Cat Sitters in Taigum

It was great to have Amy and Oscar here with their new son Maximilien. We felt very confident about leaving our 2 cats Rocky and Gracie in their care. Not a simple task as Rocky is diabetic- dealing with insulin injections twice daily, as well as the unending litter box scooping that can become tiresome. We came home to a tidy house with fresh linens on our bed- great after flying all night, so thoughtful of them! I recommend them highly for house/pet sitting.

Suzanne is a very kind and caring person and clearly she loves animals. Dexter and Lily took an instant liking to her and enjoyed their cuddles. The apartment was left very clean and the pups looked extremely happy, if not a wee bit more content around the middle!!

Jenness and Paddy were wonderful pet sitters. Their standard of care for Wolfie was first rate. We had pictures every day of snuggling, walking, ball throwing, snoring (a video) - all that we asked was delivered and more. He was treated like a king! Our house was left immaculately clean and all the washing done. Jenness even left a freshly baked tea cake for us! If you were lucky enough to get Jenness to pet sit for, you would be very fortunate indeed. We certainly hope she will come back again. Thank you for everything Jenness!

Alina and Chris were great house and pet sitters. They were great communicators and made me feel extremely comfortable to leave my home and my little dog in their safe hands. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much guys. I think Sebastien really bonded with you both.

The three pet girls loved Marianna and valentine, I felt very comfortable with their care. The girls were accomodating and responded well. Very happy to recommend them.

Rebecca is fantastic. Super reliable, looks after our beloved Bonnie and is the perfect sitter. We’ve been lucky to have Rebecca sit for us for the past few years - so thankful to have found her.

For first timers we had the most positive and amazing experience with Martha and Gael. They are a beautiful young couple who looked after our dogs and house with so much love and care. We came home to very happy dogs and our house in the condition we left it. We feel so blessed they were available to look after our precious girls and home. As we were away for one month the regular updates on the dogs and photos were greatly appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend Martha and Gael for anyone needing a caring pet/home sitter. Anna was super. Communication was second to none. Cara loved Anna and her husband. They sent photos to reassure me while I was away. My house was perfect on my return with towels/bedclothes all washed for me. I’d highly recommend Anna. Very reliable!!

Becky and Bernie are perfect house and pet sitters. We had full confidence in them both in caring for Sid and Susie. We were kept up to date with how everyone was doing. On our return, the house was spotless, plants etc. watered and two happy pets to greet us. Thank you both so much.

Tess and Ryan were fab. Tidy and clean and kept the flat nicely. Halley loved them and they took her for regular walks, sending daily updates. Lovely, friendly people and would recommend them to anyone looking for a Housesitter!

Jenny was absolutely amazing with my dog! She took care of him with so much love and attention that I knew he was in great hands while I was away. She also looked after my plants, which was such a thoughtful touch. When I got back, the house was spotless and perfectly tidy, which made coming home even better. Jenny is kind, reliable, caring, knowledgeable, and really knows how to take care of pets. I highly recommend her and will definitely be asking for her help again in the future!

I wish there was an option to give 10 stars to Sandra and Peter as they really are the best in every way. They are a lovely couple for whom nothing is either too much trouble or problematic in any way. As soon as I met them I felt as if I had known them for years and I said to them there and then that I just knew they were going to be great before even meeting them and they certainly were. From our very first video call together which was months ago, Sandra and Peter demonstrated such loving care and consideration towards Elvis in particular as he's elderly and no longer at his best health wise. They said that they had lost a dearly loved dog and there were parallels with Elvis's situation. Sandra's communication was excellent and she kept me informed on their whereabouts during their tour which included France and the UK, and methods of contacting them prior to their arrival. During their all too brief stay, she updated me regularly on how the dogs were doing generally and sleeping, eating and Elvis' mediation etc. They were only here for less than 48 hours and this was their last stop before heading back home to Australia. Sandra was so diligent about attending to the dogs' needs especially on the morning that they left as I wasn't going to be home until later. Needless to say, I arrived home to find two very happy little dogs and an immaculate home. Sandra had even managed to wash the bed sheets etc., and hang it out on the line before they left at 6.45am! She had even very kindly washed some kitchen linen that I had inadvertently left in the washing machine and in a washing basket nearby. There was no expectation for her to to do so and I felt mortified that I had forgotten it was there, but she just took it in her capable stride and there is was - beautifully washed and folded / ironed on the side. Thank you Sandra and Peter. If you are lucky to secure these two lovely people to look after your home and animals, you will not be disappointed. Only problem is that they have now set the bar very high and will be a hard act to follow. In fact I will be waiting to hear from them when they will next be over here, before I even book a holiday. My holiday dates will be based on theirs. Warmest wishes to them both.
