This is my first time sitting for house and pets. I feel very welcomed by Rachel. The house was clean and bedroom was prepared nicely. The cat Parker is very friendly and likes to sit closely. The two dogs, Molly is gentle and easygoing, her daughter Mabel is a cute puppy with lots of curiosity and energy. They like to stay close to you. Rachel was very responsive and helpful giving advices how to take care of puppy. House location is good, easy access to Bury St Edmund and one National Trust place, Ickworth. Overall, good experience!
Anna made us very welcome in her beautiful home. Foxy and Marvin are such characters we thoroughly enjoyed looking after them. There are some great walks straight from the house and the garden is a lovely place to potter in and throw the ball which Foxy loves to fetch, Marvin not so much he leaves the energetic stuff to Foxy. Zico is a seriously cool cat and loves to come and cuddle on a lap. We slept so well in the comfy bed and enjoyed just being at the house it is such a lovely spot. Would definitely love to go back again.
Hilary and Ian are extremely warm and generous people and have a lovely home with all the creature comforts a sitter could wish for. Their home is a short drive from the local railway station with frequent trains into Manchester central so very easy for exploring the delights of Manchester. There are several good restaurants and a large Tesco in Stalybridge with a local shop for papers and emergency provisions. Then there are the boys. Calum and Tavish are two gorgeous boys. Calum the gentle loyal one and Tavish, full of mischief and energy. We will remember them all with great affection.
The two dogs were a delight to care for
Emily and Josh were very communicative and provided a very detailed guide and walkthrough beforehand. The cats were so friendly and each has their own personality. I really enjoyed getting to know Tuna, Oliver, and Finn! By the end of my time with them, they were very comfortable around me and always wanted to be in the same room. Also, their place is in a great spot! Many shops and restaurants were walkable and there’s a bus stop on the corner. All of their beautiful decor made me want to be friends with Emily and Josh as their personalities really showed through! I’d happily cat sit again if I wasn’t located in a different State. Highly recommend!
I had a great stay with Randall. He is a very good boy and has great behavior with other dogs and people. Young was very accommodating as well. Would recommend!
