Cat Sitters in Swinbrook

Our first time with Zeewoi and the bar has been set very high! We met Mark and Tracey prior to our holiday and immediately felt comfortable that they would look after our house and precious dogs very well, taking anything untoward that might happen , in their stride. They were very thorough in preparation - asking relevant questions and listening well to any information with regard to the house and dogs. They kept in touch enough when we were away so that we relaxed knowing all was fine. We came back to an immaculate house! We have no hesitation in recommending them and do hope they will come again.

Rob, Mary and their two boys are a very friendly, reliable and straightforward family. The communication was easy and fast. Although they had quite a long way to get here, they arrived on time so we could start our holiday as relaxed as possible that morning. It was so gentle they sent us photos of our cat while their sitting. :-) Obviously they took good care of our pets since the hamster and the cat seemed happy and fine when we returned back home. Combined with the tidy and clean state of our house we can highly recommand Rob and his family as pet- & housesitters!

Rachael and Asa took great care of my cat, Sunny, and my home. From our first contact they were open and communicative and conveyed their deep affection for animals, especially cats. Lucky Sunny was given masses of attention and the regular updates they sent me showed he was extremely content! I felt totally confident that Rachael and Asa had everything under control so that I could relax completely.

Hayley was our first sitter and we were more than pleased. The dogs were well looked after, she sent us lovely pics, kept in touch and left the house tidy and clean. We were delighted to have found her. Thanks so much Hayley :)

This is Sophie and Rob second sit! ! Such lovely people and are so caring and loving towards our hairy girl! Lots of communication & photos to keep us reassured she was having the best time. Sophie has a really special bond with our dog and goes to so much trouble to make sure her needs are met & she’s happy! Would recommend them 100% & hopefully they will come back to sit for us again!

Abigail looked after my two cats for a long weekend. She went above and beyond by arriving at the flat early in the morning before I had to leave, allowing me to show her everything in person, even though I had offered to explain it via pictures or video. The flat was left clean and tidy, and she even washed the bedding and towels, although I hadn't requested that. The cats seemed relaxed and happy (after calming down from the incident described below), so I’m sure she showered them with plenty of love and attention. However, there was a significant mishap: the kitchen window was left wide open. My cats, who are indoor cats, could easily have jumped out (and had been, as they were “wild” and Sky had a little dirt in their fur) Fortunately, it had been raining, so they were inside when I got home, hours after Abigail had left. I was shocked, especially since there are roads on both sides of the flat. I had specifically mentioned that the window should only be opened under constant supervision. I understand it was a mistake, and overall, she did a good job. However, I can’t give 5/5, as this was one of the most important things. I’m just relieved the cats were home and safe. In the future, I’ll make sure to over emphasise the importance of keeping the window closed—or secure it in a way that sitters cannot open it. 😬

We were so happy to welcome Tricia and Steven back to spend another week with Kona. We felt totally comfortable leaving him in their capable hands. On this occasion he had not quite recovered from an eye infection and Tricia kindly bought some more drops for him and administered the first few doses. We received occasional updates of what they were up to - they seemed to be having fun with plenty of walks (dodging the inevitable showers!) and days out. We arrived home to an immaculate house, happy dog and even a delicious home baked cake! We would love to have them back the next time our dates are convenient and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We can highly recommend Jennie and Jaime for their next housesit. They are open, humorous and active people who know very well how to do a proper housesit. They took very good care of our 3 goldfish and our cat Tiggy with so much love, kept the house tidy, kept very good contact with us (absolutely gorgeous photos of our cat, which was just lovely), so that we were very relaxed while we were away and also when we came back and were welcomed with a warm meal. Even when the central heating stopped working some days before our return and we tried to organize a repair, they did not complain. Wonderful! What more could you want? We would love to have them here again. Thank you both so much!

Liis is a very caring and gentle soul, she fit right in with our dogs and they seemed inseparable by the end. The house was great and she was responsive when requested. Definitely recommend having her as a housesitter for your loved pets.

I choose Mark and Jo to housesit for us despite this being their first time with Zeewoi. They have just lost a well loved dog of their own and our what's app chat gave me every confidence they were totally reliable and really cared about a dog's welfare as Mark asked lots of sensible questions. Tiree was given lots of walks and they stuck to my requests in every way. The house was in perfect order on our return and the bed stripped. Mark and Joe are reliable, kind, friendly and full of common sense and I would highly recommend them as sitters.

Simon and Lizzy were wonderful pet sitters from start to finish. I had the pleasure of getting to know them over dinner before my departure, and even took a walk with Simon (although they had been driving for hours and were surely quite tired) to show him the trail for the pup walk. They're both lovely, gracious, gentle people who kept me posted about my doggies' wellbeing, took excellent care of them (evidenced by their high spirits and relaxed state when I returned) and left my home utterly spotless upon departure. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for sitters, and am so grateful that my doggies and home were in good hands. Thank you both! Many hugs from me, Tazzie and Tulah!
