Cat Sitters in Takanini

Although ours was such a short stay (just three nights), Beth and Dallas soon settled into the routine with our house and animals. We received just the right amount of updates and photos. We quickly realised that all the animals accepted them and we received photos of Dallas on our sofa with some of the cats snuggled up to him. They arrived extremely promptly, at the arranged time, having driven all the way from Cardiff that morning. I thought Beth and Dallas were such a warm, relaxed and friendly couple that I feared they would be so relaxed as not to perhaps tidy the house very well. I could not have been more wrong with my assumption - we arrived to an utterly immaculate house, with a dish prepared for us in the fridge, the bedlinen cleaned, ironed and replaced and everything in first class order. We would not hesitate to ask Beth and Dallas to sit for us again. I think they enjoyed our house and all our animals certainly loved them. What a special couple! ❤️❤️❤️

Jeremy and Jo were wonderful sitters. We felt totally confident in leaving them with our dog and house. They kept us informed, in a relaxed and friendly manner. The house was beautifully looked after and our dog had clearly had a great time.

I would highly recommend John and Michelle for future housesits. They were excellent caretakers of my two Siberian huskies which is no easy task given their high levels of energy. They also kept the house spotless and were just generally very nice and kind. They sent photos and kept me updated on the dogs and ensured that I had a worry-free holiday while I was away. Thank you both!!

Max is now officially one of the family. We cannot recommend him more highly and say that we dearly hope that he stays in NZ as we don’t want to loose him! Cosmo our puppy is deeply in love with him too and while away, we felt totally at ease that Max had our darling scoundrel completely sorted. Seriously he is the best and kept us updated daily with Cosmo’s adventures. He also makes wicked banana bread!

This is the second time Maddie has looked after my dog Watson and once again everything went very well. Good communication beforehand and Maddie sent through updates regularly while I was away. The house was clean and tidy when I came back and it was obvious that Watson had been well looked after while I was away. I highly recommend Maddie and Joe to Housesit and look after your pets. They are lovely people who are very reliable and caring.

Judita was flexible and quick to respond. She took good care of Coco and left the house neat and tidy.

Anghared was everything we hoped for in a housesitter , good communication before the sit , arrived on time , took to Reggie straight away asking about his routine etc . Sent us video updates and kept the house immaculate and left us with supplies to return home too . Excellent experience I hope Anghared would like to sit for us again in the future . It was such a shame for her that the weather was so wet and windy over the Xmas period but still walked Reggie which we appreciate . Anghared was self sufficient and a very warm and friendly. Importantly Reggie has had a stress free Christmas with someone in his own home to cwtch up to .

Casandra instantly linked with my two cats Alfie and Ruby. Ruby was unwell due to a cat bite the day before and she was happy to give Ruby pain relief. She was wonderful and kept me updated with regular photos. The cats were really happy with her. Our home was immaculate and we really appreciate the care she took. I can totally recommend Casandra. She obviously cares very much.

Emily and Elliot great housesitters. The communication was excellent and they were happy to come a little earlier for a walk through of the house and dog care. The dogs were very relaxed and took to them straight away. On return the house was spotless and we know the dogs had the best care we could have wished for. I highly recommend them.

Yishan was absolutely amazing. She was really easy to communicate with beforehand and super friendly when she arrived. She took amazing care of the cats - she sent loads of lovely photos so I felt really comfortable being away from them, and they were having a great time playing and cuddling with her! The flat was also perfect when we got back. I'd definitely recommend her to others.

Cayla and Ben have been amazing house and pet sitters. They were responsive, easy to communicate, and super friendly. When we got home, the house was very clean, the plants were well cared for, and it was obvious how much Smudge loved them. We would highly recommend them and would love to have them again as petsitters in the future.

Lisa did a great job of looking after my home and my puppy and elderly cat. It was great to arrive home and see my furry companions so relaxed and settled.
