Becky was awesome. She went out of her way to come and meet us and the kitties beforehand and was very generous and patience with an unexpected sickness delaying our trip. She was always kind and a great communicator. We would have her back anytime!

Tamara was a great communicator and took fantastic care of our pets and home! Lots of photos and loving stories, plants well watered, and the house was spotless. She asked all the right questions and stayed in contact, so I felt super comfortable the entire time I was gone. Looking forward to inviting her to sit again!

I highly recommend Retura and would definitely love to have her pet/house sit for us again! She was able to show up with very little notice after my original option canceled, and she was accommodating when my flooring contractor decided to show up when she was there and put in new flooring! She seemed very caring, and responsible, and she left my house in great condition. Lastly, she was also kind enough and flexible to stay an extra night when mother nature decided to deliver a snow storm the night we were to return!

We were blown away by Alberto in so many ways. We are and continue to be incredibly grateful for him. Basil and Gertrude loved him immediately. He has a calm and sincere presence with the animals. Alberto immediately put us at ease with his approach towards our furry family members, especially our dog, Basil who had an anxious tendency. Alberto listened to our requests and gave us a sense of genuine affection for our pets. He sent regular updates while we were away and it made our vacation so much more relaxing knowing that we had left our pets in the care of a dedicated, caring person. Our house was SPOTLESS upon our return. How did he do it?!! We were so sad to have missed him when he left as our flights back were really delayed. We would, without a doubt recommend Alberto. And we’re really hoping he’ll come back to Japan in the near future, as Gertrude and Basil were big big fans too.

Alexie was prompt, courteous, tidy, and great with my high energy dog. I'd have him back in a heartbeat.

Cassidy did a good job of taking care of Mia and our home. I think perhaps our instructions in our guide could have been followed more closely but Mia seemed well cared for and Cassidy seems lovely.

Danielle was terrific and would highly recommend her for pet and house sitting! She arrived on time, communicated well, gave us timely updates, asked questions when she needed clarification, and left the house as clean as she found it. She went beyond her commitment, to stay later as our flight was cancelled. Our dog got plenty of exercise and seemed very calm when we returned. Thank you Danielle!!! We would love to have you again soon.

Martha was an amazing sitter for us! She was very communicative and flexible in finding a time to come in and meet the dogs before we left. The dogs loved her immediately and she was warm and affectionate with them. Even over the holidays she was responsive and checked in several times. She left the house even cleaner than we left it (a first) and left us some cookies and food in the fridge, which was a life-saver after long and late flights. We highly recommend Martha and you will not be disappointed!

In short, Annemarie proved to be a fantastic choice as a sitter for Masha, our beloved Maine Coon, and our home. Self-sufficient, very evidently loving (based upon the daily photos and video received), neat, communicative, and responsive, Annemarie has been favorited, and will no doubt be considered and invited back for future sits! This was only my second time using zeewoi, and both experiences have been fantastic, but Brian and Anna truly set the bar high. They took exceptional care of our pets and home, going above and beyond in every way. From the moment they arrived, they put me at ease with their excellent communication, sending updates and photos so we knew our pets were in the best hands. When we returned, the house was spotless, and it was obvious how much love and attention our pets had received. The pets seemed to miss them when they left, which speaks volumes about the bond they created. It's not easy to find people who care for your animals like you would, but Brian and Anna did just that—and more! They are genuinely kind and thoughtful people, and it was a wonderful experience working with them. I’ll never hesitate to use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone seeking trustworthy, compassionate sitters. I’m so grateful to have found them!
