Julie looked after our dog Edie for a couple of days while we got married. Very happy with the experience and Julie kept us updated throughout. We would be more than happy to leave Edie again. Thanks Julie!

Wow, what an amazing home from home place to take our dog. From the 1st initial visit, to leaving him there, for his holiday. Julie and Co, is kind, caring, friendly dog lovers. We was regular updated how he was, what he was doing . Which reasured us throughout his stay. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, thank you so much. 1st time we have left Alfie with someone and I am sure he had a better time than we did, he had the meet and greet b4 we trusted someone to look after him and on the day we took him for his stay he ran in off his lead when we picked him up he had to be put on his lead to get him away he loved it so much, before we book our next holiday we will make sure Julie is free 1st, thanks Julie

We recently hired Sarah to look after our small army of fur babies (2 cats, 2 rabbits, fish tank and fish pond) and cannot recommend her services highly enough! She took excellent care of everything despite being told off by our mouthy cat, even searching under bushes and furniture when they refused to come home during a storm! Her care meant we could fully relax and enjoy our holiday and we will definitely be using her services in the future! (Photo of screamy cat telling us off)

I've just Sarah on two separate occasions now. She visits my cats twice a day. She is great and I feel I can trust her. She keeps me up to date with as many pictures as I want (every visit) and my cats really seem to have warmed to her (which is no mean feat). I would recommend Sarah to anyone who wants someone who really cares about animals to look after their own.

I cannot praise Sarah enough for looking after our 2 dogs this week. We’ve never left our dogs in the house before and Sarah was brilliant for us. The photos were extremely welcome and seeing and knowing our pups were being looked after put our mind totally at ease. Sarah has looked after our 2 dogs a few times now and I always find her to be fantastic! She’s brilliant with our boisterous pups and they respond really well to her. We started using Pampered Pet Care about a year ago and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Our dog loves having Sarah visit. Sarah is always accommodating, trustworthy and reliable. She turns up on time and leaves notes advising how your pet was whilst in her care. It is clear Sarah loves animals and has often gone above and beyond to make sure her customers and pets are looked after. Sarah was wonderful when she looked after our 3 cats when we went away for a week. She kept in touch every day to let us know everything was ok and sent us a few photos too! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and will certainly call on her for every future holiday we have.

I would highly recommend Sarah, she always goes above and beyond. As soon as I met Sarah I was at ease knowing I could trust her with my dog Pierre to take him on a walk while Im at work. Plus she always lets me know how he is after every walk with little updates from their walk together with photos too which is lovely to receive photos of Pierre while I’m at work. I cannot recommend Sarah at Pampered Pet Care enough. She is the most attentive, caring and thoughtful person I’ve ever met. She does so much for us and Bane and I’m absolutely overwhelmed by the help and support she has given us over the past year. If you need someone to care and look after your pets, Sarah is 100% the best person for your needs. She sends me WhatsApp messages and photos of every visit and before COVID-19 used to leave visit slips as well with how our pup was and what they got up to. Again, I can’t thank Sarah enough for everything she does and she is definitely someone you need in your life.

Sue has helped us every time we needed someone to take care of our fluff boy, highly recommended.

Sally is extremely knowledgeable and personable. She really does care about the cats she works with and it feels as though she has been as invested as us! Our eldest cat was extremely upset by the thought of our younger cat being in the house let alone anywhere near her. With Sally's help, they can tolerate one another now and they were even asleep together on the sofa, in close proximity to one another. We are very grateful for Sally's time, patience and support and we would recommend her to anyone who is having issues with their cats!

Sally cared for my elderly cat a few weeks ago. She provided a fantastic service. I had updates every day when I was abroad. I never worried about anything and my cat looked so well and happy when I got home. I am very lucky to have found someone like Sally. She is honest, reliable, friendly and professional. If anyone out there needs a pet minder. Sally's the one !! Very highly recommended.

Sally cane out to advise and help with one of our cats who was aggressive towards the one. Some solutions which we wouldn't have thought about almost immediately had results and the aggression decreased within a few days. Sally was really helpful and knowledgable and helped us to understand the situation as well as manage and improve the situation. I recommend anyone who needs help with their cats to contact Sally.

Sally came to look after my cats whilst I was on holiday and my cats were so well looked after, she kept me updated throughout and came to meet the cats a few days before we went away which I thought was great. Will definitely be using Sally again!

Sally has been great and very professional. I have 3 cats and they no longer hate me so much when I get home from a trip and even better I don’t have a pile of dirty cat dishes waiting for me! Highly recommend.

I have a rescued Sphynx aged 4 years in November 2022 and will have had her 1 year in December 2022. She had a toileting issue and with Sallys help we have almost resolved this . She was very neglected and her background unknown but is turning into a lovely little girl . Sally is very patient and knowledgeable and is on hand to help

They deserve no stars. I left my rabbits at Creature Comforts Swadlincote for 4 days thinking they will be in good hands. First expressions, roomy outdoor hutch, however very high ramp for rabbits to go up, place didn't smell that great. Form completed with contact details incl. vets, payment upfront?!? When I picked up my rabbit I was told they had been brought inside due to one of the rabbit having have wet himself, at drop off I told them one of them had back leg issue affecting how he wees. I was taken upstairs, the place stunk but the worst was to come, one of the rabbits was lying on it's side and not moving. I was told he had been like that all day, there was plenty of time to alert me or the vets, they choose not to. For a white rabbit he was he was in a mess, his fur was dirty grey like he has been lying on concrete floor trying to move. Their excuse was alarm was not raise because rabbits have different personalities, that was my choice/vets not theirs. My rabbit ended in out of hours where he was euthinized at early hours of this morning. Vets told me there was nothing in his stomach so not sure when he last ate. I am heart broken and mortified that such companies would be allowed to operate. We think when we leaving our adored pets that they would receive good care and you trust these people to do so. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS with CREATURE COMFORTS IF YOU LOVE THEM. Look at the picture of my poor Rabbit, after I picked them up. My poor beautiful Rabbit died the following day. Don't be fooled by their nice website and manipulate positive reviews which they control, there are so many bad reviews on the official review sites. Please read them and don't let your pets suffer!! Check the prices too as they were trying to rip me off.

Highly recommend! I completely trust Debbie & John to look after my pets. They have cared for my bunnies for several years as well as my 2 ponies and my Dads tortoises, always to the highest standard. They are extremely knowledgable and are on hand to provide help & advice. They even provided boarding for my bunnies at a days notice. I’m so pleased to have found pet carers like D & J, I can go away knowing my pets are in safe hands.

We have used Debbie and John for a number of years now. Are rabbits are always well looked after. When one was really poorly ( an ongoing issue for years with her teeth) they took her to the vets on our behalf, administered the medication she needed. Even recommended a rabbit savvy vets! I couldn't be happier to board my animals with this A-team! Thanks again. See you in July 👍😊

Debbie and John are fantastic. My rabbit Buddie went to them to be bonded sadly Buddie was bitten by his new partner. Debbie and John nursed him back to health and worked on some of his behavioural issues. Now Buddie is easier to handle and far more interactive with us than ever before. The accommodation for the rabbits is exceptional when we find Buddie a new partner we'll definitely be back.

I cannot praise Debbie highly enough. Until we discovered her we had holidayed separately as we couldn't find anyone we trusted to look after our pets as well as we would. Over the years she has looked after our rabbits and hens. Nothing has ever been too much trouble.................... and 4 months later we have had another worry free break knowing that Debbie/John have been in charge of our (already pampered) pets which now include a disabled cat.

NEVER AGAIN!!! We will never use Creature Comforts ever again. We paid £300 for them to look after our 11 rabbits and 2 cats in our home for 10 days over Christmas. We were so upset and shocked when we got back from our holiday; the rabbits were in a terrible state, there were poos and urine everywhere and the smell was horrendous. The litter trays had hardly any shavings in them and were saturated with poos and wee and the bunnies were obviously distressed. One rabbit had an eye infection but another was critically ill, she’d lost a lot of weight, wasn’t eating and had to be rushed to the vets where thankfully she recovered after being in there for several days at a cost of over £400, but if we hadn’t got back when we did she certainly would have died. One of the cats was also very distressed and had lost weight too. We paid them to do an hour’s visit in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening, but in fact our cctv showed that they didn’t stay for anywhere near that long, sometimes they were only there for 10minutes, even on what should have been an hours visit. The cctv also showed that no visual checks and bottom checks were done, in fact the bunnies weren’t even touched (apart from the 2 that needed meds). They didn’t even seem to notice that only one of the cats was coming for food, and didn’t seem to worry that the other one was nowhere to be seen for days. We trusted them to look after our beloved pets and they really let us down and have made us feel like we have let our pets down too. It has really put us off ever leaving our pets again.

.We booked Creature Comforts, Swadlincote to look after out home and pets during February 2019 half term. They contacted us every evening to let us know that our pets were doing ok, giving the impression that they were actually spending time with them as agreed. In reality, Mr Bloor left at around 8am every day and returned at 7pm every evening. He returned for just 4 minutes one day, 10 minutes the next and that pattern continued throughout the week. The only time he exercised our three dogs was on the last day, where he stood at the back door and threw a toy for them ONCE. Our dogs were bored and destructive, and we had informed them that our eldest boy had recently had a couple of minor strokes so we didn't like to leave him too long. He was left for long periods of time by this company who promised to care for our pets. The cat litter was cleared out twice in six days (used by two cats), the chickens did not get cleaned, fresh water or food topped up. They had contacts in case of emergencies but did not inform them or us of their absence. They only admitted to it when they were caught out by the fact our neighbours mentioned that the dogs were barking lots and they hadn't seen anyone at our house. After reviewing our CCTV we discovered that they hadn't been here. The eldest two dogs became extremely ill the week after our return. The resulting vet trips established that this is possibly due to a build up of toxins from eating the contents of the cat litter tray as they were left to do so each day. We did our research and found this company on NARPS. They came with all good reviews, insurance etc., however, it would seem that NARPS allow their customers to choose not to publish poor reviews if they dont want to. It makes a mockery of the review process. NARPS have upheld our complaint against this company. What should have been a much needed break has made us regret ever going away. We are gutted that we left our animals in the care of this company, and have lost trust in anyone doing the job properly. They let us down, and more I importantly they let our pets down. Only gave 1 star because I was unable to give 0

Debbie and john are the only people we will trust too look after our house cats, the chickens and turkeys. The animals are family too us, so it takes a special soneone for us to trust them to care for our animals. Debbie and john are very knowledgeable, they have insurance, police checks... This company look after my dogs when needed. John provides a great service and all of them are content and happy when we arrive home. Thank you both, it’s good to know we can leave them and not have to worry!

What a great service, from meeting my dog to the now lovely relationship he has with the ladies. It is easy to book, change and pay for services. The team are reliable and friendly and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for dog walking.

We've used Sue over the years to help look after the dogs and take them a walk while we are at work. Over the years weve got to know Sue and she's become a lovley friend who my daughters love to see. We always reccomend Sue if anyone in the area is asking for services and would highly recommend her.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I’m not one to write reviews. However, the abusive manner Sue had with our dogs was caught on our camera both live & recording resulting in us coming home the same day we left. In a total contrast to the interaction Sue had with our dogs on the meet & greet with us, when it came to being alone with them she showed no interest in our dogs whatsoever. She was seen shoving her foot in one dogs face leading to her getting up & kicking him. She was seen shouting at both dogs resulting in our rescue not leaving her bed for hours & from their body language we could see that they were unsettled as well as fearful. In addition to this, when leaving we saw her drag our rescue by her collar and not take her out with a treat as requested. We are disappointed that someone who runs a dog business seemed so unaware of dog management in general. This behaviour & treatment of any animal is unacceptable, you expect the highest standard of care when entrusting your pets to someone who claims to care for them, this was not provided.

I’ve used Sue’s Pet Care Service for a month now and what can I say…. She’s reliable, friendly, helpful and I have peace of mind when I go away knowing that my fur babies are in safe hands with Sue. I would definitely recommend her and her services. We are in regular communication and her services cater to my kitties needs. A+.

Sue and her team are great. They offer a great service Booking in is straightforward and Sue replies quickly and promptly. Have used Sue and her team for dog walking and house sitting- all in the confidence that our pups will be very well looked after. I would highly recommend Sue for her professionalism, reliability and love of animals.

Sue's pet care is an absolute god send. They looks after my two pups (who are especially cheeky), with professionalism and affection. I know that they are well looked after when I have to leave for work.

We booked our boy as we wanted him to have a great time while we did the same. As a recent rescue it was important he was looked after and we were not disappointed. Great service and our boy came back unstressed as they often can be. I will gladly take him back there when we go away again.

This was the first time I had left my girl, so I was a bit anxious, as you can imagine! But I needn't have worried. They sent me pictures to reassure me, which did. I can not recommend daisybrook enough!! The knowledge and experience they have is so reassuring especially being a Dash owner! They are all such a wonderful team and the love they have for our pet is shown as Daisybrook is their Hearts and soul and what they clearly eat, sleep, repeat, knowing this is Everything you want, as every single need that your pet has is met whilst they stay with them. We have used Daisy Brook kennels for our dog Bobby for years. They are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure your dog is looked after and cared for. We won’t go anywhere else.

My dog has stayed a few times now, first for the odd weekend and now his longest stay for 9 nights! I had updates every day with pictures nearly every day too. He looks so happy and cared for in the pictures. When I arrived to pick him up, I was pleased to see him just chilling outside of his kennel in the garden area with staff who appeared to be chatting with him, so lush!! He was super happy to see me and I can see he has been well looked after. The zoomies round my house when we got home prove he is indeed a happy and healthy dog! Can’t thank Daisybrook and the staff there enough!!

I am usually very sceptical about leaving my dog when we go abroad. However, due to the great communication from start to finish our minds were put at ease whilst we were away. I have rebooked back in for summer because I know my babies will be very well looked after.

My dog loves coming here so he tells us if it’s any good or not as he wouldn’t get himself out the car if he didn’t like it! Staff are very friendly and welcoming so really happy with everything and have no worries leaving our four legged family member here.

Sharon looked after our Shihtzu for 10 days while we were on holiday. She has a very nice setup with plenty of room for the dogs and they all seemed to get on well. The dogs were all of similar small sizes. Sharon sent regular pictures and videos of our dog while we were away on holiday. The whole experience was painless and our dog seemed very happy to be there. I would not hesitate to recommend Sharon to anyone for dog sitting.

Took my puppy here for the first time and he absolutely loved it, he settled in straight away , he got on really well with the other dogs especially Jet and puggy, Sharon sent me videos and photos of Teddy during his visit, I knew straight away Teddy was well looked after, in fact I was worried he wouldn’t want to come home with me because he loved it there so much, I would definitely recommend. Teddy can’t wait until his next visit.

My Dog Daisy has been going to Sharron since beginning of 2023 I think Jan/Feb time, and I have to say the attention my doggy gets from being there is amazing and having fun with all of the little dogs there, I get regular videos and photos from Sharron which makes me so happy knowing she is having so much fun, knowing she is safe and being looked after is worth it’s weight in gold and whenever I need a dog sitter Sharron is always happy to accommodate Daisy. Sharron also helped me with Daisy and advice on her food and always there when I need her with any questions I have , I highly recommend Home boarding for small dogs to anyone.

I’ve been so lucky to find Home Boarding for small breeds. My pup is very shy and loves staying here , she’s well looked after and cared for as one of the family. I get regular updates and videos while I’m away of her enjoying her stay .

I would like to leave this review for the lovely family that looked after my dog for 3 days over the weekend, and I must say WHAT a caring family they had been for my lovely Fiji below. She had a lovely time and no hassle what so ever. I have my dog with me every day at work, she has never been left with anyone but my Mom and Dad but due to illness this was not possible, I was looking for a kind caring place which we have now found with Sharon and her family. I have just re-booked her back in for November for a week due to the care she has had and I will be happy to leave her once again knowing she will be loved up every day she is there. I would highly recommend them for dog which needs lots of love. We are so truly grateful and relieved to have found Sharron's Home Boarding for Small Dogs. From the initial visit it was apparent Sharron is very passionate about providing the best care for all the dogs that come to stay. They introduced our pug Frosty to their doggies slowly, one by one, to make sure they all got on. Their rule is that if your dog shows any type of aggression, he cannot stay, this is absolutely the right thing to do as you want your dog to be safe and happy while you leave him when you're away. And I can honestly say our Frosty is! We get daily photos, videos and updates on how he is. When we drop him off, he gets really excited so that says it all! And I don't feel guilty about going away and leaving him behind any more as I know he is in the best possible place!!! xxx

My dog absolutely loves coming to Sharron and her family. It really is home from home and l know my dog is happy and loved whilst l am at work x

We have been using sharron for both day boarding and over night stays and couldn't be happier with the service she provides. My dog was only a pup when he first started and i was a little anxious about leaving him but Sharron put my mind at ease and he settled quickly. Hes now so excited to go he practically jumps out the car when we arrive. We get lots of photos and videos throughout the day and his tail is always wagging in every one! The setting is immaculate and Sharrons experience of handling dogs means the other dogs boarding are always friendly too.

Just picked Toffee up from his holiday with Sharon and her lovely family, we are so grateful to have found Sharon as we can now have a worry free holiday ourselves. We picked up Toffee yesterday and he came home with a bag of treats a new toy and and photos of his stay. Sharon keeps a daily check sheet on how your pet eats,sleeps,drinks etc, this gives you a warm feeling that your dog has been treated as he would have been at home. If you need a home from home for your small breed dog whilst you are on holiday then Sharon would be hard to beat.

MY dog Charlie is the best dog ever, so only the best will do for him. I never leave him with anyone (not even my own family/friends) so when we decided that we might like to go away for Christmas, the hunt began. We looked at a few dog kennels (NO WAY) and then looked into the idea of a Home Boarder. We looked at lots (& I mean lots) of Home Boarders but nothing seemed quite right….then we found Sharron. After visiting Sharron, we were so confident that we’d found the perfect place, we went off and booked our holiday the next day. Although HBFSBD is not close to our home, it was definitely worth the extra miles. The accommodation is immaculate, with huge “doggie safe” areas indoors & outdoors for dogs to run around. Sharron & her family are kind, friendly and flexible. Her 3 tiny Yorkies are friendly, sociable & well behaved (as are her children!) Once we had left Charlie (really hard for me) Sharron kept in touch constantly with Whatsapp messages, photos & videos. We could see that Charlie was sooo happy and we quickly stopped worrying. Charlie was allowed up on the settee, and we got many pictures of him curled up & relaxed watching telly with the family as well as him out walking and playing. He was treated just as if he was one of their own (if not better!) I am now planning my next holiday, knowing that Charlie will have the best care with Sharron. Thanks Sharron, see you in May x

Claire was brilliant we can't thank her enough, she gave Redd a home from home while we were away.We did worry Redd might not want to come home with us he was having so much fuss from Claire and lots of play with Claire's other guests. Claire does a fantastic job of day care and holiday stay overs! My dogs will be there for their holiday again this year! Nothing seems to be a problem, late notice for walks etc are accommodated whenever possible and the dogs always have a great time! Claire keeps you updated with photos and messages to let you know they’ve settled in and all is well. It’s a home from home setting which is a bonus for my dogs! All round a great service which I would highly recommend 👍👌

Our experience with Bruno's Dog Hotel was absolutely fantastic! Claire took care of our beloved Westie, Murphy, for two weeks while we were on holiday, and we couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service provided. From the moment we dropped Murphy off, it was evident that he was in capable and caring hands. Claire's passion for dogs shone through, and it truly felt like Murphy was staying with family. We received regular updates, including photos and videos of Murphy having the time of his life. Mar 24 Another fabulous stay at Bruno's Dog Hotel! My two cavaliers settled very well with Claire and the other pups. They were all a very friendly bunch of pups and great to see they them all getting on so well. They went on some lovely walks and some off lead time in a secure field too. Claire does a fantastic job of caring for them all. Looking forward to our next visit! May 23 My two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels had a lovely stay with Claire, Jet and the other holiday pups! One of my pups had never stayed away from home and Claire did an amazing job of developing a bond with her so she felt comfortable and happy. It really is a hotel for dogs! Thank you Claire x

Our Cocker Spaniel Charlie had a great week with Claire at Bruno's Dog Hotel, she looked after him brilliantly - he loves fuss and cuddles and Claire was happy to give him plenty of both. Bruno's is definitely a home from home experience for visitors, but for Charlie in our case at least, he had the added bonus of other dogs to play and spend time with which he loves too. Our dog was diagnosed with condition not long before he was due to stay at Bruno's, but after one phone call with Claire, she took it in her stride and was very happy to manage the situation and give him his medication, it was no problem at for her. This was a huge relief for us and we were very thankful. Claire also gave us updates during his stay which gave us added peace of mind. Thank you Claire for looking after Charlie so well, we really appreciate all you do for your visitors. For anyone looking for a truly wonderful, safe and caring place for your dog to have a holiday of their own, we thoroughly recommend Bruno's Dog Hotel

Our little dog Freya had a wonderful day at Bruno's hotel. Claire kindly fitted us in as we were on our hols and couldn't take the dog to visit Stoneywell. Claire obviously has a good way with dogs and is set up well at her beautiful home with all a dog could need. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Claire has looked after our puppy on several occasions. We couldn’t be happier with Claire’s professionalism, care and attention. Silky absolutely loves being with Claire, Bruno and Jet (and the other furry visitors!) and is spoilt with love and attention during her stay. Claire keeps in touch and has always been so accommodating to meet our needs. We wouldn’t trust many people to look after our puppy but we don’t ever worry when she is with Claire. Highly recommend. Brunos dog hotel is just wonderful. I leave Marley here knowing he will be treated as one of the family and have the best time with all his doggy pals. It makes me so happy to see him happily run inside and to see him playing. Would highly recommend Claire, Bruno and Jet to anyone.

Claire is an absolute angel. My husband and I suffered an accident and were unable to walk our lively spaniel. Claire stepped in and made sure Fudge had plenty of exercise and a huge amount of fun. Fudge adores Claire and she looks after him so well. I cannot recommend more highly.

We tried a local kennel and our dog (cockapoo) chewed on the bars so much he got an infection so clearly that wasn't for him. So then tried Bruno's. Lovely service very reasuing and looked after our dog really well and accommodated for his unique needs. Even sent a couple of photos while he was visiting and sent him back with a mini report card which is a lovely touch.

Jack & Chloe are the only people I truly trust to look after my dog Alfred. I love the updates I receive twice a day, they settle my nerves at leaving him whilst I go away. I am so lucky to have found them

Lola’s house is just brilliant. You’ll never feel guilty again about leaving your dog and instead feel guilty about coming home and picking them up. The dogs are treated so well and with so much love and fuss and the daily photos and update are the highlight of the day. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Our spaniels are 13 and 15 years old and once again, Jack and Chloe (and of course Lola) took care of them for a short stay in September. At 15, our older dog needs lots of time, patience and understanding - those qualities are in abundance at Lola's House and they both came back happy and relaxed and our older dog seemed more invigorated, having spent time with new doggy friends.

I highly recommend Lola’s House for all your dogs needs. Mollie my very active Border Collie has just spent 3 weeks with them. Constant updates and pictures are so important as it gives the owner a clear insight to what our precious dogs are up to. The use of the enclosed field is a wonderful attribute and I mentioned Mollies agility classes in February and Jack was straight on it with Mollie. I cannot recommend them highly enough as I feel completely relaxed knowing Mollie is in the safe hands of Jack and Chloe. Thank you guys

Jack and Chloe are the nicest couple and genuinely love what they do. Rio has the best time however long she stays. They treat each dog as an individual and really take the time to get to know their preferences. We would highly recommend Lola's House x

Our Romanian rescue Ronald has stayed at Lola’s house 4 times now. The service they offer is like no other! They get to know so much about your dog before the stay and will ask before every visit if anything has changed or if there is anything they need to know. This is important to us because we have a rescue. We receive daily updates on how Ronald is doing along with photos at home and on his walks. The photos make us feel at ease whilst on our holidays. Ronald always looks so happy in the photos. We also love that we can bring Ronald’s beds and toys so it feels like home. Jack and Chloe are just amazing, we feel they love ronald almost as much as we do. We recommend Jack and Chloe (Lola’s house) to everyone they are just so caring and passionate for dogs.

If I could give Jack & Chloe 10 stars I would, they are amazing people and would recommend them to anybody, that wants their dogs looking after as if they are at home. They treat my Bronson like the king he is, so much so he's grumpy when he has to leave😂and come home!!!

We have been so impressed by the wonderful care and attention that our golden retriever has enjoyed at Lola’s house. Elsa was given so much love… the owners are very empathetic towards each dog’s needs. Jack and Chloe emailed us photos and updates every day while we were away. They are very positive, friendly, caring owners. We highly recommend Lola’s house.

Jack and Chloe are amazing dog carers which I highly recommend. They are actually much more than that. They’re my dog’s second family. Millo (my gorgeous clumberdoodle) has been with them since he was a puppy. It’s been 1.5 years now that Jack & Chloe are looking after him every time I need. He loves them to bits and he’s so happy every time he’s got a chance to stay at Lola’s house ☺️

Jack and Chloe have been providing let out’s for us since the start of the year for our three border terriers. They have been the first independent dog walking/let out service that has not let us down! They are honest, very reliable and fantastic with our dogs! They keep us updated with photos and messages daily to let us know that our ‘boys’ are ok. We have absolute no hesitation in recommending Lola’s House for dog boarding/walking/let outs.
