Mary sat for us for two weeks to look after our four cats. Living not far away she was able to visit and orient with the house and cats before our vacation. Mary provided excellent correspondence while we were away, and we could tell our cats took a liking to her from the start. We returned to a clean house, a lovely dinner waiting for us in the fridge and four content cats. We would gladly welcome Mary back to sit for us again.
Mary is a great communicator and a thoughtful, kind person. She was a delight caring for our baby Otis and the reptiles. Would have her back anytime! :)
Robert was amazing with our dogs which both require daily medication! He was respectful of our house! He sent lots of pictures of the dogs and we could tell from the photos how happy they were! We will definitely be asking him back and would recommend him to anyone looking!
It was such a pleasure to sit for Leslie, Carl, and Pipa for about 3 weeks in the Summer. The communication was always fast, clear, and concise. Leslie and Carl have a beautiful, clean, and uncluttered home in the popular but quiet town of White Salmon. The mountain and sunset views from the back deck and most windows are lovely. The guest room was very comfortable, and the closet offered lots of storage. Their home was well stocked, and the garden offered some real treats. The inside plant care and pond fish were easy tasks. Pipa is a well behaved, smart, mellow, and adorable little jewel who was a pleasure to sit. She loved her walks and earned her treats along the way. Pipa also enjoyed road trips, was great in the car, and she beamed at the sweet comments from other travelers. The area offers lots of hiking and exploring, especially the wind and kite surfing on the Columbia River and Fruit Loop Trail. The main shopping is just across the river in Hood River. The neighborhoods are walkable with a few hills. We would highly recommend this sit and would return without hesitation given the opportunity.
