Angelique was a wonderful petsitter to my 2 dogs. She was very warm and loving to them and they quickly bonded to her. Communication was smooth throughout our trip, and we came back to 2 happy dogs. We hope we can have her come again!
Two night local sit with Rosie. Great communication, cuddly & sweet pup. I brought my 6yo along since she loves dogs. Mehgan arranged for us to meet ahead of the sit to ensure Rosie was fine with my child. Meghan left some yummy (human and pup) treats to share. We were all able to hang out in the back yard on the hammock during sunny portion of the days and snuggled on the couch during the rain. Neighborhood is great (Kenton park, plenty of restaurants and shops and walking path nearby). Definitely would sit again. Oh- and we'd like the recipe for the homemade pup treats!
This was a wonderful sit. Kim and Lacey were kind and welcoming hosts who took us out for a great dinner on arrival. Kiki is a very sweet cat with a loud and comforting purr. Castel Gandolfo is a wonderful community, and t he e location right by the lake couldn't be better. We would love to sit for Kim and Lacey again.
First of all I have to mention Kate and her girls. They are so lovely and I felt at home right away. I got there one day earlier, since I just finished a sit and Kate offered so I didn’t have to worry about Airbnb. I’m very glad we did that, because that made it easier to learn about their routines, since I was going to be there for a week and it was a joy to get to know Kate. And now Lily. She is just as cute, adorable, sweet and polite as she looks. A big teddy throug and throug. She was such a joy to be with and we became great friends. She loves to join you on adventures, so I took her in the car to go for walks in the small villages not far from the house. People even stopped to take pictures of her, because she so cute! The area in general is so serene. Beautiful little village surrounded by fields. I especially liked the view from my room (the room in general was so nice). This was the perfect sit for me.
We had a great experience with Rosie the cat. Rosie warmed up to us after a few hours. She was playful but also very gentle. She caused no trouble. The house was spacious, well-maintained and super-organized. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. We had everything we needed during our stay!
I had a great time taking care of Ziggy and Shadow! They are both so sweet, friendly, easy to take care of, cuddle bugs! They warmed up to me right away and could often be found sitting in my lap, sitting beside me on the couch or sleeping at my feet at night. The home is in a good location and Amy was great to work with. I would highly recommend this sit to others!
This sit was most memorable and special for me. My stay started out with meeting Erina, who is an absolute delight to be with. I immediately felt welcome and relaxed with her. She is easy going, positive and a clear communicator. We had the chance to spend the day together before her trip so I could get the run down. she was very generous with her home and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. She also showed me where to get the best fish tacos in town. Yum! KeeKee and I really hit it off, I couldn't have asked for a better animal companion during my long stay in a new town. She is a gentle and wise being. As a senior, she has her clear boundaries with petting and picking up which she taught me quickly. She loved to have some playtime in the evening and snuggle in Erina's super comfortable bed with me through the night. Our favorite ritual together was when the sun came out, there is quite a bit of fog so when it does it's very welcome. We would go go out in the yard together, sit on the grass, and just soak up the vitamin D while being surrounded by the trees, flowers and birds. Erin'a garden and yard is spectacular. And finally, the location couldn't be more magical. There were some fun walks right from her house and the Mendocino headlands were just a 5 min drive right down the hill. I was so rejuvenated by taking walks along the ocean bluffs. I couldn't have asked for a better sit for my first TH experience. Thank you Erina and KeeKee!
