Kayla and Dale did a wonderful job of taking care of my place. I came home to it wonderfully clean and my pets and plants well taken care of. Would love to have them back anytime!

Christie "Abhaya" was simply amazing. My elderly dog got better, more attentive care from Abhaya than she does from me. For my entire six-week vacation, I felt extremely confident that Abhaya had everything under control. She employed her creative problem solving skills and built an additional step when my blind dog was stumbling on a steep step from the patio into the backyard. She devised a better system of feeding Tango that would minimize the mess on the kitchen floor. She worried about our dog having accidents on the carpets and floors to the point of coaxing her outside every couple hours.
Abhaya provided me with regular updates on the house and dog and sought my approval of any minor changes is Tango's care regimen. (Since returning home, I have adopted many of Abhaya's new ideas.)
While not required, she independently took it upon herself to water the garden and pick up and bag yard waste. And when I returned home, I returned to a house that was cleaner than it had ever been. Seriously. Amazing.
I hit the jackpot when I asked Abhaya to care for my home and beloved dog -- you can too. I am very hopeful that she'll be available to house/petsit for me again and again.

Elena
Andrew and Elena have a beautiful home with two amazing dogs, Hans and Pinot. They are well-behaved and trained (It was very tough leaving them). The house is very clean, mid-century modern, with a fantastic view. They live in a great neighborhood with plenty of parks and restaurants. Andrew and Elena are genuinely good people and I highly recommend house-sitting for them. They are extremely prepared and provide everything you need for an amazing stay with some great companions. Hope to see them again soon.

Jessica & Pau
Jessica & Pau were lovely, very welcoming and organised. They invited us for dinner the night before the sit began and showed us where everything was. Zoya & Merlot were gorgeous. Zoya was a bit hesitant the first couple of days but she soon warmed up to us. Merlot was friendly and curious right from the start. Both cats ended up sleeping on the bed with us, snuggling in. The apartment was modern, well-equipped and well-located, close to public transport and shopping areas, as well as pubs and restaurants. Would definitely house sit for Jessica & Pau again.

Kathleen
I really enjoyed looking after Leo! Kathleen was so friendly and communication from the get go was really easy. The house and surrounding areas are beautiful, I definitely recommend this sit. Leo loves his walks and is very chilled out in the house. You will miss him though, as he is such an adorable and friendly dog! :) Thanks for a great sit Kathleen and family!

Susan
Awesome sit! So happy we accepted Sue’s invitation. We got to meet Roxy!! She is so well behaved, fun to be with, adorable and on and on. We brought her with us everywhere, paddling, hiking, swimming plus just enjoyed chilling with her. She LOVES to have her belly rubbed. She is great with other dogs as well.
Sue communicated very well all the info we needed to care for Roxy. She has a beautiful clean and tidy house with a huge deck with a wonderful view of Blackcomb mountain, walking distance to wooded trails and a private beach! It was a pleasure meeting her and her son Sam before they took off on their adventure.
Would gladly return 🙂

Amy’s house is wonderful, very modern, low maintenance great for chilling especially in the hot tub. The 2 dogs are adorable and very easy to take care of, Tiny does like to play ball and they are both very affectionate. Would welcome the chance to sit again 👍

I loved my stay for Kat watching Spinach and Pancakes. Kay and her husband were incredibly hospitable and thoughtful to make sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. Their place has the most stunning views of the Hudson River, waking up to the sunrise over the water was such a peaceful experience and the cats were such fun companions. They’re very independent and mostly do their own thing but Pancake can be especially cuddly and both warmed up to me by the end of the trip. Their place is just a 5 min walk to the Metro North into the city.
