We had a great time in Neerim South. Everything was available to us to make our stay very comfortable. The house had quality fittings and fixtures. Barry enjoyed working with the animals and really misses Cara the Australian Shepherd puppy. The country side around Neerim was spectacular and the Neerim South Hotel served great meals.
Sally was so relaxed, easy going yet professional. She 'entrusted me with paying her lawn people and watching her tomato plant and new pansy's. She has a lovely back yeard and beautiful tree top home. Mr Darby and Miss Elizabether are so funny together. They actually, well he tryies to, she goes along and doesn't get upset- fun to watch. Mr. Darby and I did a few day to day road trips to Knox - listened to some music and enjoyed outside. Elizabether is a easy going cat and just wants to hang out and rub on your let. Mr. Darby is proud and attracts a lot of attention-- I protected him from too much ... he is just beautiful, and I miss him. ;>)

Our dog Steve stayed with Changdobels in Taby twice now with a total of 20 days. He is a rescue dog that needs to find his way in new places. The caretakers at Changdobels really know how to make a dog feel comfortable, regardless the personality. This dog hotel/day care is a place I would highly recommend and we will be back with Steve soon.
This place simply does not care about the health and wellbeing of the animals. Upon arriving there to leave my dog for a few days, I was told that many of the dogs had kennel cough. Surely such information should have been given beforehand rather than leaving me with no other option than risking my dog getting it. If anything, the contagious dogs should have been quarantined. None of this was done, with epitomises the fact they truly only seem to care about their own little business. Utterly disappointing given the reviews were otherwise good but clearly a place to avoid at all cost going forward.
We spent ages trying to find the right place for our little rescue dog and I am so, so happy we found Changdobels. She rushes in every time to greet everyone, and bounds out happy as anything when we pick her up. Jocke and the team really get to know the dogs and take great care of them. All the dogs come out smiling and clearly have a great time. They are the only people I can leave R with without any anxiety whatsoever. Really recommend.

My dog Molly had a great stay. Jocke and the rest of the staff were very kind and took excellent care of her. The facility is spacious and well maintained. And I appreciate the updates and the fun posts on Instagram! We are happy to have found a nice place for Molly to go when we are traveling.
Our place of trust to leave our dog Praia when going away. For a weekend or a long three weeks, she always loves to go to the hotel. Every time we arrive at the hotel she is running inside and giving kisses to everybody there.
Our doggo who is shy and reserved with strangers spent two days at Täby Hubdhotell, but everything went super smoothly and he was happy when we picked him up. We're very happy and pleased to have found this place and to know that Kosmos was in good hands. ❤️ Thank you for everything!! ❤️
