Liz and Rob flew to Honolulu from Sydney on September 19, and returned home on October 6, 2022. This was their third time housesitting my condo and cats in Hawaii Kai, a windward suburb of Honolulu. I have nothing but high marks for Liz and Rob and I am a hard person to please! They are enchanted with cats and gave Lizbeth and Matthew, both senior cats, a lot of attention and affection. Both cats recognized them from previous stays and were immediately at ease and accepting of them. The newest addition, Bunter, is a young community cat rehabilitated from nearby Hanauma Bay and was, in general, in hiding. Although, he never missed meal time! Liz and Rob followed my detailed instructions for both pet and home care. They were as meticulous as I was for litter attentiveness. I also permitted them to use my car and they left it cleaner than when I last used it! You couldn't find a more considerate, intelligent and pleasant couple. And did I mention attention to detail, reliability and responsibility? Your home and pets will be in good hands.
Dan communicated well. Responded quickly to my texts. His Border Terriers, Trek & Hope were very sweet and were extremely well behaved. They loved to cuddle at night and enjoyed playing with a Kong toy anytime. Dan’s home was in pristine condition and had every thing that you could need. I enjoyed my time there.
Sue is a wonderful pearson with a big, warm heart. We were so very welcomed by her! We will be forever grateful! The Scottie girls and baby Logan are a-do-ra-ble! They are sweet, gentle and delicate. They are playful, smart and always happy! It was definitely a great experience! Miss you all! Cheers from Sarah and Victor!
Ben , Alice and Jarrah are friendly, welcoming and caring. Their dogs Meela and Tao are lovely. I enjoyed walking with them in the beautiful Cordes-sur-Ciel, a small medieval town an hour north of Toulouse. Lulu the cat is beautiful and self-sufficient. This was my first experience pet sitting with Trusted Petsitters and I couldn't have had a better first experience. I highly recommend this pet sit.
I can't recommend pet sitting for Rob & Dom enough :) Their pets are gorgeous, well-behaved and affectionate, and their home is very beautiful and comfortable. They are a very warm and friendly couple and I felt at home straight away. What is so lovely is that the pets (pretty much) all get along especially Scruffy with the 2 dogs (I'm convinced Scruffy thinks she is a dog!). It was adorable to watch her groom Harper and play in the garden with Willow. She is also very partial to human food though, so be careful if you are eating crisps on the couch, she won't hesitate to try to paw them out of your mouth! She is also super fluffy and affectionate and will cuddle up on the couch every night if you are there. I didn't see so much of Gingy & KitKat as they are very independent and only appear at feeding times. KitKat did come and join us for a cuddle on the couch a few times though. I actually didn't see Fluffy for the whole sit but Rob and Dom assured me this wasn't out of the ordinary. I took Willow and Harper out for a walk twice a day which was always a joy. There are some beautiful walks in the area which are only a short drive away. Willow has so much energy and Harper is keen to keep up. He also loves nothing more than his ball and will quickly become your best friend if you indulge him in a game of fetch. Both dogs have a very sweet and gentle nature and generally like to be close by at all times. I had such a lovely week looking after Willow, Harper, Scruffy, Gingy, KitKat & Fluffy and hope to return in the future! I miss them already!
Short stay this time, very easy sit. Both dawn and phil were very hospitable. Lovely location.
