We had a wonderful time in Mill Valley with Apollo and Hana! The owners, Laura and Scott, are warm, generous people. Communication was excellent, and they are extremely organized. They made us feel comfortable in their gorgeous home. The photos really do not do justice to the exquisite beauty of their home, garden, and the views. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bed is comfortable. Apollo is a star—mellow, obedient, tolerant of Hana’s antics. Apollo just wants to hang out with people and receive some cuddles. Hana is a puppy (5 months old when we were there), has tons of energy to burn off with amazing hikes on Mt. Tam and playing fetch/ tug-o-war in the yard. She is still learning her manners, but she stole our hearts! We had lots of good laughs. We look forward to future opportunities with Apollo and Hana! Thank you for this opportunity, Laura and Scott.
Donna made everything very clear and had everything ready for us. Sheba is an absolute sweetheart and you will love looking after her! I'd definitely love to watch her again. The location made it really easy to get to downtown Portland and we had a great time.
This was an absolutely wonderful sit! I met up with Jayne, Ian and Woody a few weeks before the sit. We drank tea, chatted and took Woody for a walk. I felt very prepared for the sit. My week with Woody at Rhosneigr was fantastic. The annexe I stayed in was very clean, modern, light and airy. It had everything you needed for at least a week's stay, even a huge TV. The hosts had also left a couple of bottles of wine, water, milk, tea bags, coffee and flowers! Woody is absolutely adorable. He is very easy to look after. He would follow me around the annexe, sit wherever I was working - Wifi was great - and he was always keen to go outside for a walk. He walks quite slowly to the beach, but once on the sand he has a new lease of life and trundles very happily. Everyone smiled at him or stopped to chat. I was in touch throughout the week with Jayne and Ian via watsapp but there were no problems at all. I just sent them lots of very cute pictures of Woody! A really lovely sit and I will be returning very soon! Kx
Great sit in Swansea. Great location, Nudge the cat was a cuddly, talkative companion and Sian was a most gracious host (was nice to pick me up at the train station, left a welcome kit, provided advice on things to do in the area) and provided a detailed overview before she departed. She was readily available if I needed to contact her. Lovely village with numerous scenic routes to explore in addition to the lovely comfortable home that has all the amenities I needed. Thanks again Sian and Nudge for the sit opportunity. Would definitely recommend this sit.
We traveled from California to sit with Rosie & Denver four weeks during the month of March 2023. This was our first international home sit, and our longest to date. We could not have asked for a better experience, although the weather could have been better. Jan & Rocco were very gracious hosts, having Zoom calls before and then introducing us to their family & neighbors once we arrived 2 days prior to their departure. The friends provided a nice support network so we were able to make a few 6 hour day trips away to visit some of the wildlife reserves in the area. Jan & Rocco's home is very nice and new, and the downstairs room we stayed in was comfortable with an ensuite. Rosie & Denver slept in our room on their own beds and did not bother us while we slept. We ended up making most of our meals at home in their well equipped kitchen, although Lynda usually got coffee at Jack the Lad during our morning beach walk with Rosie and Denver. The dogs are both very sweet and well mannered, and behave themselves very well when out on walks and around other dogs & people. Although Denver is deaf he was easy to care for, even when off leash he is kept visually aware of our location and returned to us with visual queues. We walked them in the morning for about 2km along the off lease dog beach and then about 1km during the afternoon in the neighborhood. Oh yeah, and did I mention the beach, Chelsea Beach is only 100 meters out the front door, and the Chelsea suburb business district is 500m with grocery, restaurants and shop options. If you have the chance to sit with Rosie & Denver and come meet Jan & Rocco jump at the opportunity, you will not regret it.

Sian looked after our two beagle boys at our wedding. She was utterly fantastic, a great calming presence in what was a very hectic day. She completely took care of the boys which allowed me to enjoy them being there without having to worry about them. She dealt with them perfectly as they greeted everyone and kept them calm during the ceremony - two beagle under 3, that’s not easy. If you are thinking of having your dogs at your wedding, do it! You will definitely not regret having them there but you may regret not!
Sian is so dedicated to what she does, and it shows from how well Hank’s walking behaviour has improved since starting his walks with Four Paws Plaza. The care and attention that Sian provides Hank is second to none. I wish we could have found Sian sooner!For months I stressed about leaving my little pickle with somebody new but as soon as I met Sian I knew we had made the right choice. Sian is very understanding of dogs and their behaviours, she keeps me updated with pics and always takes him on a new adventure for his weekly walks. We love pets Sutton have been walking our Golden for 2 years now and we can not fault the brilliant service. Each of the team go above and beyond for every walk. Our Golden is fairly large, full of energy and can not keep away from water - this only seems to make Andrea’s team love Sunny even more. Brilliant communication and dog walking expertise puts us at ease everyday. Dogs are walked individually, at times dogs may be paired up with one other like minded friend and walker. No pack walks. Many photo and video updates are constantly sent for each walk, which only makes us feel more at ease. Sunny has such a brilliant time, is always excited to see any of the team, and comes home ready for a nap. I was anxious to return to work and leave Sunny however, there was no need to worry thanks to Andrea and the whole team. I can not recommend this team more.
We have used We Love Pets for walking our dog for the last two and a half years. Our dog absolutely loves everyone and his walks. We get photos of every walk so we can see how he’s getting on. Each dog walker only walks one or two dogs, but they meet at the park so that the dogs can socialise and play together. They are all so caring, I can’t recommend them enough.
Andrea and her team are brilliant. The service is professional but also really personal. We have complete trust in all of the lovely walkers that take our dogs out. The booking system is really straight forward and it is flexible and fits in with our schedules. You get loads of photos from each walk showing what a good time they’re having. Andrea has also looked after our dogs (and our house!) when we’ve been on holiday and it gave us so much peace of mind. She really loves the animals and I really can’t recommend her service enough… 5 stars!!!

We are very happy that we found Lesley as our dog walker/sitter. Our Springer spaniel has a lot of energy so needs countryside off lead walks and this is exactly what he gets from Lesley. We receive lots of photos and videos (way better photos than we have ever taken!) and we can tell that Monty is loving his walks. After a couple of walks with Lesley, he jumped straight into her van which shows that he enjoys the walks as he is always reluctant to get into our car! Lesley's communication is also excellent and she has always messaged to say when she is on her way and this is very much appreciated. Since finding Lesley to come in a look after our cats while away, we haven’t looked back! To have such a trustworthy and caring person coming into our home while we aren’t there, gives us great peace of mind. We love the daily, often twice daily updates and pictures of them enjoying some attention, play time and food. Barney has been with Lesley for over a year now and we cannot recommend her enough. He goes to her twice a week and absolutely loves it! He waits by the window for her van to arrive in the morning and we always have a very exhausted doggie on his return. Lesley always sends photos and video updates of the pups so you can see all the fun and feel reassured. She is one of the only people we trust to look after Barney and we don't know what we would do without her!

Since moving to Ashtead earlier this year it has been incredibly comforting to know our little boy is in good hands and looked after most days while we get work done. He gets very excited when the doorbell rings in the morning and comes home well exercised. We have found Surrey Pet Care company to be reliable and communicates very well on a regular basis including pictures and videos of the exciting life our pup lives outside of our home with his pack. We have recently got another puppy who will also be joining the pack as soon as she is able to.
Lesley is fantastic with Chester. He’s very excitable and loves running off lead and playing with other dogs. Leslie provides all that in a calm, professional and reliable way. She’s fantastic, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her, as I have done many times.
Ally comes twice a week to pick up our Spaniel and take him for a run nearby. It really helps us on the busiest days of the week for the household. She is absolutely great with him - he adores her - and is always on hand to advise on managing the change from pup to dog! She has always been available, never been unable to help, even occasional weekends when we've needed a bit of cover. Great service!

Katie is so knowledgeable and professional. Sherlock loved his sessions with her. Katie came to the house for his puppy training sessions, as he wasn’t allowed out until after all his injections. I think starting when the puppies are young really sets them up to be so well behaved. I would highly recommend Katie. I can take Sherlock anywhere and he is so well behaved, all down to Katie’s training and tips.
Katie is brilliant with our dog Holly. She can be difficult with new dogs and Katie has patiently worked through that and she now goes out regularly with a number of different dogs. Katie is also really responsive and happy to accommodate last minute extra sessions where possible. Holly loves going there for day care and overnight stays and is treated like one of the family!
We recently got our puppy and were in need of guidance through training our puppy. We reached out to Katie and secured a day for puppy training at our house. She contacted us 3 days earlier in advance to say that she is unable to make it to the appointment. We thought nothing of it and booked in another day during the week after. She then contacted us on the morning of the appointment day that she can't make it to the appointment. After this message we told her that we would cancel the ongoing rescheduled appointments and would reach out to her again if we needed puppy training. A week after our puppy's behaviour was not the best so we decided to reach out to her again, so we booked another appointment, thinking she would not delay the appointment. When booking the appointment we booked a day that she was available on and had that day confirmed with us. Yet again she contacted us the night before saying she cannot make it and gave us a list of days she can book the week after. We were very disappointed in her organisation and would not recommend.
Katie has been terrible to work with. As I can see from previous negative reviews, Katie still struggles with reliable communication. She has postponed 5 times in total and now has completely ignored all messages and calls when missing yet another appointment. I would not recommend, save yourselves some time.
Katie is amazing with the animals - we entrusted our beloved puppy arnie into her care and she really does look after the animals as if they were her own. She is professional, friendly, warm and is always on hand for advice and support with your pet and no query is too small. Highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for puppy training and support in those early days

Katie is a true professional with all the relevant experience needed to provide your dog with excellent care. She is kind, calm and knowledgeable and I can highly recommend her without hesitation. She has provided my German Shepherd dog with pop in visits and walks since he was a puppy and I have always felt confident he will be well looked after.
We called Katie very last minute because we wanted to go away but didn’t have doggy care. Katie managed to squeeze us in and we were so grateful. We have two large dogs both problematic in their own ways so we were a bit nervous about using someone new at such short notice. We introduced Katie to the dogs and her calm manor really was great as the dogs warmed to her quickly. Katie sent us videos and photos whilst we were gone so that we didn’t worry. We will definitely need her help again soon! Thank you Katie.
We had 4 puppy sessions with Katie and covered sit, down, look, touch, recall and loose lead walking. Katie explained things well and shared notes and videos so we could refresh our memories. Our pup is doing so well and people often comment on what a good boy he is!
I've worked with Katie on many aspects of my rescue dog's behaviour - lead training, learning basic commands but also separation anxiety. All have been managed professionally, with empathy (for both myself and my boy), and with hints and tips to get improved results - but also highlighting things that I'd missed - ie. stress behaviour, or to close all doors upstairs when he's left alone. We're still on a journey with the SA but we're moving in the right direction. His lead work and self discipline when waiting to be released is now very much improved. Thanks Katie!

Our dog Bailey is the fifth member of our family so we wouldn’t trust him with anybody unless we felt hundred percent certain that he is in safe hands. Tom offers that exact safe environment with a good mix of other dogs where Bailey can run free but also have a cuddle when needed. Tom takes the hassle away each day by collecting and dropping Bailey off at our house. I know it’s like home from home for Bailey and we never have to worry that he is not being looked after and really cared for. We would totally recommend Under one woof!
We heard about Tom and Underonewoof from a recommendation from a friend. Tom and Sarah treat Toby when he is there as if he is one of their own, which is amazing and just what any dog owner would want. He is always very happy to go and now has many doggie friends there too. Tom is very flexible to be able to help out if he can which is a great when work isn’t always 9-5. Tom has looked after Cody since he was a pup - now a 3 yr Labradoodle. Cody’s clearly very happy there and often tries to go through Tom’ gate when we pass by on a walk! Tom has a calm manner and the dogs are very well cared for.

I have owned four Rottweilers over the past 15 years and Rob has walked all of them. He has always been completely reliable and I'm sure all of my Rotties enjoyed their walks with him. He has been willing to step in at short notice and recently, when I was looking after my daughter's English Pointer, was happy to take her out while I got in a round of golf!! After having a bad experience with another dog walker. Walking Woofers were recommend to me. Since the first meeting Walking Woofers were professional, friendly and the dogs were very important to them, as if they were their own. Walking Woofers have been walking are two working springer spaniels for many years and they enjoy their time out with Walking Woofers and you know your dogs are in safe, caring hands which is so important to any dog owner. Rob and Angela of Walking Woofers have been walking my dog for nearly 13 years now. I would be lost without them not only do they walk him they care about him, look after his well being and always let me know if anything does not seem right with him. He has a long walk and always comes back refreshed and ready to relax for the rest of the day. Rob from walking woofers is fantastic- I have a lot of shift work and last minute changes and Rob is always happy to accommodate my last minute changes . Our family dog loves seeing him and always has great walks which Rob captures on camera for us to see.
After breaking my arm i got in touch with Walking Woofers to walk my Rottweiler. I am so pleased I did. Initially it was only meant to be temporary but because it made such a difference to Jason's (dog) temperament going from a teenager to an adult., I kept them on. I also do not need to use kennels as Rob will sleep over and walk him the next day. When I come home it is if I have never been away. he is so much happier. Not all dog walkers will take on large dogs. I would highly recommend Rob and Angela.
Rob has been walking Max our Ridgeback for 7 years. Rob is extremely reliable, Max looks forward to his walks with Rob and the pack of dogs. Rob and Angela have been looking after our dogs for 11 years. They have known all our dogs since they were puppies - currently two Ridgebacks and one Parson Russell Terrier and have always been completely reliable as well as being flexible to meet our dogs needs. They come highly recommended - not least since we would have struggled on occasion without their support.
Paul is brilliant with our dogs, and has been providing walking services for us for over 10 years. He knows dogs really well, and was able to manage our original dogs (who had a complex relationship with each other!) excellently. Our dogs love spending time with him. I can thoroughly recommend him.

Paul is brilliant. He has walked our dogs for over 12 years, managing both the old slightly arthritic one and the baby bouncy energetic one. He knows and understands them both really well. They absolutely love seeing him and come back exhausted but happy. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Just recently returned from holiday having left our staffie & two cats with the lovely team at Crossways . Our first holiday in over 6yrs so we were quite anxious about leaving our animals. We need not have been as Crossways is a very nice place with plenty of open land for dog walking . The staff are genuine, welcoming & went the extra mile to send us photo's of our dog being walked and cats in their accommodation. That really helped to ease any anxiety.. Pepper our lab has had two visits so far, one for the day and one overnight and has really enjoyed them and was really happy to be back for the second visit. Easy to book, great facilities and wonderful staff, who are all his new besties!!
I’ve been using The Crossways very regularly the last couple of months for overnight boarding. I think they are fantastic I know my dog is safe and happy and he is super excited to see all the staff when he arrives. He comes home calm and well looked after. He also had a groom and he looked lovely. Thank you to all the lovely staff. I’d really recommend to everyone.
Bad experiences, luxury rooms do not deserve the price. 1) my dog was in a mess when I picked up. With 11 days, they only sent me email on day 10 saying that her skin was not looking good and they decided not to bath her! (And that email did not get through until the day I picked her) Clearly, they staff who said to walked her twice a day did not give a closer look on her health. If the kennel does think she might allergy to grass or pollens as what they said to me on day 11, they should have informed me earlier and take some immediate remedies. 2) I found both of my dogs’ towels have lots of hairs that do not belong to them. Clearly, the room was not well cleaned from the previous dogs.
I cannot recommend the Crossways team highly enough. They have looked after my beautiful, complicated, anxious Loki as if he were their own, and achieved the impossible - he had baths!!!!! The team are so patient, creative and inventive in making sure each dog is loved while their owners are away. I am so happy I found Crossways - it is actually life changing to know how well they care for even the trickiest pup! Thank you!!! xxx
My lively Vizsla goes happily to Crossways Kennels. He gets on well with the staff there and they take an interest in him. I like the way that emails to the kennels are answered promptly and the checking-in process is thorough. My dog particularly liked a short stay he had in a Luxury Kennel at Crossways and he came out with a spring in his step, hoping for a return visit! Thank you to all at Crossways for looking after my lad.
Unfortunately one of my dogs came home last Sunday with 2 large, symmetrical infected sores on his lower jaw ... I have to assume he has rubbed his nose somehow, which I do not hold Crossways responsible for. My concern is that their promised daily health checks did not pick this trauma up and therefore it went untreated, which allowed a nasty infection to set in by collection day. Emma seems unconcerned that her daily health checks did not pick this up. Staff need to be much more on the ball with their health checks (ie actually look under their heads) to pick this kind of thing up before it is allowed to get worse, which would have stopped the soreness he must have experienced and the expensive vet visit I had to arrange. My other dog also now has a nasty respiratory infection so all in all a very unhappy experience for me and my beloved pets. Would not recommend or use again. Not worth the 1 star but had to give 1 star to enable me to post .....
A wonderful place I feel happy when I leave my best friend at crossways kennels. Jambo is happy to stay there, always returns in good condition . The staff are very caring, they take great care of him whilst he is in their charge.
Our dog had a excellent first stay here and we are looking forward to booking her in for another stay in Luxury.
My working cocker spaniel had a really poor grooming experience. She has been clipped all over very short, so much so she now shivers when she goes out. I gave specific instruction for example on the ear length and that had been ignored. She has been clippered all over, completely ignoring how you groom a working cocker spaniel, including her leg feathers. When I complained I didn’t even get an apology just a load of reasons why this had been done, complete lack of care. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
Amazing boarding kennels friendly and very professional staff, excellent facilities ! I left my 4 dogs at this amazing place for 9 days And when I came back they were actually looking better than when I drop them ! They were clean, very well fed none didn’t event drop a gram of weight first time used and will definitely use again so far best kennel experience and I have used a few but green lane farm kennels is special The girls are amazing all very professional and they love what they do they are also very good at it and take excellent care of the animals ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars experience!!!
My dog Reggie has been going to Greenlane since a puppy, I can’t express enough how happy he is when he arrives at the kennels, he absolutely loves going there and the team at Greenlane are super lovely always happy to help and update me with photos. I would highly recommend greenlanefarm boarding kennels, if you want to leave your dog in safe hands, rest assured they will be looked after and loved.
Our puppy Gizmo loved his time here for three weeks, made some favourite friends and came back a very happy boy. Would definitely recommend this place
I've left my dog here twice now, once for a short weekend and more recently for 2 weeks whilst on vacation. My dog has some separation anxiety and isn't very good with other dogs so I asked to have her in the isolation kennels, they're heated and very clean. The staff are incredible here, they formed a bond with my dog pretty quickly and they spent lots of time playing with her and taking her for short walks. When I came to collect her the staff were genuinely sad to see her go! Will definitely be back here soon, thanks team!
Hi everyone...This is a Attention to anyone who is thinking of using these kennels for your fury members!!! Please Rethinkk... I'v made a booking from Feb for August 2024 due to my health condition, I needed to be seated in the front seats of the plane so I said to them should I leave a deposit for August as I will be away for 33days!!!..No not to worry ring us back Kelly said I just booked the dates in as August is reserved for you. However booked my tickets...ring back to spk to Kelly to give my dates. A lady called Karren answers the phone who I believe is the owner..I asked to spk to Kelly apparently she is busy'.. Explained i have arranged a 33days but I need to confirm my dates...she said I can't book from the 1st August/ it has to be the 3rd, "I said what em I going to do come off the plane to check my pet in... No understanding whatsoever!!!..that i was only following the instructions what Kelly gave me..or help or suggestions in how we can resolved that they literally over booked themselves. Instead she tried to be rude! and abrupt and display narcissism character which I found was very unprofessional and get on TOP of things...considering she is the owner of the place to guide me to a conclusion or basically say sorry that they over booked themselves!!.. and left me with 1wk half to go on my holi/ without a place on PEAK season!! There are supposed to care for our animals welfare!! can't even treat a human being with RESPECT! PINAR. D
I collected my budgie Skyler today from Green Lane Farm Boarding. He is 8 years old, has never been away from home before and very set in his ways/averse to change. I was admittedly worried about leaving him in a pet centre. I was so pleased that he settled in well, clearly ate and drank well for the week and to hear he was singing away. He has quickly and comfortably settled in back home. Thank you very much to the staff who helped look after him and kept an eye on him for the week. Will happily use your services again when needed.
The ladies here are amazing! I’ve got a 2 year old rescue who was super anxious and had separation anxiety which made it very nerve racking leaving him alone. However they have looked after him so well! If you need a kennels don’t look any where else! Thanks guys!

Left our beautiful XL bully for a week, staff were informative when we rang from holiday & re assured us. The Kennels looked clean but we had a chalet...my only complaint is they could have told us we didn't need to provide the food. He also had a cough on pick up, but was vaccinated prior to leaving home. Generally our dog is VERY well kept, on return he wasn't so bad either, just a little sad as this was the 1st time we left him...we will use Green Lane again, my Fiance is happy with their service & I believe our dog 🐕 will now understand we WILL come back for him & that he isn't abandoned. The price however was abit high, but as long as our dogs well we didn't care. 4 stars were given because we weren't told about the food etc. Also they DO NOT accept CARD PAYMENTS! so be ready with cash. Inconvenient, but that's how it is. Also the reception staff can get dates mixed up so it might be a good idea to go there directly & speak with them like we did, we were told there's no space when there was. Staff looked helpful & kind...the Kennels looked clean with no bad smells etc. This is my honest review, I hope you take my advice & visit before hand.
Our two Mini Lop rabbits stayed here for a week in August. They had a great time and were well cared for. They went in a super secure run during the day and spent the night in an indoor hutch. The people working there were super pleasant and spent time with the animals every day. We highly recommend Green Lane Farm and our bunnies will certainly be staying again soon.

Adelle remains the best Doggysitter my dog ever had.... she is professional, reliable, easy going but most importantly, she genuinely cares about dogs!!!! The joy my dog felt when seeing her was so genuine and pure.... I've been back in France for 3 years now...i had 2 other Doggysitters.... one was pretending to walk my dog (but sending me old pictures, pictures of him walking her, pictures that he already had sent me months before... I would find the floor of my living room soiled because she would stay alone all day) and the other one could not even come to my home for an afternoon walk....i had to drop my dog off in the morning...and when i would pick her up in the afternoon, my dog would do the biggest wee ever like she was never walked in the afternoon. ... those thgs would never happen with Adelle... Adelle took amazing care of my little angel while i was away. She sent regular videos and photos of her as she knew how much i was missing her! would highly recommed to anyone looking for a dog walker/ dog boarder!
