We were totally comfortable with Lori and Matt from our first chat. Communication was really good and they made a plan to to pick up the keys and do the tour the day before I left, so that there was no stress on the day. I got regular photo updates to know that Nala was doing well and returned to a happy cat and lovely clean home. They also waited for me to return home before leaving to know that everything was okay, as I was unsure about delayed flights. I would highly recommend them as sitters and would happily have then back!

I had a very nice stay in Greystones with 2 adorable and beautiful cats, Pandy and Pearl ! Before leaving, Beatrice told me everythings about the city, the shops, how to get to Dublin, the places to walk, the beaches.... She was really nice and helpfull ! The house has also a wonderfull view on the sea and Greystones is really a nice place to live. I recommand highly this house sit !

I had such lovely few days looking after Roscoe. He’s such a loveable, chatty character and looooves a cuddle. The area, near the scenic Dreiländereck section of the Landwehrkanal, is very quiet and picturesque and is not far from some of the best Neukölln spots. Their apartment itself is lovely and I really enjoyed staying there.
Sitting for Milly is like sitting in Heaven. The energy of their home, their property and their animals is peaceful, serene, and full of love. Milly is an excellent communicator, skilled at anticipating all needs, and is a walking light on this earth for all of us to aspire to be. She is love is the flesh and it shows in everything she surrounds herself with. Her english is perfect so you will never have to worry if you do not speak Spanish fluently. The birds, Inky & Mango, were easy. I would bring them out on the patio about 630 or 7 each morning, they would want their breakfast about 9ish, I would give them clean water and food, and turn on youtube bird live music for them and they would watch the video intently. I worked outside on the patio everyday so they were always watching me. Everyday they told me when it was time for me to quit working at 4pm. They would start crying and I would know they were done being on the patio. It was truly a gift to make me stop working too! Sophia, the mama bear of the pups, was exactly as Milly & Alexis predicted. She was by my side always. If I went inside, she went inside. I loved that she would snuggle her nose up to me in the mornings when she came out of her bed. Her happy and loving energy in my energy field was very uplifting. She is like any mama and if the other two would get out of line or misbehave, she would bark at them to behave. I loved that she was the leader and the lover all in one! Wally, oh my goodness. Wally is a blessing walking this earth after being abandoned during Hurricane Maria. You can tell that he has a special love for Alexis and Milly because when they left, he immediately started looking for them. He looked for them everyday by the gate, by their bedroom, by the kitchen. He was searching for the ones that he loves and who love him. I would talk to him and tell him each day the number of days until they were coming back home. It seemed to calm him and let him know that he was not abandoned again. Aki, this girl was born to bring laughter, joy and happiness into the world. She is always ready to play, run, and ready to learn. She loves to play with anything that makes noise. She learned that the plastic plant holders make noise and figured out if she emptied the plant out and all the dirt that she had a bunch of new toys. After we put the plants up on a table, she figured out that she was not able to get new planters to make more toys so she had to only play with the 5 or 6 that she had already made out of the planters. I love her curiosity, her ability to make nothing into something to play with, and her ability to create laughter around herself everywhere. She is a ton of fun! We live here on the island in the southern part of the island that is much hotter. We never turned on the air conditioning once and loved having the windows open, the breeze blowing and the sound of nature all around. Those who don't live on the island, it may be hot for you depending on where you live. We loved it and it was absolutely perfect. We hope to be available next time they need a sitter but if we aren't, you should definitely apply for this opportunity. Life is what you make of it.
