Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.

Highly recommended Happy paws hotel! our 2 guinea pigs, popcorn and Oreo have just had a 2 week stay while we were on holiday. They were extremely well cared for. Yasmin genuinely cares for all the animals she looks after and puts so much effort into making their stay enjoyable. It was reassuring knowing they were happy while we were away. Yasmin kept us up to date with how they were doing with photos/videos. Will definitely use again for future holidays!
We have been using Happy Paws for over a year now, including three times this year alone, and we will never use anyone else to look after our two cats. Yasmin has been walking our Labrador regularly for a few months now. She’s honest, reliable and punctual… and most importantly he completely adores her! He gets so excited when she arrives and is tired out enough after each walk to settle for the whole afternoon. Yasmin provides updates after each walk, with some great photos and videos for peace of mind that he’s having a brilliant time out with her. She also checks on our cat and rabbit when she visits, which helped us massively after our cat had surgery recently. I have no hesitation in recommending Happy Paws. Yasmin genuinely has a huge passion for animals and this shows in how well they respond to her.

Recently had Yazmin at Happy Paws out to look after our 3 cats whilst we were away. The cats are 1 and 20 years old and at the last minute the youngest cat required daily medication. Yazmin did all that we asked of her and more, our home was looked after and being a little OCD myself over cleanliness and security, she stepped up to the mark and was exceptional, professional, responsible and caring. She spent time with the cats to put them at ease before they were left alone with her. She cleaned up on every occasion, treated our home with respect and we have no hesitation in recommending or using her again, in fact we have already booked in her for next year.
I needed my 2 German Wirehaired Pointers walking for 2 weeks while away. I was afraid they might be a bit of a handful. Happy Paws did an excellent job with them and coped perfectly. They responded to the walker really well. Really pleased. If I need the dogs looking after again I know exactly who to contact. Highly recommended.

Advertised as ‘home from home’ with lots of pictures of cosy dogs on sofas, but dogs are taken to a field for most of the day so not really the home from home experience I was expecting. As it was, the owner was very vague about whether or not she had availability and needed to check with her other clients first, but disappointingly, I never did get a reply so I can’t comment on the service itself, just the difficulty i had in getting any kind of service at all. TLDR; Impressive marketing, disappointing service.
Amazing service, it is refreshing to have a trustworthy dog walker who walks the dogs for the full hour, is DBS checked and who keeps my precious boy safe and well. Maxine is trained in doggy first aid which I feel is a must, rates are very reasonable and my dog gets walked the complete hour and picking up time is added onto the hour not part of it. I get wonderful videos and pictures of my dog with the rest of the gang, and this has been invaluable for his socialization. Maxine walks in interesting locations like the local woods in the area. I would refuse to compromise my dogs care by going anywhere else, whats more Maxine is discrete when she enters your home and does not judge the house so this makes me feel no pressure should I be working and the housework not complete. In conclusion the trust I have for this lady is immense and I entrust her with my beloved pet, and he is happy settled and loves his walks.
Max is amazing woth the dogs, mine absolutely loves her walks with her and the gang. She makes you feel really comfortable and sometimes even sends some lovely videos of your pup having the best time with their friends on the walks. Highly rated and would recommend 👌 …
Max has been walking my cheeky jackapoo a little under a year now! He started on lead with her but she quickly got him off lead, he has endless amounts of energy and whenever he’s been out with Max he always comes exhausted! The walks she does are amazing, it’s lovely to see on the videos all the dogs having the time of their lives! My boy is very lucky to have her as a dog Walker and if I could give more then 5 stars I would! Recommend highly and I hope she keeps being Percy’s walker for years to come!
Toby absolutely loves his walks with Max. As soon as you mention Max's name he runs around with excitement. He always comes home ready for a nap after having the best time with his buddies. Max is super reliable. Always accommodating when we need extra walks at short notice. Thanks Max! We love the videos and PUPdates Max sends. The Happy dog has been great for our lively sprocker! After some bad experiences with other dogs he changed from being extremely sociable to very nervous around new dogs. He started with her as on lead only (recall isnt always grrat and also because of his nervousness with unknown dogs on walks). After less than 2 months he was enjoying off lead walks running and playing with the other dogs which was great to hear. Even better though the effect has transferred to his walks with us too!
Maxine is amazing with my dog Baxter,she has been walking him for nearly 2 years now and he gets so excited when he knows she's coming. He has also stayed over with Maxine whilst we've been on holiday and he is treat so well, I think he would stay. She always sends us videos of what he is up. The only other person I would trust to have Baxter overnight,other than my son. We are so thankful that we found The Happy Dog.x
Maxine has been a life saver... working full time and having a puppy she has offered a great service.We are rest assured that Charlie is in good hands. Maxine is so friendly and nothing is ever too much, she has been accommodating when I have at last minute asked Maxine to walk him when I have been called into work. Maxine has been freely available at the other end of the phone and gives us regular updates and open communication via the telephone. I would recommend Maxine to anyone, she treats my dog as if it was her own. Maxine is also trustworthy and through the process of looking for a dog walker this has been stress free. Murphy has been walking with Max (& his buddies) from a pup, he’s now 2 and a half :). What we love about Max is that she knows all of the dogs personalities and quirks and matched Murphy accordingly. He has a bestie :) She genuinely cares about the dogs in her care and you can trust that she will put them first. They also get to go places where they can let loose and get a full hour of exercise. I honestly wouldn’t let him go with anyone else. 100% recommend! 🐾

Excellent Service, Maxine is very professional. Our two Cockapoos are quite lively and Maxine has worked well with them during their regular walks to improve their behaviour. We have seen a difference in just a couple of weeks. Both boys are always happy to see her, and keen to go on their walk. Maxine provides regular updates whilst they are out too.
Luna loved her overnight stay, Mandy is amazing fit us in last minute but gave Luna the best care she sends loads of photos to reassure you that your dog is well cared for and having fun i honestly couldn’t recommend her enough will be back very soon Thankyou so much for taking such good care of our girl ❤️

I know Mandy Foster of Bit and Beads Studio. She is a lovely, friendly and very talented lady. All her products are of high standards with bespoke unique designs. She crafts designs that stand out and I really like them. I recently bought her upcycled vase with little yellow daisies on them. It was a stunner! It looked so gorgeous in my living room with a single yellow flower in it. Mandy also makes beautiful handbag charms, key rings and earrings too. They make great gifts for yourself and your friends. “We Love Pets Mansfield” and specifically Mandy & Jason recently cared for our two 3 year old British Short Hair cats twice a day whilst we were away for two weeks. Although outdoor cats, they remained inside and at home for the two weeks. Both cats looked incredibly well, content and had clearly been properly looked after once we arrived back home. Feeding stations and litter tray areas were immaculately clean and we were sent photos and short video clips of Belle and Blu pretty much every day. We could not have had two nicer people attending the property; both clearly love all animals, were attentive and spent time on visits interacting, entertaining and playing with our pets. Highly recommended; we will be using “We Love Pets Mansfield” again in September. Thank you so much Mandy & Jason!
Mandy and Jason looked after our young cocker spaniel for 2 weeks. It was our first time away from him but we felt at complete ease knowing he was safe and being cared for. He had plenty of exercise and fun during his time there and we got updates with photos. He fell in love with them on first meet and you can just tell they are great people. I'm so grateful to them both for everything. I would highly recommend them.
If you ever need a pet sitting service then Jason and Mandy at We Love Pets are definitely the people to get in touch with. We have had them pet sit both our cat Rio and our Rattie Norris several times this year and it’s less stressful for both of them being able to stay in their home surroundings whilst we go away. They both love Jason and Mandy and our Cat Rio who is not a peopley cat will always call us a liar and fuss round them both when they call in. Its also a breath of fresh air to have a pet sitter that will also look after a rattie as alot dont but they look after all different pets not just cats and dogs. I wouldn't have anyone else look after our Cat and Rattie ♥️

Dex came for his first holiday stay & I felt comfortable leaving him with Mandy & Jason. I received photos of Dex looking happy which made me feel at ease. Any queries they had they asked. They were great being able to give him his daily medication. He came home with no signs of stress(weight loss & stress lick sores) like he has when stayed in kennels which tells me he felt happier. I'd definitely recommend and visit again.
We absolutely LOVE we love pets. Darren has been so helpful and kind since the beginning, and our dog goose absolutely adores him. We get photos from his walk each day which is so nice. And it’s so reassuring to know they’re first aid trained. Definitely would recommend to anyone and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
Used a dog boarding service for the first time and chose Mandy and Jason to look after Stan for a few days. Had a meet and greet before I went on holiday to get to know them, for Stan to meet them and discuss his feeding/walking routine. While I was away they sent pics every day which put me at ease. We have been using Petpals for 10 years now and cannot fault them. They were fab when we just had the cats to look after and since getting our dog they have proven to be just as awesome with him too. We have used petpals for the very first time just this last week. Lynne and the team provide an excellent service, the dogs clearly enjoy the experience as seen in the pupdates which are sent on request (being sensible of course with the times of requests). They are dog owners and are very responsible. Only issue is very popular and you need to get you booking in early. Strongly recommend.

Fabulous personal visiting sitting service! Currently on my second cat cared for by Tatiana while we are away with no worry or stress. It’s not just a visit to feed and scoop the litter tray but time spent with your pet and interaction in line with their preferences. The regular updates let me know my boy is OK while we are gone. The price is great for the service you get. I trust Tatiana with my boy and in my home without hesitation!
This lovely lady looks after our lovely cat every time we go away. She advises us, gives her plenty of time and attention etc When we return everything is all tide and most importantly our little cat is happy as Larry and not at all bothered that we’ve been away. Will always continue to us!
I highly recommend Tatiana. She has an obvious love of dogs and is well versed in their behaviour. Our bouncy Lab took to her straight away and not only did his behaviour improve but so did ours following some training advice from Tatiana - so you can teach old dogs new tricks! She is so well organised, punctual, and gives a great service, which we will be using again. We have now used Tatiana three times and will continue to do so. She provides such an excellent service.
Finding the right pet sitter is difficult. Not only do you need to trust them with your beloved pets, but you also need to have trust letting them into your home when you are not around. After reaching out to Tatiana via e-mail, she was quick to respond and provide several alternatives of when she could come and meet with us and our dog Oscar. It's immediately obvious how much she loves animals. She gave him the right amount of attention, but still focussed on going through the process and paper work with us. I felt confident that she would treat him like she would her own dog. Tatiana walked our dog every day this week. She provided text updates after each walk, with valuable information, and confirmation that all was OK. We will be using her service again already next week! Thanks Tatiana, I know you and Oscar will be seeing each other regularly!
Highly experienced, completely reliable and totally professional services provided; ranging from dog walking, feeding, vet visits, etc. Equally importantly is having a high level of trust as you are allowing someone into your home when you're not around. Diesel Dog and I can highly recommend Tatiana to anyone needing support to look after their pets at very reasonable rates. Diesel goes bananas when Tatiana arrives to take him out; I'm slightly envious of his love and affection for her :)
Peggy our Bedlington Terrier loves going out with Tatiana several times per week and loves spending times with other dogs on the walk. Tatiana has taken our dog Bobbi for regular walks over the past few weeks to help us out. She is an excellent dog handler and I have learned a lot from her. Baxter has been with Petpals since he was a young pup. Through his life he has always been challenging to say the least! Petpals have guided us through his behaviour and have always brought him back home safe and happy. There are very few people who he greets at the door, the Petpals team always get a “family” greeting. His level of excitement when he hears the van pull onto the drive is off the scale! Sadly, he was diagnosed with cancer at the beginning of the year. The level of care and love that the team show him is so heartwarming. We don’t know how long our precious boy will stay with us, but while he is, Petpals will always be our “go to” people to look after him.
Petpals took care of our two shy cats while we were away, got daily updates, even when they didn't see them to say food eaten and litter trays used etc.. Got a really personalised service as felt they didn't just take care of cats needs they also put our minds at rest. Came home to 2 happy, well fed girls and a clean space where they had been fed. Everything left neat and tidy, will 100% use again and would recommend xxxx
From puppy visits @ 11 weeks old through to pack walks now at 2, home boarding and grooming, PetPals are fabulous and wonderfully caring. Baxter absolutely adores and looks forward to his walks. Love Fiona and the team and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my boy
Our dog loves her walks and stays with the lovely folk at PetPals Ambergate. She comes back happy and exercised, she's super excited whenever she hears the car pulling up to take her for one of their adventures. Great Facebook picture of her journeys. Could not recommend enough Just an update to say still fantastic. Their home boarding is a vital part of our life now.
I cannot speak highly enough of this company. The people working there are amazing. They could not be more accommodating and will always help whenever they can. Their love of the pets they care for could never be questioned. My work shifts change constantly and I know I can message them and get a reply back almost immediately saying they can take the dog that day. I also love the fact that they put photos on showing the dogs on the walk having the time of their life. I have and always will highly recommend them
We have been using Petpals (Amber Valley) since we got our puppy in July 2019. They offer a fantastic and flexible service. We simply let them know what days we need them on a Sunday for the following week by text message and they just book us in. We generally use them 2 days a week but the days fluctuate depending on work commitments. Petpals have always accommodated the flexibility that we need and occasionally we request the first walk of the day (as they have multiple walks), and they have always obliged. Our puppy loves his walks with Petpals and all his little friends and he is always very excited when they come to collect him. We love to see what he has been up to on his walks when the photos are posted as well. I would highly recommend!
Our GSD Lucy has been part of the Pet Pals pack walks for just over a year now and has also had several home stays when we were unable to take her with us on holiday. The service from Pet Pals is fantastic; prompt, reliable, trustworthy and professional. Lucy always has a great time on her walks whether she is with the 'little guys' or the 'big guys'! After a home stay she is is always very happy when we pick her up. As we do not have family in the area who can help us with dog care, finding Pet Pals has been a life saver. Would recommend without hesitation
I have used Petpals for nearly a year now and I couldn't be happier with them. They had Daisy on a daily basis when she was a puppy and now she's old enough to be left for longer whilst I'm at work, they pick her up from my house every day and take her for a pack walk. Daisy also visits if we go on holiday. It provides peace of mind for me knowing Daisy is being looked after and is in safe hands during the weekdays. Dave and Fiona and the rest of the team provide a professional, but friendly service and they were particularly brilliant during Daisy's puppy hood, offering me help and advice and reassuring me that Daisy's behaviours were normal! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody that required a similar service.
Fiona and crew have been walking my pooch for years and I wouldn't change them for the world. The dogs are their absolute priority and I have never felt more comfortable leaving my dog whether it be walking services or a sleep over at their house. Drifter is always happy and Fiona is very helpful and knowledgable. The best dog walkers in the world and very lovely genuine people!
I Wasn’t going to do this review but I feel the company is not honest and have left things unanswered. My dog used to go on there pack walks with this group. One day I got a phone call to say “I’ve lost her” luckily my family was near by and was able to go where they was walking and found my dog straight away as she hadn’t ran of like they originally said she had simply hid and she was right where they left her. I never got an apology from them or an explanation of what happened on this incident. I got in touch with head office I give them credit as they apologised to me regarding the lack of communication but I still struggle to understand what happened on this day as my dog would only hide if something spoked her but no one has said what spoked her and if they was watching her they would of seen where she was and where she went to go hide as it was right by where they was. All I got told was she was let off the lead and they looked up and she was gone but this does not make sense…?I used to get phone calls and messages saying my dog would hide and they can’t take her for her walk as she’s hiding from them when they picked her up which now makes me question things as I’m using a new company and she greets them at the door with a waggy tail. Please just be alert if your using/ planning to use this company would hate anyone to lose there dog due to there negligence.
