Krista & Sugey were very nice. Their flight got changed so I came in a day early to help out. Belle is a little dog with a big personality. She doesn't listen to any commands or even her name. She loves her toys and parades around with them adorably. Their home is comfortable and they've made great use of the space they have. The community is on the outskirts west side of Vero & somewhat rural. Twice I made a wrong turn & ended up on an unpaved dirt/sand road for miles. Driving a small sedan on an unpaved road after a summer rain storm is very scary with partial flooding after dark. I made sure to treat the home as I would want mine treated. Including running the dishwasher, vacuuming, taking the trash & recycling out, cleaning kitchen and washing my used bath towels. I watered the plants, and there are a large number of plants. Due to the remote location and lack of dog training I don't feel this was a good sit for me, but it could be perfect for another sitter. I wish the family only the best.
We are so pleased we were selected for this sit as it is a wonderful property and the horses are amazing. Miriam and Manfred had very good communication beforehand and we were met by Manfred at the start of the sit. Everything was explained to us as it is an off-grid home, but there were no issues at all and everything ran very smoothly. We found it so relaxing we didn't drive at all in the six weeks we were on the sit and did al our shopping, etc by bicycle from the local villages which was fantastic. The Saturday market at Colos is definitely worth visiting, as it has the most amazing pastries and the meat and other produce at the nearby butcher in Santa Luzia is superb quality. The highlight, however, was definitely the horses who accepted us very quickly and were very easy to look after. They are such personalities and really brought the property to life. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return to sit again if asked.
Beth and Tim have a very well appointed home with comfortable beds and the best behaved cutie pie dog Bodie! Bodie is absolutely no trouble whatsoever, and it is so fun watching him sprint along in the fields. He is just adorable, and comes when you whistle or call for him. He gets bummed the first day or so that his people are gone, so he might not want to eat, but otherwise he is very willing to tag along with you on walks and will sleep in his bed all night long and not disturb you. He doesn't bark, and while he likes belly rubs he isn't demanding at all. Our favorite dog to sit and the location has a view and is very peaceful. Definitely recommend!
Danny and Sarah's house was amazing, really beautiful space. Shorty was so cute and fun, and easy to take care of! the instructions were super clear regarding the house and shorty, and they really welcomed me in to their home. Thanks for having me!
We had a great time in Mid Wales caring for Jo Shaun and Mabel's pets. Good communication from start to finish with comprehensive guide all easy to follow. Betsy is a dream to look after loves the field walks, often accompanied by Smudge and Daniel the cats. Betsy and Smudge are funny when they play kept us entertained with their antics. All are easy to care for plus chickens supplied us with eggs. The view from the property is far reaching, making the walks a pleasure, often spent time on a cabin veranda taking in the view. Shaun gave us lots of tips to explore the area. So just a short drive away walks, beaches, wildlife center, nice restaurants. Plenty to choose from plus companions to share the sofa with for the evening chill time.
Fabulous home made biscuits and almond liqueur! What a delight it was to stay in Win & Neil’s home and look after the gorgeous Nala. We arrived in the evening to be greeted like old friends with a glass (or three…) of wine and the offer of cheese and biscuits. After a great time chatting and getting to know each other we enjoyed our first of ten nights in a comfortable bed and were treated to a cooked breakfast the following morning before Win and Neil left for their holiday. Communication throughout our stay was excellent - we wanted for nothing in the home and thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Staffordshire; so much to see and do within easy driving distances and beautiful scenery. To round our stay off, Neil kindly presented us with a choice bottle of wine and some home made redcurrant jelly which was a most well received and unexpected bonus! We would highly recommend this sit to others, but only if we can’t do them as we’d love to go back if they’ll have us :-) Thank you, Win and Neil, for inviting us into your home. We feel like we’ve made some long term friends :-)

We’ve been taking our dog tootsie there for about 2 years now. She’s a very anxious Shih Tzu Maltese, but she doesn’t seem to have an issue going there. They always take care of her and she comes out smelling fresh for days

Not one to leave reviews but Wagger’s deserves a review!! I took my golden retriever Jeter there for his first hair cut, they did an amazing job and made him look like such a handsome guy! Staff was so friendly and great with Jeter. Highly recommend!!!!
I love this place! Kim was very friendly and kind to my Yorkie. The salon was very clean. I felt at ease leaving my furbaby with her. When I returned he was not stressed like he use to be at his other place. The cut was beautiful and my baby was happy. I already made my next appointment for the fall. Her schedule fills up quickly, so call in advance. Kim is definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend her.
Kim squeezed my senior dog in and I could not be happier!! She was so nice, took gentle care of my scared 15 year old dog, my dog looks fantastic and I can tell is so happy with her cut and the price can't be beat. Really thankful I found this pet parlor!
My German Shepherd looks fantastic. She is a long hair dog so she is more challenging and they did such a beautiful job. The staff is very friendly and explained what they were going to do. They will get my business again!
Kim grooms my animals and puts so much care and passion into her work. You can tell she loves her job. She goes above and beyond and always gives me a little update on my babies. My babies love her!! I'm so glad to call her my groomer! The place is very spacious and open, which gives enough room for every size and shape animal.
Professional service. They handle my teacup yorkie delicately, she's so little. They have her looking so adorable. I highly recommend their services.
