can tell that Zoe and her partner are animal people and really care about the pets in their care. Emma from Charlie Paws did a great job looking after our cat and aquarium for five days. We asked for two visits per day and at each visit Emma sent photo and video updates, including videos of her play times with the cat. We could see how calm and happy our cat was in Emma's company and felt totally reassured our pets were very well cared for. I can highly recommend Charlie Paw's services.

Brilliant and very knowledgeable about my dogs and doing step by step introduction with other dogs and my 3 dogs were welcomed Brilliantly by the other dogs there and by the staff. Great prices and a great day care plan as well, Well chuffed.

Our lively lab loved it for her 2 week stay last summer and we've used them for the odd overnight stay too. Dog very happy on pick up and clearly not gagging to leave which is a good indicator. We always have her washed there on day of pick up as like most free range boarding stays they can whif a bit. Great in summer when paddock open for a good run around. Home from home for the dogs. We looked into this place for our puppy and they simply asked us the breed of our dog and once we told her he has a Lab cross with American Bulldog, she said she couldn't accept him. Totally judging a dog by its breed and not giving him a chance. So sad.

My boy has been going here for over 2 years and still loves it. Free range so no cages or kennels, just a home away from home. The owners are amazing and let me drop off super early and pick up late for no extra cost, which has been a lifesaver for me when working.

We have been using Doggie Dayz regularly for five years. We are very happy with both their grooming and dog boarding services. Boarding is completely "free range" so it is important that your dog is well socialised. There is plenty of space for the dogs to run around, plus extra walks in the fields. Fences are high with excellent security. Our dog always runs in happily to see his friends (both canine and human!)

We visited Doggi Dayz to find a new kennels to look after our dog for when we were away. On our initial visit we were impressed by the location and by the staff. They looked after our dog while we were away for a week, and when we picked him up the staff were happy with his behaviour, we were a little concerned as he smelt strongly of disinfectant and also seemed a tad on the skinny side, which we just put down to having more freedom running around than he normally has. We then put him in for a couple of nights while we were away, and didn't have such a nice welcome when we arrived to pick him up. We apologised for his behaviour, although he was just acting like a dog would in his natural habitat. We had booked him in for a longer period of time for our holiday later in the year, we thought all was good until we emailed them a few days before we were due to drop him off, and they replied saying that he wasn't booked in and they didn't want to take him for us. I don't think this is very good service considering we emailed in June to book him in for the August and nothing was mentioned at the time about not having him back.

This was the first place we took our two puppies for a week away and they absolutely loved it! It was such a comfort to be able to watch the cameras and know our puppies were in good hands while we were away!

Fantastic dog boarding have left.my dog many times hear and good to know he's safe when I'm away. Always comes home tired after playing with all the other dogs.

Would definitely send our Cockapoo back when we go away again. Run by lovely people and I had a very happy pooch when I picked him back up.

I would highly recommend Jo and Little Paws. Whenever we go on holiday, we leave our rabbits with Jo. She cares deeply about all the animals at her boarding and she looks after them as if they were her own. We had an older bunny who needed extra care and Jo was always happy to go the extra mile. Thank you Jo for taking such great care of our rabbits!

'It's a Dog's Life' is also 'It's a Cat's Life'! Whenever necessary, Lauren has cared for our ageing cat with efficiency and consideration since 2019. She provides an excellent, flexible and reliable service at a fair price. We highly recommend her.

We've been using Lauren and her team since she started. We've always received a fantastic, reliable, flexible and caring service for our spaniels. The boys are very much treated as part of Lauren's family and get to enjoy a wide variety of walks. Our younger dog in particular loves going out with Laurena and the team to have a good run around with his doggy pals and comes back happy and well exercised. We love that we can see Facebook and Instagram pictures of their walks. The online booking service in invaluable as its quick and easy to book walks and check which days have been booked. We highly recommended 'It's a dog's life' as we know that the boys are well looked after and having a great time without us.

If only they could talk, then our Whippet and our rescue Lurcher would tell you how much they love their walks with Lauren. We have used Lauren's services, on a daily basis, for many years; Lauren understands our sensitive and enthusiastic canine companions. We have the utmost confidence in Lauren as we know that our dogs will be kept happy and safe.

Lauren, Julie & the team have been walking & home boarding our Border Terrier since 2018. They provide a professional friendly service. They are also kind caring dog lovers & over the years we’ve known them have become our friends. Our dog loves going on walks & staying with them. He’s always eager to go out or stay with his friends. I highly recommend the team at Its a Dog’s Life Wiltshire.

We’ve been using Lauren for over 4 years. My springer spaniels (Boomer and Thatcher) love their walks and they also loved when they got to board with Lauren too. They come home happy, exhausted and I feel completely at ease knowing she has my boys. The dogs even know the sound of her van and their tails go mental when they know she is coming. I thoroughly recommend her.

Would very much recommend Lauren and 'Its a Dog's Life' and wouldn't want anyone else looking after Charlie who has been looked after by Lauren since he was about 12wks old. She has always been very flexible and willing to adapt to our needs with Charlie as he got older, he absolutely loves going out with her and can't get in the van quick enough. I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lauren to anyone looking for someone to look after their dog or cat the way you would yourself!

Lauren and her team have been a game changer for me and my pooch over the last 3/4 years. They are friendly, easy to book via the app and most importantly I trust them with my dog. Lauren has been walking our cocker spaniel Burtie for many years. Burtie enjoys varied walks every day. Lauren is 100% professional, knowledgeable and reliable. We wouldn’t let anyone else walk our boy.

Lily's has been absolutely great for our little puppy Rupert - always had such a good time, happy to assist with his medication and picky eating, and always comes back tired after such a big day! our pets stay was cancelled by email 24 hours before our holiday as they did not have a license, terrible customer service, awful approach. Travel insurance does not cover this eventuality - be warned

So easy to drop and collect my boy. Very easy and efficient, and everyone was very friendly to both myself and my cat baby. My boy was with corton for 4 days and he looked very happy in his room when I collected him yesterday. Thanks Richard and team for looking after him well.

Our timid and nervous miniature poodle has stayed several times now and has always been very well cared for. His kennel maid has successfully befriended him and he is always happy to go off with staff when he arrives there.

The office was absolutely Filthy and smelled horrible. The owner was not very friendly. Outside was like a tip all around. One of the ladies who looked after my dog was very friendly and I could tell my dog liked her . But I will not go back there again.

It was our elderly cats first time in a cattery and everyone at Corton looked after him very well over the Christmas holidays. Very warm and comfortable cabins and friendly staff. Will definitely be using again.

We recently left our cat here when we went on holiday. We felt uneasy leaving to go away on our trip because Richard was not at all welcoming or friendly with us nor our much loved cat. Upon our return, we walked in to the reception and Richard stared at us vacantly, not saying a word of welcome or even a hello. Neither did he offer any information about how our cat’s first stay with them had been which I would have expected a good cattery to do as it’s not the ideal situation leaving your cat in a small room and naturally will cause worry. If you’re considering boarding your cat here, please note that an outside run is not attached to the indoor space so cats will spend all their time inside. We said that we were there to collect our cat and Richard arranged for us to do so, referring to our male cat as ‘her’. We couldn’t wait to take our cat back home. The lady owner was friendly but unfortunately Richard is so surly and rude that we would never return. I’ve seen good reviews from dog owners but limited reviews from those who have left their cats here, which is perhaps telling. All in all it was a very strange experience and from Richard’s demeanour, he did not appear to be a cat lover which is not what you’re looking for when leaving your pet with strangers. He did not make comment or show any interest in our cat at all, neither on drop off or collection. From our experience, I would not recommend this cattery to any cat owners (it would be unfair to comment on the dog kennels as I have no experience of that side of things). We will certainly not be return customers.

Our pets have been coming here for years. They love it to the extent that I wasn't sure one of our dogs was going to come out when I arrived! Staff are really lovely and you can tell they love the animals.

My little dog hadn't been in kennels before so I was dreading it! She was really well cared for and given lots of fuss by the lovely staff. Highly recommend
