Nic
I had a great stay with Winnie and Moo in Nic and Jo's home - I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. Winnie and Moo are both real characters once you have gained their trust. Winnie is quiet when you first meet her, but she is such a charmer once she trusts you, with lovely little meows when she sees you. Moo will keep you entertained with his treat mouse , yoga moves and clockwatching, he'll let you know when it's time for breakfast and dinner!

The house is lovely and quiet and close to lots of great shops on North Street. There is a great coffee machine, spaces to work and a comfortable bed. Nic and Jo are also super lovely! Nothing was too much trouble and they were really great hosts. All instructions were really clear too, which was really helpful.

As I said, I'd definitely recommend staying here with Moo and Winnie if you can!

I had the perfect stay with Karen, David, and pets. Karen and David are warm and interesting to talk to. They were responsive and concerned with my comfort and enjoyment. The pets are precious and good companions.
Castine is an incredible place. It is very quiet during the winter, but that makes it even better. I recommend visiting:
- Compass Rose Bookstore
- Gallery B
- Witherle Library
- Witherle Woods (give this half a day)
- Dyce Head Lighthouse
- Danny Murphy's Pub
- T&C Grocery for a sandwich from the deli
Sit on the dock of the harbor and enjoy! People here are so nice to talk to. Enjoy your stay!

Tara
We had a brilliant stay looking after Ketch and Zrr for Tara and Mark. Ketch and Zrr are such lovely dogs and a pleasure to be around. Ketch just wants to be your friend and also sun bathe whilst Zrr although nervous at first, is very intrigued by what’s going on and eventually made it onto the outside sofa with us. They are two wonderful dogs and it was really hard to leave them!
Tara and Mark’s house is also brilliant. We felt we had everything we could need and felt immediately welcomed. Tara gave us many recommendations for hikes and food, so we were able to make the most of our time in Fernie. We were shown where everything was and how to use the Aga (which has made me want one!). It was a fantastic experience. Thank you for allowing us into your wonderful home with your two beautiful boys! It made our trip to Fernie and the Rockies extra special.

Eileen, with her love for her ‘tribe’, along with her easygoing manner, has created a wonderful home for her menagerie. 4 cats and one very exceptional dog all live in a calm, peaceful home. It was a delight to step into their world for this short-term sit. Thank you.

Sit was cancelled at the last minute due to unfortunate circumstances but we did have a nice meet up.
