We had a great stay in Mags and Barrys beautiful house. It was cosy and quiet and we enjoyed the fresh eggs of the hens everyday. It was also very nice to meet our lovely hosts before the sit and have a chat. The dogs were absolutely wonderful and we loved the beach walks with them. They are so full of life and enjoyed every minute of running, digging and jumping in the water. Both are very easy to handle and it was a pleasure to spend time with them, especially in the evening when they came for cuddles. We hope to sit them again in the future.
Harriot's home and cat (Cleo) were a true pleasure to sit for. Harriot is such a great person, making the process very easy, by way of ample communication and a thorough guide. The location of the house lies equidistant, and within near proximity, to all that one would want to explore (San Francisco, wine country, coastal drives and hikes, etc.). Although the cat (Cleo) is shy at first, she warms up quite quickly and then enjoys company and social time (without being overly needy). A great experience, with zero issues to contend with. Highly recommended!
We absolutely loved this sit. Brodie is a wonderful companion. He adores walks which suits us perfectly as we were spoiled for choice on walks in the area. We loved taking him on river walks and watching the joy he had playing in the water. He is extremely well behaved, perfect on walks. He never strays far and always checks in to make sure everyone is present. His recall is outstanding and he’s great on the lead when he needed to be. Brodie is great with other dogs and people. Bespin is also a beauty. She took two days to get used to us, by the end she loved having cuddles. Dave and Jan are such lovely hosts. They invited us to stay for a couple of nights prior to the sit to get used to the house and animals. They even cooked a delicious meal for us. They made us feel incredibly welcome and we could have chatted to them endlessly as we had so much common ground! Their info pack is detailed and they showed us everything we needed to know. Communication before, during and after the sit was great too. The home is nothing short of spectacular! No need for anything but that view during downtime at the house. What a view it is overlooking the firth. The house is super peaceful with no neighbours nearby. The gardens were our favourite spot. Two acres of beautiful flowers, wooded areas and grassy spots. It’s a short walk into Dingwall town and a few walks can be done from the house. However, we highly recommend having a car so you can explore with Brodie further afield. He’s fantastic in the car and was content in the car. We drove up to an hour for walks and he was fantastic. The home is spacious, well stocked and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If we can make the dates work, we would jump at the chance to sit here again. Thank you so much for trusting us, I sincerely hope we meet again.
Originally from Brighton, we were stoked when Marion chose us to sit for Taco, Bonita & Lily. The location made it easy to get in and out of town and visit all our old haunts. Marion left detailed instructions, which made looking after the cats really easy. The cats were affectionate once they got to know us and loved to play.
Stacy was a wonderful host! Great communication throughout our sit, a pleasant and homey place to stay, a sweet little dog with lots of personality who was a breeze to care for. We really enjoyed sitting for this family and I’m sure you will as well!
Lovely family, area and of course, Loulou, a VERY cuddly cat! - Thank you Carole for a memorable 2 week sit. This was a brilliant house sit. Loulou, a k a Simba, a rag-doll, is the loveliest cat you’ll ever meet. He loves taking you for a walk in the evening around the huge park behind his building, and if you let him be outside all night he’ll love you for it. Super cuddly and affectionate, he’ll steal your heart in a minute. He has a GPS collar around his neck on his outings, and through an app you can trace his steps. Carole’s home is very close to supermarkets and the beach, and the area offers great walks. Carole is exceptionally warm and friendly, and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. I arrived the day before, and she cooked us a lovely meal. I feel I’ve made a new friend and hope to be asked back some time in the future. As for Loulou, well, I’m simply besotted!

I needed a really good daycare business for my Setter. My boy is young and full of energy and therefore needs LOTS of space to run. I am happy leaving him with this business because after only 3 visits he already knows when we turn into Jackie’s driveway. He is ready to go before I can turn off the ignition! Jackie pairs dogs well with group energy appropriate for your companion. The property is well maintained, safe and clean. The prices are more than fair and appropriate for daycare and boarding.

We wanted to go camping for a few nights and needed to have someone watch our two chihuahuas. Our dogs have always been by our side and my wife was very reluctant to leave them anywhere. We decided to go with JC Pet Care after reading there reviews and dropping by to see the location and meet Jackie. You get to fill out a profile page about your pet, so Jackie gets to know about your pets routines and habits. Also, you can bring your pets bedding, food, and snacks that they are accustomed to eating. On our trip my wife texted Jackie to see how the dogs were doing and she responded immediately and sent some pictures of our dogs, very cool. When we went to pick up the dogs after our trip they seemed not to recognize us for a second. I believe they were enjoying themselves and did not want to go home. They looked well feed and very happy. We would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.
First time boarding our dogs and they did great here. They sent pictures and our dogs were always happy. This is a lovely place to bring your "children". JC has a great setup, lots of space to roam, and she genuinely cares about each dog. We will definitely be going back.

This place is the best. It is obvious they really love dogs. I don’t know how they keep the place so clean. Our dog is not easy on any level. He does not acknowledge he is a dog. He basically just ignores all the other dogs. He just wants to be with his people. They just accept him as he is, in all his whiteness. We are so grateful to JC Petcare. We have used them for overnights and for over three weeks. No worries; we know he is in good hands.

My dog and I love this place! Huge property on 5 acres with many different play areas. Jackie keeps the place very clean and is so wonderful with the dogs. She is also a veterinary technician, so I know if anything does happen my dog is in great hands. I would highly recommend the place to all friends and family.
This was my first experience with boarding my pet, and unfortunately, it will be my last. We usually rely on family for pet sitting, but this time they were unavailable and needed a professional service. Liz’s Lovable Pet Care seemed promising based on reviews, so we decided to give it a try. Liz and her husband assured us our pet wouldn’t be crated and would receive regular updates and photos. At drop-off, Liz wasn’t present due to an emergency, but we saw the space where our dog would stay and received some initial photos. However, updates were sporadic, and on Sunday morning, I had to follow up for an update. When we got home we noticed he had a sticky coat and a urine-soaked blanket, and his paws were raw and bloody. The vet later confirmed dermatitis from contact with the soiled blanket. We contacted Liz for the medications they forgot to return and at this time they had an opportunity to explain our concerns. We received no explanation or apology. Despite her promises, we saw no proof of the care she claimed to provide. Be cautious when choosing a boarding service for your pet.
We were headed out of town and wanted to work with a local small business for the care of our pup. Liz and Gent were great! I met them on a Wednesday with Athena to do a meet and greet. They let me know what all to bring like food, dog bed, toys, etc… and how much the stay would cost. There are no hidden fees here. I received photos and status updates daily while on vacation. Liz is also reasonably flexible with pick up times. We will definitely bring our pup to Liz’s for all of our doggy hotel needs.
Liz is an absolute blessing! She did drop-ins for my cats and boarded my dog at the same time. She and her husband came for a meet and greet and really took their time asking about their habits and schedules so she could keep their routines. My dog is a little shy, but Liz and her pups formed an instant bond that was so lovely to see. While away, I received photos and updates that kept me smiling. I came home to happy, healthy pets, no mess, and a new go-to sitter. Liz is prompt, communicative, kind, committed and obviously adores and is very educated about animals.
Liz and her husband watched my dog Maverick when he was 6 months old and again at 1 year old. She provided updates and photos once a day and ensures he was kept cool during the hot wether. They ask a bunch of questions to ensure they keep the same schedule for him and make sure they know everything about him to make him more comfortable. He was extremely happy when I returned which is always a good sign. I have to appreciate their patience for my very hyper and shedding pup!
Liz and Gent are absolutely wonderful! I’m so happy to finally have found this wonderful couple that lives nearby, is extremely detail oriented, and best of all they’re total dog lovers. It is very reassuring leaving our dogs with very trustworthy people. They are very responsible with our pups and take their health and security very seriously. We were able to see where our dogs would be which helped ease our minds before we left for vacation, and they were very communicative when it came to any questions we had. We also got updates and pictures to reassure us they were ok… and the best sign that they were in good hands was how happy they were after their stay. I have a chihuahua and he wears anxiety if he’s uncomfortable and he was the happiest little guy after staying with them. I absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a personalized boarding stay for their dogs!

Having a new puppy, I was uncomfortable leaving my dog with anyone, but when I met Liz and her husband for the first time with Koa (my dog), they quickly they bonded. That’s when I knew everything was going to be ok. After my vacation was over and I picked Koa up, he was full of joy. I’m very fortunate that I met Liz and her husband. They’re definitely going to be my go to whenever I go out of town.
Lizette took care of our senior 13 y/o maltipoo for over 2 weeks. She send us updates and even gave him a bath before our pick up. She is highly recommended.

Oct 2013 I was looking for a new facility to take my 18 month old border collie for boarding, playtime and socialization training.. We had tried other places but he was not improving until we found Gina at Canine Solutions. I have seen a huge transformation in the short time he has spent at Canine Solutions. Gina has done wonders with him to help him become a confidant and obedient and best of all HAPPY dog. She has also taught me to be a better and more confidant pet owner which has also helped me with my older jack russell. Gibbs and I now feel confidant when we can go to places other dogs are and enjoy all their company…. As for his overnight stays with Gina when I am off doing none dog related activates he loves to go to Canine Solution!! The open and wide spaces she has for her guests offer many sights and smells to keep them stimulated or a quite country atmosphere if they want to kick back and chill. She also has areas she has separated for big and small guests that offer all a good time. My boy always comes home happy and tired. I feel lucky to have found Canine Solutions and Gina Cox!!! We Brought our CRAZY boy Zak to Gunner for the 7 day board and train. Here is a little background on Zak, he was a rescue that had A LOT of energy and being that we worked a lot we never got him on a good training regiment. Fast forward to a year later we found out that we have a baby on the way and that is when we decided to seek out help. We did this so that we can make sure that we have a well behaved dog when our son arrives. I have to say Gunner from day one was nothing but amazing and had so much knowledge to give us. Throughout the 7 days we received daily updates via video and photo of our Zak's progress. It is unbelievable the transformation we have witnessed, Zak has been home now for 2 days and he is a completely different dog, because Gunner was so informative to us and giving us best practices throughout the process it made the turnover seamless and Zak is completely receptive to our commands( which i was worried that once Gunner left he wouldn't listen to us) We cant Thank you enough Gunner for taking care of our boy and showing him his true potential, He is a happier dog and we feel like he has gained a purpose and that is to please us and be a good boy! we highly recommenced Gunner as he is the best!

Ines is the best Petsitter I’ve used over the years. She is very responsive, reliable and took photos and videos of my bird which made me feel at ease leaving a young bird in her care. The cage was spotless and the outside plants were watered. Ines went above and beyond to provide excellent pet care. Great service! Ines came to my house and cared for my 4 dogs. She feeds them, cleans up after them, gives meds, and plays with them. Every time she comes to the house she texts an update and sends pics! I didn’t have to worry at all about my babies!

What, oh what can I say about her pet sitting business!!! She is an absolutely lovely woman. I never, ever fear leaving my dog with Inez. Mick goes nuts when the car turns off the Main Street and heads into her neighborhood!!! I can’t control him on his leash.....he just loves Inez, her 🏡 and her other pets she takes care of!!!! I am not sure how she does it all. Mick (our Maltese) would surely rather live with her!!! She also takes care of pets in their own homes daily when their owners are at work. Really not sure how she feeds, walks, plays with all these pets. I can NOT recommend Inez high enough. I will just let my dog, Mick, give the recommendation!!!🦮🐶🦴🦴💕💕
From the day we meet Ines, both my husband & I knew she was a perfect fit to watch our Booboo kitty while we were out of town. Ines sent us messages of how kitty was doing along with pictures. We will definitely be using her services next time we go out of town and need a sitter for our little guy.
I had never left my two 6 yr old cockatiels with anyone before, let alone for 12 days! They are super social and out of the cage whenever we’re home. They also experience night frights sometimes and will literally beat themselves bloody unless calmed by someone. So I was reluctant to leave them in anyone’s hands. Ines did a meet and greet with us and the birds a couple weeks before we left them. I knew from her demeanor at that meeting, my birds would be in the best possible care. And they were! Ines sent me videos and daily updates. I don’t think they wanted to leave “bird camp”! Lol 😆 Ines is remarkable snd very knowledgeable... super organized and she always puts the animals in her care first, I will never hesitate to leave my babies with her again in the future.
Rhiannon is the best. I have had her pet sit for me since moving to the area almost 4 years ago. Short trips, long trips, she has always been there (even holidays!). My animals absolutely love her. I trust her completely when it comes to not only my animals, but my whole house. While we are away, she comes to take care of the pets, picks up the mail and all sorts of things. My husband and I needed someone to watch our kittens (ages 6-7 mo) for a few days of our wedding festivities and our honeymoon. I stay at home every day with the girls, which are Siamese mixed with torbie (a very human-dependent breed), so getting human attention for them is critical. We had Kat stay with them for most of the time and Melinda watch kitties on one occasion. Kat is absolutely incredible with the girls. Our little runt (two pounds smaller than sister and very uncoordinated) has even become more confident and stable on her feet due to Kat’s attention. She also let Kat pet her, something that she only allows with time/trust. Our more human-reliant kitten also appreciate her attention/focus and we came back to a house completely unscathed - telling me the girls felt they didn’t need to destroy anything for attention. We will definitely be using Kat’s services for any future needs. She’s incredible, took in our trash and mail. Told us we had ant issues and helped avoid further infestation. Offered to water plants. Our babies and our home were in good hands with her.

I have used Melinda and her team for over two years while I am out of town, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the consistent care provided to my four indoor cats. From our initial meeting, it was clear that Melinda is a professional who takes her job seriously and her detail with her notes and instructions is top notch. Melinda is extremely punctual. I have a diabetic cat who needs insulin every 12 hours, so punctuality is extremely important when it comes to his medicine. I can always trust Melinda and her team to be on time to administer my cat’s insulin. Melinda’s compassion and love for animals was evident in how quickly all of our cats warmed up to her, a feat considering their usually shy nature. Melinda and her team not only make sure our cats are well-fed and their litter boxes clean but also spend quality time playing and cuddling, ensuring the cats feel cared for. The daily updates with photos and videos are a thoughtful touch that always put my mind at ease. Love Denise & Cool Dog ranch! We never knew our great dane Zoey could smile so big until we started talking her here. So much so that we nicknamed it ‘Doggy Summer Camp’! My pup stayed 3 nights and 2 days. He received great care and seemed happy when I picked him up. He was clean and not chewed on. Lots of room for the dogs to just hang out. They don't have cameras, but the staff sends photos and gives updates.

There is nothing more I could ask for during my pets stay. Not to mention being able to recieve photo updates during my pups stay adds even more assurance to my peace of mind. I will definitely keep coming back. I know my pup enjoyed it.
We took our pups here for snake aversion training. They walked our dogs individually through a 10-minute training course. One of our pups did ok and the other was stubborn. Instead of repeating the course another time or two to ensure they had appropriate training, they sent us on our way. They should repeat the course 2-3 times to help reinforce the training. I emailed my concerns over a week ago and no one responded. So, I'm writing public reviews commensurate to the training. I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the training that has a hefty price tag. I don't feel our pups are equipped to deal with snake encounters. Sadly, this experience has soured us to using them for boarding when we travel.
Love this place! We always feel comfortable leaving our dog with Denise and the folks of Cool Dog Ranch. We love getting pictures of our boy playing with the other pups and knowing he’s being taken care of.
I highly recommend Cool Dog Ranch. Even my first time visiting, I could tell how much the staff loves these dogs and cares for them. The owners, trainers, and other customers form such a nice community and I am glad to be a part of it! When I first brought my puppy to daycare she was shy, timid, and unsure how to interact with the other dogs. The daycare has been a great experience for her and now she gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. They also work all day to reinforce good habits in our pups, and have actually helped me kick my pups habit of playing with her water bowl. The beginners class was also great, my puppy has learned so much and is becoming so well trained!

We visited Cool Dog Ranch for a special event. The Dog Boarding areas were closed so we could not check them out, but the other areas were very inviting and immaculate. I had the pleasure of meeting their dog trainer. She was a pleasure to visit with so I plan to bring my two fur babies to her.
Julie has dog sat for our fur babies for 10 plus years! I could not imagine leaving them with anyone but loving kindness pet care! We travel as much as three weeks to a month at a time and our dogs have always acclimated to and from staying with her beautifully! For our pups, it’s as if they’re going away to camp. They see us packing them up and they get so excited to be going over to Julie’s! You won’t find a more loving and caring person to care for your pets.
We were scared to leave our doodle pup for the first time, but Julie did an amazing job! Pups stay in her HOME... which is immaculate and odor free. We received regular updates and photos, and he had a blast playing with her doggie. We will absolutely use her again!

Country Kennels is the first place I've ever trusted to look after my dog outside of family, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. At first, I was a bit nervous, but the staff here were incredibly attentive to the dogs’ well-being and offered so many great accommodations. When I picked up my dog, she was in high spirits and couldn't stop playing with her toy once we got home! This stay genuinely seemed to help with her socialization, too. Being a rescue, she's often timid, but after her time here, she seemed more relaxed and less anxious than before. I also have cats, and after this positive experience, I’d feel comfortable bringing them here as well. I’m thrilled with the care they provided, and I’d definitely recommend Country Kennels for both dogs and cats!
Our 2 dogs love Country Kennels! The staff is wonderful and went the extra mile helping them adjust on their first stays. I know they are getting the best experience and attention when they stay at the "Pet Hotel". Having an indoor and outdoor type kennel so the dogs can move about at will is great. I appreciate that they keep vaccine records and also records of how the pups ate their meals. Highly recommended!
Awesome place for dogs that love water! There’s plenty of places to sit for humans and room for my puppy to run around. Although it’s limited hours for open swim, it’s super worth it! We only needed an hour and half for our boy to get tired
We boarded my 16 year old cat here because we were going out of town. She has never been boarded, but is in good health. She’s a bit temperamental, and does not let us or anyone else groom her. However, during her three day stay, Country Kennels asked if we wanted her bathed and originally I said no, but then asked on the last day. And I was AMAZED! She looks amazing, and was calm afterwards. This place is very convenient, nice and I did not have to worry. I’ll definitely board here again. We got the deluxe suite for our cat, with a play and pet. The total was less than what was expected. We were extremely satisfied. Thank you!
We loved this place. We had maybe 7 large breed pups together at this pool. It's spacious, clean, and private. We live in San Diego and the drive to Murrieta was 100% worth it. Highly recommend! Especially for private events. We rented for 2 hours. Next time maybe longer!! Our pups had a blast, so did the humans.
Our dog lady loves country kennel. We always take her there when we go out of town she seems to really enjoy it. We love the swimming pool and come there often to let her swim. She loves playing with the other dogs The staff at kennel are fantastic always helpful and friendly highly highlyrecommend.country kennel
I believe our dogs (malinois) like boarding here. I like them having access to the pool. I know they know the malinois breed well, and the staff is familiar with my dogs. I was very glad when i dropped off my dog with a hot spot and some med for it and it was resolved when i picked him up. They sprayed i think twice a day

Patty's guidance enabled me to cultivate patience and develop the skills to handle a challenging dog, despite initially struggling to comprehend her instructions, her animated communication style often led to misunderstandings. I vividly recall the moment of frustration where I walked away, but Patty's unique approach to sharing her expertise set this experience apart from any other salon I have worked in before or since. Patty's passion for her craft shines through in everything she does. Her genuine care for both the animals and her team is evident in her every action. I had to board our 2 doggos while we traveled cross country to visit family for 3 weeks. They were able to give me the extended stay package, which had play time, group time, etc. They took great care of my babies. I received them back just as I left them...happy and healthy and freshly bathed. Any time I called to check in on them, they would literally physically go look at them and report back to me. I was surprised to find out both my dogs were able to be in group play and they did good with other dogs...I was very happy to hear that. I love this place and they gave me peace of mind, as I was very anxious about leaving my babies with anyone. These are basically my children and I wouldn't entrust their care to just anyone. I highly recommend this place.
I have a Golden Retriever, and he was in heaven. I reserved the private swim for him and he couldn't be happier. Can't wait to take him back for a monthly swim.
