A truly wonderful experience sitting for Phil and Shelley. The kindest people who made me feel very welcome. Their gorgeous fun loving dog Evey and lovely horse Pumpkin was an absolute joy to look after. The sit was in beautiful countryside surroundings with the many Cotswolds villages within a short distance. I would certainly recommend this sit.
Fraser and Carol's house is a home full of cat love, it has beautiful energy and is the perfect place to rest, it is located near a bay where you can see the sea and many boats floating that give a certain magic to Marsaskala. Fraser and Carol are great hosts. The cats are good kids, very affectionate and calm, it's hard not to want to pack them in my suitcase and bring them with me.
Orfeu is such a sweet and lovable pup who enjoys his daily walks and being outside. While he was a bit apathetic the first two days, we passed his vetting progress and eventually became the best of friends. Often times, after a good walk scouting the neighborhood he disappears off to his own quarters of the house for a nap. He is very playful, well mannered and the sweetest cuddle bug. Julia and Roberto are super energetic and positive people with a very beautiful home. We met up with them for a quick walk through the evening before our stay and we were very appreciative of Julia’s thorough explanation. We found them to be very easy to get a long with and we truly wish we could have spent more time together to hear about their individual projects and Roberto’s van life stint. We wish all three of you the absolute best.
This was a wonder home and the pets very affectionate and friendly. The home was clean and welcoming and Jeremy left helpful instructions. I loved the access to amazing mountain trails in a safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend and thanks again.
What a lovely sit this was. Leti and Nudge are lovely dogs and easy to care for. Leti needs a strong rein when walking if there are any other dogs around but this wasn’t a problem as she is happy on her lead. Lucy and Max’s home is comfortable and homely with everything you need with lovely large sofas in their lounge. Lucy gave me some great local suggestions for drinks and eateries -everywhere is walking distance. Parking was also easy. I would thoroughly recommend this sit.
Michonne and Titus were the sweetest companions on this housesit- easy going and friendly from the first day and no bother to care for and keep entertained. Jo was great, really welcoming and helpful throughout and her home is cosy and comfortable with office space for me to work which was great. From Westcliff it's an easy walk to Southend or Leigh-on Sea or there are regular trains and buses if needed. Jo's place is located about 5 minutes walk from the seafront and local shops where you can get everything you need. I really enjoyed meeting Jo and her cats and would definitely sit again.

Michelle looked after my cat Charlie whilst we were on holiday even though he decided to eat something he shouldn’t and become ill 2 days before we went 😩 She ensured he was loved and well looked after. He was on a special diet and nothing was too much for her. I had regular updates from her and he was a happy relaxed cat when I came back. She is someone who has the best interests for your pet. I would recommend her to everyone I know. She even checked up on him when we saw her out and about! She doesn’t forget a pet!
Our Harvey has been coming to TLC since he was 13 weeks old (now 3 yrs old) and he loves it. He can’t wait to get in through the door and play with his dog friends. Michelle is lovely, very down to earth, open and honest. She looks after the pets in her care as if they’re her own. Harvey’s stayed overnight a few times and will be a couple more times later in the year, I am out at ease and have peace of mind he’s being loved and cared for. Highly recommend.
We had tlc Michele to have our coco for 3 weeks whilst in America , coco is a jack Russel and nervous , when we picked up she was so happy and content she loves Michele which make us feel relaxed to leave her thank you so much Michele your amazing
If I could give 10 stars I would! Michelle has been looking after our dog Patch for many years. Both day crèche and boarding. When I had to go into hospital recently she was very flexible with having Patch, so my husband could visit. We moved to North Yorkshire for 3 years and we still used Michelle when we went on holiday. She is an animal lover and it shows in the care she gives to pets in her care. Patch always wags his tail as Michelle takes him from me, when I drop him off - you can’t get a better review than that!
I am so happy with the care given to my dog and cat by Michelle. It was great to come home to two happy fur babies. It makes me feel safe when I go away knowing my pets are very well looked after

I have used Michelle to look after cats for 5 yrs when on holiday and my cocapoo Leo since he was 4months old at least 2-3 days aweek when I work long hours, he is now 2yrs and still loves going to Michelle's he practically runs out the door, when he see's her. The service she gives is above and beyond, the animals love her and they are the best indicators of a person's personality professionalism and stability. He has also stayed overnight and weekends with Michelle at TLC, I will be using her till one of us retires 👍😁
HIGHLY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN! I initially thought Michelle was a caring woman who I could trust to take care of my 2 boys while I was away(2 beautiful male rats). I’ve never left them for longer than a few hours to go to work so I was extremely worried about leaving them in someone else’s care as they are very dependent animals. I didn’t receive updates at all and when I returned home it was a devastating sight! She had obviously neglected them and when I asked why she hadn’t cleaner their cage AT ALL she gave me rude petty replies of ‘I couldn’t get the cage open’ or ‘I didn’t want to wake them up’, knowing full well it’s extremely important to clean and disinfect at least every 2 days as they are extremely prone to respiratory diseases from breathing in their own urine, I now have rats with respiratory diseases and infections, I will be paying vet bills until they die their early death because of this! Not to mention their water bowl was filled with bedding and faeces and the water was non existent. As well as old pieces of food I had noticed from the day I had left. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! No care whatsoever it is disgusting. I feel sick to my stomach how someone else treated my babies and in my own trust as well.
Michelle looked after my 2 cats and canaries when I went away for the weekend. She was professional and kept me updated on how they were doing as I had never left my pets with anyone before. She is someone I will happily use again should I need someone. I recommend her to everyone who needs a pet sitter.

Our hamster, Cookie, has just spent the past couple of weeks at Fluffy Paws boarding, whilst we went on holiday, and I would highly recommend them if you need someone to care for your small animals. Zoe has been amazing, at not only caring for Cookie whilst we were away but also supporting and guiding my daughter in being more confident in handling Cookie. We had regular contact with Zoe whilst away, and my daughter loved receiving the photos and videos of Cookie to see how settled he was. Thank you again, Zoe, for all of your guidance 😍
We cannot recommend Zoe highly enough for the care of your small animal. Our beloved hamster Pouch stayed with Zoe for the week and where we were very worried about holding Pouch, Zoe has helped give us all confidence in handling and some excellent tips on play times. We feel extremely lucky to have found Zoe ☺️
Zoe has been the most dedicated and amazing person looking after my rabbits when we were away ! She has updated us everyday with photos, videos and messages. We knew how our rabbits were doing, how well she was taking care of them while taking them inside or outside depending on the weather. Their food has never been so diverse and they loved it ! We have introduced many many things in their diet and habits thanks to Zoe and the time she took to actually educate my partner and I about rabbits needs. Milo my eldest rabbit actually fell in love with Zoe and her husband. Very funny and cute to see ! They were amazing with them. Not the mention the price which was very very very fair considering all the care and attention they had ! I don’t think there is anyone able to compete with them. Zoe thank you so much again, you will clearly see these two little terrors again as I am pretty sure they are looking forward to it. Not to mention that Milo has always been scared of going on someone’s lap or in someone’s arm but it seems like Zoe’s house was a paradise for him! His behaviour changed and he is such a gentle and confident little fluff now. Thank you so much again!! xxxx
We are so glad we found Fluffy Paws Boarding! Zoe and Mike offer an excellent, professional, personal, and friendly service from start to finish. They really do go above and beyond – nothing is too much trouble. They are extremely knowledgeable; and it’s clear they love animals and know how to look after them. We knew our pet rabbit was in a safe and caring pair of hands. They looked after her brilliantly. Whilst we were on holiday Zoe sent us pictures and video clips of our rabbit which was great. The grooming service was excellent too, with our rabbit returning like she’d had a full service. She was so happy and content too – she’d obviously had a very enjoyable time. We highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Zoe and Mike.
Zoe and Mike have been absolutely fantastic looking after our two guinea pigs. Our piggies have never stayed with anyone else before but Zoe's set up helped them settle in straight away, with loads of toys to play with, hay to nestle in, grass time and pen time. We were really pleased that they got lots of cuddles every day and Zoe and Mike even taught us some things they liked which we didn't know about before, like belly rubs. Zoe and Mike were super friendly and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about looking after our guineas and seemed to love looking after them, which really put our minds at rest. I would highly recommend Zoe and couldn't fault anything.
Our gorgeous Guineas spent their first stay at Fluffy Paws last week and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! Zoe and Mike went above and beyond to make sure our daughter felt comfortable leaving her most treasured pets with them, from letting her set up their cage to sending lovely photos including the sign she had made them, which really reassured her. I honestly cannot recommend Zoe and Mike enough. I dropped off my two female bunnies to them not long ago both of which we thought were mini lops. Zoe was able to tell me that actually one of them is a lop X rex which has been a massive help to us with understanding her personality and traits. Not only did Zoe manage to bond my two girls in a week, but it's literally like I've brought home two different rabbits (in a good way!!) they've gone from me thinking that they may never be bonded and never like being picked up, nails cut or anything like that to being the complete opposite. they are now best friends, beside each other and playing 24/7, are fine being handled and cuddled. Zoe has managed to achieve everything I have trying to in months and has completely gone above and beyond for me and my two girls. She also sends regular updates with pics and videos which really help when you're missing your pets. Not only is she a lovely person but she is absolutely fantastic with animals and that stands out a mile off. I cannot recommend fluffy paws enough, I am so grateful for all of the hard work Zoe has put in and I will definitely be booking in for future boarding!❤️🐇
Our house rabbit had a great time with Zoe and Mike. They are very experienced and Lola settled in very quickly and was obviously happy with her environment. We were sent lots of updates, pictures and videos so could see what she’d been up to. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Zoe for your small animal boarding needs.
Zoe recently looked after my tortoise Henry for a few weeks and did a great job! Zoe is very friendly and professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience! We got regular updates and pictures and I know Henry was well looked after. It's clear that Zoe is a huge animal lover and welfare and care are her top priority. I would happily let Henry stay again. Zoe looked after our bunnies for two nights in August. This was the first time we had really been apart from the bunnies since getting them but felt I was leaving them in safe hands. Had updates each day from Zoe about how the buns were and what they had been up to and a cluster of photos to reassure me that they were happy and looked after with time out of their hutch. Zoe did her due diligence in finding out plenty about what the bunnies were used to before their stay and was happy to continue providing the medication that one of my bunnies was on. We have booked in again this month and plan to for Christmas. You can tell that Zoe and her partner are animal people and really care about the pets in their care. Alex, Wayne and the rest of the team have been great for our dog Monty over the years. Every time they walk him, which is twice a week generally, Monty has great fun and is well looked after. The walks are varied and each time Monty is walking with different dogs to promote a good range of socialisation. Which we know is hugely important. The team takes huge care in knowing which dogs walk best together and to get to know each dog personally. Monty has been coming on these walks for many years now and we wouldn’t go anywhere else as we know what a great service the whole team provide. Great job all, keep up the good work!

In 2017 we joined the Paw-Fit team as host homeboarders and have had the best support, sharing of knowledge and encouragement to study (Cilla) and pass an IMDT Canine Behaviour course. We now have Cedar as well as Holly and they both love staying with Aunty Alex and Uncle Wayne, as well as hosting our guest dogs. With the end of lockdown and going back to work locations i needed to find a dog walker for our year old puppy Bertie. I contacted a few but heard from Alex first and we arranged a visit. From the second Bertie met Alex I knew she was the answer to our prayers. Bertie goes out with the walkers twice a week and also goes for home boarding and occasional doggy day care. I couldnt be more assured and happy that we found Pawfit as they are now like our extended family when it comes to Bertie. Hes so happy with all of them and we get a daily report when hes been with them. Leaving him for a holiday for the first time (with a recently removed grass seed in his ear) Alex took on the ear drop routine and happily spoke to our vet whilst we were away with some concerns whilst keeping me updated. When he stays with them it's like a home from home which is exactly what we wanted. As a self confessed slightly neurotic obsessed dog mum they are more than amazing and trusted looking after my boy!!!

Maria and Paul have looked after my two cats Boots & Minx many times whilst we’ve been away. They have different needs and different food. Boots has recently had to have vet food and medication. He is vulnerable to urinary stress and can develop crystals which can cause his bladder to block if he eats the wrong food requiring vet care. We use microchip pet feeders to keep both cats safe and to ensure they stay healthy. It was no trouble for Paul and Maria to take time to understand the needs of our cats and to use the feeders. Maria took detailed information down about the food and medication. She has our vet details and emergency contacts for the cats. She knows how to troubleshoot the feeders if there was an issue. Everyday I was sent photos and kept up to date with with what the cats had done. At no point did I have any concerns about their care. When I came home the cats seemed happy and healthy. Their food area was clean and I could see they’d been well cared for. I have used a good Cattery in the past but the pet sitting option works much better for us. I recommend Swindon Pet Sitting 100% and have recommended them when asked who I use. I am much happier my cats are at home in their own space and the good communication I have with Maria and Paul is reassuring.
Maria and Paul shared the care of my cat while I was on holiday, and I couldn’t recommend them more! Maria took the time to come meet us to get familiar with my pet’s routine, she’s attentive and respectful, and from the daily pictures and updates I could tell my cat was happy and well looked after. I will definitely use their pet sitting service again.

We have used Andrew from We Love Pets several times this year for home-boarding. We have found him to be very reliable, and we are delighted with how quickly he put Maisie at ease. (She's a slightly anxious dog.) He also communicates with us very well, regularly sending photos of how Maisie is getting on. We were particularly delighted that, on her most recent stay, Maisie made a friend out of a fellow boarder.
I have been using We Love Pets (Swindon) for about 12 months now since I got my second (and fairly challenging) pup. Because of reactivity issues my boys get visits and cuddles rather than walks and it’s been a life saver. They took excellent care of our two indoor kittens and our outdoor cat for a week while we were on holiday. We received daily photos and updates, which eased our minds greatly. We had we love pets coming into to check on our cat, Tigerlily, on our wedding day. They were perfect. Andrew is absolutely amazing with our poodle and I was very impressed by how thorough he was before he agreed to have our dog for a week to make sure she was happy with him and settled. He sensed I was a bit anxious to leave her and was great at keeping me updated throughout her stay. I cannot praise this daycare enough! I have a very cuddly, but slightly neurotic, lockdown labradoodle, who has now been attending Red Lodge for nearly two years. They have been amazing: from gradual inductions to fabulous ongoing care. My sticky-dog trots in quite happily in the mornings, and although extremely pleased to see me at pick-up time (thankfully), he also has to share those enthusiastic cuddles with whichever staff member is handing him over. Their communication, procedures and admin are also great, but these things are secondary to knowing that my little odd-ball is happy and safe while I'm at work.
Peanut loves coming to visit, and he always comes away pleasantly knackered! Thank you so much for having him 🥰 …
Lucy Pet Carer is like one big family, who also make their customers feel like family too. They love my baby boy, just like he is their own and I never have to worry, when he’s in their capable hands! Couldn’t appreciate them anymore than I do! Amazing!

Lucy and her team of carers are absolutely brilliant with their furry customers. I take our dog Ted there for Day Care regularly and he loves it. He is a rescue dog with some nervous traits but they handle this beautifully. In fact he adores Mel their trainer, runs towards her as soon as he sees her. I have also been fortunate enough to work there on occasion as a photographer too, this allows me into the backend of the Creche, its so lovely to see the dogs being so well looked after, playing and happy whilst receiving some training at the same time. Thank you for taking such good care of Ted, he sends his licks and love x

Lucy pet carer is a fab place for dogs to go, there is so much there! Doggy day care, overnight boarding, hydrotherapy, grooming and more!!! My dog goes weekly and it’s always a pleasure, drop off early in mornings and late collections, always get a briefing of their day when you collect them. Friendly staff always chatting to you and you can see the love for all the dogs, which makes you feel reassured leaving them there for the day! Highly recommended!!!!
Whilst I have not sent a dog to Lucy Pet Carer myself, I do live nearby, and I can pass on that I have heard lots of positive feedback from friends who have used Lucy's services over the years. I have also watched them picking up clients' dogs in town. They always have a caring and professional appearance.
Really caring and lovely people; every time my dog is given a warm welcome and treated as if she's doing them a favour by being there. I like the way it's more of a playgroup for dogs rather than the older style prison system; the dog gets plenty of exercise and social interaction.
We've been using Mitchell Pet Help for over a year and are really pleased with James' service. He's friendly, trustworthy and flexible. Our dog absolutely loves him and is so happy to see James when it's walk time. It's clear that James takes great care with our dog.

I had a fantastic experience with Sam when she looked after our dog, Cooper, while we were away on holiday. From the start, Sam was incredibly attentive and professional. She made sure to understand all of Cooper’s needs and preferences before we left, which made me feel very confident in leaving him with her. Before our trip, Sam arranged a trial day to spend time with Cooper and get a sense of his personality and routine. This thoughtful preparation was so reassuring, and it showed me how dedicated she is to providing excellent care. While we were away, Sam sent us daily photos and updates, and it was clear from the pictures that Cooper was having a wonderful time. I was so impressed with the care and attention Sam gave to Cooper. She went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and happy, which made our time away completely worry-free. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone in need of a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. I will definitely be reaching out to her again the next time we go on holiday!

While we were away, Sam went above and beyond to keep us updated with daily photos of Cooper, and it was evident from the pictures that he was having an amazing time. We have a 3yr old Dachshund and I was ideally looking for home-boarding that specialised in Dachshunds (or at least only catered for small breed dogs) due to concerns with their slightly delicate backs. However, Sam has such great control of her dogs and the boarding dogs that I now feel confident our Dachshund is safe. In fact, it's clear that our dog loves it at Betts Pets and is always in tip top condition when we take her back.
We wouldn’t leave our dog anywhere else, Sam is amazing and tends to all our needs and delivers an amazing service to us and our dog, very friendly with a comfortable lodging, we have used her for over 8 years now and highly recommended for boarding and dog walking
We would be absolutely lost without Sam. You never want to leave your dog but if you do you want to have faith they are loved and looked after in the same way as they would be at home, with lots of love, personalised attention and added cuddles! Sam treats every dog individually and with complete care and attention - no ask is too much. I definitely feel like we've hit jackpot finding Sam, I really couldn’t trust anyone else with our pup! Every time our dog goes away we know she is having her own holiday too, she’s always so happy! Sam sends us lots of updates and pictures and we feel completely relaxed in knowing she is safe and loved.. she always returns a little bit better behaved too (and exhausted from all the fun!) which is a huge bonus! We would recommend Sam to anyone and can’t speak highly enough of everything she does for us. I genuinely don't know what we would do without her!
Sam is simply the best. Raffles loves going to stay in what is basically dog nirvana: lots of other dogs, fields to run around in and loads of love and cuddles. Sam and her team are 100% reliable and committed and I don’t have to worry about anything 🐾🐾🐾 …
Our pup Ellie loves staying with Sam and the team at Bett's Pets. It's great to know that Ellie is looked after so well. She loves all her doggy friends, the lovely walks, the warm shower and the 'doggy dressing gown'. Sam's attention to detail is fantastic and the service is amazing. We are so pleased with everything Betts Pets does for us and our dog. Sam is reliable, friendly and takes great care of our cocker spaniel. It gives us peace of mind knowing that he’s being so looked after. Our dog gets so excited on a ‘Sam day’ - it’s a real ‘home away from home’. A day of training, socialising and running around. She is always there to give us advice and has extensive knowledge and experience with dogs. We would highly recommend Betts Pets.
Betts Pets provide a truly amazing service for my cocker spaniel…..dog walking, dog taxi, even dog training Sam looks after him so well, taking him for daily walks which he obviously enjoys so much as he is always exhausted when he gets home. Sam is so calm with him, extremely patient, and clearly has a way with dogs that get the best out of them. She looks after him like he was her own, keeping him impeccably clean, and she has struck up an amazing relationship with him in a very short space of time. I would have no doubt whatsoever in recommending Betts Pets – they are amazing
Betts Pets are a godsend! I live a busy life and I travel a lot with work which makes owning a dog tricky at times... Sam ensures I never feel stressed about Biggles' welfare when I am not here. She is flexible with what care I require for my bonkers WCS but he is also as happy (sometimes I think happier) with her as he is at home. He gets wonderful walks but is also brought home clean and dry. Sam is professional, friendly and worth every penny. I simply wouldn't change her.
Please be warned about the service level from Bethany at Prestige Pet Services. We have been very patient clients - please note this review is to safeguard other pet owners and I take no pleasure of reporting such poor service. We placed our trust in Bethany to complete a 2-3 times a week regular dog walking session as well as live in dog sitter on two occasions during annual leave. Bethany seems to be very polite and charming however unfortunately her honesty and dog welfare has been at the lowest level on a number of occasions. We understand that that no matter the role or industry there will be issues due to human error at some point (we're all human) however the issues continued despite our efforts with communication. Bethany has been booked for walks and she forgets to turn up which have meant that our dog has been left from 8am to 5pm which has been incredibly stressful in itself. Today Bethany lost our dog (not easily done with a bulldog that doesn't move very fast) Bethany did not call myself or my husband to let us know. Hours later we received a call from a vets 30 minutes drive away to advise that she had been found unharmed but distressed due to the heat. My husband called Bethany as he still couldn't quite believe it was our dog. Bethany still at this stage did not tell my husband that she had lost our dog in extreme heat hours prior. My husband had to ask her if she'd lost our dog!!! Following my husband collecting and her safe return home I had to request a meeting to find out what had happened only to be told sorry but I have plans. I had to insist she met with me to discuss!! It breaks my heart that someone has no empathy for the stress caused to an animal or the family and offers no update on the incidents at the time, no reasoning or apologies. A big big thank you to the lovely lady that found our little lady and Cotswolds vets for checking her and contacting us at the very earliest opportunity.
