We absolutely loved our time looking after Misty, she was an absolute sweetie the whole 2 weeks. Ed and Victoria were very welcoming and helpful as they picked us up from the train station when we arrived. They also showed us some of Misty's favourite walks and stayed in touch with us the whole time incase we needed anything!
Chay and Lorraine are so lovely and so hospitable. Their home is beautiful and they make you feel so welcome. They stress that you may access the main house as much as you’d like, but also provide a perfect little Shepard’s Hut out back as well if you’re looking for some privacy. The animals are great too! All 9 pups are so well behaved and want as much loving as you can give. Looking after the pigs, chickens and birds of prey was so cool. Very unique and fun to experience.
P E R F E C T I O N ! I don’t even know how to begin! Since our video call we felt immediately connected to them. Once we arrived in Sharm, their hospitality, their kindness, their simplicity and wisdom blown us away! Amazing hospitality! That made us feel immensely grateful and immediately felt like home! Pinkie and Elsie are both very special and beautiful, two different characters, but both truly lovely. The house is located in a local neighbourhood, and this way we got the chance to experience the real Sharm El Sheikh and not the fake one full of resorts. Saying that, don’t expect European standards, and come to Egypt to your mind open, and I’m pretty sure you will be able to experience what we’ve experienced. We feel IMMENSELY BLESSED AND GRATEFUL for meeting them! And we are sure we will meet again! 🤍 Thank you guys, and we miss already the girls 🇧🇷🇪🇬🇬🇧
The communication with Kerry was excellent. The house is beautiful and the two cats Raggy and Diesel were easy to take care of. They are super friendly.
Lottie and Hope are both such lovely girls and I had such a nice couple of weeks looking after their fur babies. The recently renovated house is so nice and the parks nearby were a great spot for walks with Milly and runs. There is also an awesome bakery nearby.
We’ve looked after plenty of rescued dogs, but none as special as Bella. Bella has obviously had a bad start in life. By the end of our stay Bella had warmed up to us. She began to play in the yard with Avis and even had an afternoon nap on the sofa with James. Carole and Tony are terrific hosts, from picking us up at the train station with our heavy suitcases and sharing with us information about Bella prior to us arriving at their lovely home. If you enjoy the countryside as we do, you will love this location. If you like a good walk, the village of Sleaford is close enough that you can have an enjoyable walk for afternoon tea. Carole and Tony have wonderful neighbours in Julia and Janet. They helped us out during a medical emergency. Thank you Carole & Tony for trusting us with your home and Bella Avis & James
