We took a short trip out of town and John and Elizabeth (and their daughter) were the perfect sitters. They took great care of our pups and house. We would definitely have them back!
This was our first time using zeewoi so we were a bit nervous but we need not have been. Allen and Leslie are fantastic! The first time we skype we straight away really liked them and knew they would be perfect for our sit. They are so well organised and we knew when we left the house we were leaving the animals in good hands. It is so important that the horses are kept to a daily routine especially Alice who needs her grazing restricted due to laminitis and Allen and Leslie did this perfectly. All the animals were happy and totally chilled out when we returned. Also the house and gardens were immaculate. Allen and Leslie are a great couple and we got on so well with them, even our friends in our local bar have been telling us how nice they are! So we would really love for them to come and stay again. Its been a great experience. Thank you so much Allen & Leslie.
Marisa agreed to sit on short notice when another sitter cancelled. She was professional, responsive, attentive to details, and caring. Our older pets (dog & cat) have some special needs which she handled well. We'd definitely invite Marisa to sit again and would easily recommend her.

Mackenzie was great to work with - good communication and very understanding. Roo was such a fun sit. I learned a ton about rabbits (like they eat 2 full salads a day and they can be litter trained!) The location was perfect! Walking distance to everything though I had a car, so the parking spot we were allowed to use came in so handy! Thanks, Mackenzie, for lending your home and Roo.

I can’t rate Doggie Homestayz highly enough! Our dog Alfie, who is super smart but also quite anxious—especially after our recent move—absolutely loved his stay. His anxiety seemed to melt away with all the activities, love and care he received. He had an amazing time playing with the other dogs and loved activities like splashing around in the pool and chasing the hose. Honestly, we were a little concerned about taking him home because he looked like he was having so much fun—possibly more than he does at home! Chantaelle, was also so amazing. The environment was clean, safe, and stimulating. My dog had plenty of space to run and play, both indoors and out. I was particularly impressed with the individualised attention each dog received. I made the booking for my Doberman through Chantalle. She was great to deal with, fast to respond and helped me out on short notice. My dog stayed with Mandy who was amazing! My dog was so well looked after. I received update and photos. All round awesome experience for me and my dog. Highly recommend! I will be using them again!
Chantalle and her husband looked after our three pugs for the night and absolutely spoiled and loved them. We were sent many photos of how happy and at home they all felt and it was so warming to see them all smiling. They accommodated the girls to exactly how we do at home and I can not recommend them enough. We will definitely be using their wonderful business again.
From our initial phone call, through to our meet & greet, I knew we were on a winner with Chantalle & Ray!! Our high maintenance dog, Boston is most comfortable at home and so Ray was very accomodating with all his needs, and stayed at our home whilst we were away. Both Chantalle and Ray are genuine animal lovers and I was at complete ease leaving my golden retriever with Ray. Ray really hit it off with our dog, she sent daily updates, showered him with love, even giving him a Xmas present 😍, and left our home better than the way we left it!! Donna and Farrah from Beyond Boarding Pet Services are simply the best! We needed someone who has a very good understanding of canine behaviour to mind our spoodle, Max, who is a special case. He's a rescue dog with a few issues - he resource guards, has separation anxiety and can get a bit stroppy at night, but most times he's an adorable, affectionate, happy doggo. We've owned Max for just over 12 months and until now we've been reluctant to leave him with anyone as we were nervous of how he would behave particularly at night. We had tickets to Cirque du Soleil, so we needed to figure out what to do with Max at night - leave him alone at home for seven hours, board him overnight in a commercial dog kennel, or have a dog sitter mind him in his own home. We nervously chose the latter not knowing how Max would behave at night. All went well at the start with Max immediately bonding with Farrah giving her lots of loving licks and tail wagging. However, during the course of the evening while my husband and I were being spellbound by the magic of Cirque du Soleil, Max's night time stroppy persona appeared so instead of a tail wagging happy doggy, Max became growly and anti-social. Although disappointed that they were missing out on lots of cuddles, Donna and Farrah calmly accepted his behaviour while texting me updates for which we were very grateful. Thank you Donna and Farrah for putting up with Max's bad manners so calmly and competently. It means a lot to us that you were there for Max and at no time did you loose your cool!
Donna walked our beautiful labrador Charlie for a number of years in Sydney and we miss her kind, compassionate care. Charlie was always super excited to see her and stood at the window waiting for her when I said Donna was coming! We can't recommend her highly enough to take care of your fur babies. She is amazing! Donna took care of our 2 dogs and 2 cats beautifully while we were overseas for 19 days. We cannot recommend Donna's services highly enough. Donna helped me out of a bind over Christmas time… i was a new customer and she was fully booked however she went out of her way to squeeze us in and accommodate our Bearded Dragon Bruno! Whilst Donna was not very familiar with caring for Bearded Dragons she quickly learnt and followed us up with questions whilst we were away rather than just leaving him! She was wonderful with his care and he remained happy which is important with temperamental bearded dragons! Will happily use her service again ☺️

Rach is the most wonderful dog loving human I’ve ever met. She loves all the daycare dogs as though they were her own and I wouldn’t have anyone else look after my boy. My dog goes once a week and catches the “bus”. So wonderful and convenient for us and he loves seeing his regular friends each week. Her beautiful girls are so gentle and help the pups get used to having pats from kids. Her set up is wonderful with plenty of space whether it’s raining or glorious outside. I can’t recommend LoveDogz more. The best!!
Rach the owner of Love Dogz was so incredibly helpful when we needed someone to take care of our dog Jack while we were on holidays. He is 15 and has never stayed with anyone outside of our family. I was very nervous but Rach immediately put me at ease. She was extremely accommodating and supportive of Jacks needs, particularly as she has a number of younger dogs at the same time. I received regular updates, pictures and videos so my girls could see he was well looked after. Rachel did an amazing job of taking care of my boy when he was a pup and I had to return to work. He was so excited to go to Love Dogz, he would squeal and squirm to get out of the car to hang out with Rach and the gang. I can't thank her enough for how well she looked after him. AAA Pet Resort has been our go to for years. Our dogs love it there so much they are literally jumping out of the car and running in the door on arrival. AAA Pet Resort feed high quality food, provide a huge variety of accommodation options and when we get our dogs back, they always look and smell great as they get a free wash! Prior to finding AAA Pet Resort we used other boarding facilities, but our dogs didn’t like them and the service was rubbish. At AAA Pet Resort the service is excellent and they truly bend over backwards to help. The other great thing about AAA Pet Resort is their strict policy and enforcement of pet vaccination. I have observed clients being refused service because they couldn’t provide evidence of vaccination, which is peace of mind. Once you’re a client, they will send you reminders about vaccination certificates so this never becomes a problem. Highly recommend this business!!!
I cannot rave enough on how amazing this Pet Resort is. Delilah always arrives so happy, because she gets to socialise with so many other dogs at the Resort. It’s such a safe gated place for dogs to be looked after and the staff are so sweet to her. I have been travelling alot for work lately so this option of Doggy Care has been a life saver for me. It’s good to know your baby is in good hands.
We took our 2 big dogs (Golden Retriever & Newfoundland) to AAA Pet Resort for 3 nights. They came back home happy,healthy and bathed.This is definitely the place we will always take our dogs to in future.We were not worried about our babies during our short holiday because we knew they were in the best hands. My fur babies love staying in the Queens Villa. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for them! The AAA Pet Resort has always been accommodating with medication & supplements. They even emailed me an update with photos 😀 …
My two fur babies Misty and Bear have stayed at AAA three times now. They love staying in their Queen villa as they get loads of playtime and plenty of cuddles. The staff there are super attentive and even tailor their food requirements when they become fussy. My pups come home happy and healthy each time. We will be back!!
My dog attended AAA pet resort for daycare only on a casual basis over several months. The daycare was very basic with no food, no bath, no swimming and no walks - basically AAA Pet Resort proved water and someone just watched the dogs play. It was possible to have food, baths, walks included BUT everything is a substantial extra cost. To my horror, the price of casual daycare has recently increased by a very gobsmacking 34% to $60 per day!!!!! There are plenty of other doggy daycare providers that charge a similar price but those ones offer more than just a very basic (fur)baby sitter service. My suggestion is - look elsewhere.

Our poor pup came back incredibly sick from his stay here. Initially he was fine, so he was back playing with our two other dogs. Then it just sounded like he had caught a little bit of kennel cough (he’s picked this up before in previous kennels and been fine) so we separated them all. But this strain of KC is something else.. an emergency vet trip and multiple consults later, he is still unwell nearly two weeks after his stay. We thought we were going to lose him last Friday. And now the other two dogs have caught it as well. Considering we paid for a private room I find this pretty disappointing.
We recently had our little min pin stay his first ever time away from home at this resort. He came back looking really healthy, well cared for and smelt beautiful from the hydrobath. We also got some cute photos of him while we were away and he looked really comfortable with the staff. I’d highly recommend this pet resort and would 100% have them look after our fur baby again. My dog has been attending AAA Pet Resort for while for casual play and a Kennel boarder. I collected her today following a 3 week stay. When the receptionist bought her through to me she apologised for taking longer as she weighed her as she thought she looked thin. She confirmed that her weight was the same as when she went in. She looked VERY thin. I then weighed her when I got home. The pet resort scales are either wrong or they were read wrong. She had lost weight. The nodules in her spine show, her hip bones show on her back and her ribs are clearly visible. There’s no way she looked like that when I dropped her off. She was recently weighed at the vet before going and she was a perfect weight. When you stroke her you can feel all her bones. She looks like a dog that you’d rescue from the streets that hasn’t been fed in a while. When I sent an email to mention it, they immediately went on the defensive and explained what days they weighed her. Such a shame that we’ve been a loyal customer and spent a fair bit of money with them, yet there was absolutely no concern for Nala in their email reply. I expect them to defend this review but we won’t be returning due to their lack of care and concern for Nala.
Our Japanese Spitz stayed here for 2 weeks while we went to a wedding in Perth. I emailed after the first few days to check in and make sure he was doing okay - I received a lovely email back with some photos letting us know how he was enjoying his stay. It was a nice touch to have him bathed and clean for his return home this morning. Absolutely recommend Abbeyards Boarding Kennels!
This was our first time sending our 2 dogs to boarding and we were nervous to leave them but the staff at Abbeyards made us feel very comfortable and were happy for us to ring and check in when we needed. When we picked our dogs up they both came out looking well cared for, happy and smelt fresh and clean. Thank you to the team at Abbeyards for caring for our fur family members so well......such a positive first boarding experience.....we will definitely rebook them when holidaying next 👍🏻
Abbeyards were recommended to me by my daughter and they didn't disappoint. I was able to get my German Shepherd a last minute booking for a 3 week stay She was well taken care of and any "check in" enquiries I made via email were promptly answered, and a couple of times even included photos. I paid to have the added extra of a walk every second day, which my dog was very happy about. She was handed back to me all clean and smelling nice. Thank you Abbeyards.

I cannot rate Abbeyards highly enough! I was nervous leaving my beautiful Dalmatian in a boarding kennel for the first time, and some of the lower rated reviews of Abbeyards had me a little anxious, however the team at Abbeyards were absolutely wonderful! Our holiday was made all the more relaxing knowing that Abbeyards had our precious boy in good care. Two highlights of this experience was the fact that Abbeyards allowed us to supply them with fresh raw products to feed to our boy throughout his stay, and it was no hassle for them to accomodate to his specific dietary requirements. The second highlight was that our boy was returned to us excited, happy, and sparkling clean after receiving a bath prior to our return. I would highly recommend Abbeyards and I will continue to use Abbeyards every time I need dog boarding in the future. Thank you ladies!

abbeyards is the most beautiful dog boarding kennel on the Gold Coast m. We have left our dog Rex there several times and he had the best time and loved it. We were sent updates and photos while away and our dog looked so happy and taken care of when we returned. We recently went on an another holiday and had to book him into another kennel as Abbeyards was full it was a very different and stressful experience. The staff at Abbeys really love and care for your animals as if they are their own. Can’t recommend these guys enough

Meeting Zoey has changed our lives as we are now able to travel and visit family again. We are very attached to our Mini Schauzer, as she is to us, and we would not leave her unless we were totally confident she would be as well looked after as she is at home. Zoey and her daughters Shiloh and Ivy treat her as part of their family and spoil her like we do. Maggie May is a lovely, gentle dog. Zoey is a beautiful person and loves the dogs she cares for. We had the absolute pleasure of having Happy Hounds care for our beloved Chester on our wedding day, and I can't recommend them enough! From the first interaction to the big day itself, Natalie’s professionalism & seamless communication gave us complete peace of mind. We were even able to arrange a meet & greet with Nicola the day before the wedding, which helped him get comfortable and familiar with her. Nat at Happy Hounds looked after our two American Staffies boys at our wedding! She was very reliable & great communication leading up to our big day. We did a meet and greet a few months prior and I was very happy with how comfortable the dogs seemed to be with her from that meeting! She picked up our boys from our house, drove them to location and looked after them for 5+ hours before taking them home and feeding them and putting them to bed! Happy hounds was reasonable in pricing, but to me the peace of mind in having our fur babies at our wedding and so well cared for is priceless! I couldn’t have had my wedding day without them and Happy Hounds made that happen!
We used Happy Hounds for a few days before Christmas and New Year and were a bit nervous having never had anyone but friends or family look after our dogs before. However - there was absolutely nothing to be nervous about! All communications were clear, the portal is so easy to use and overall the process was a dream. We cannot say enough nice things about Kristina. She treated our boys like absolute kings, we had twice daily updates - including photos and videos - from her and it was clear our house and our fur babies were in extremely capable hands. Outstanding service, we have daily drop ins when we are at worm and have had many sleepovers for our two dogs. I can see the absolute joy in their faces when they see their happy hounds faves. Dogs don't fake that! The team have gone out of their way to help us out when we have been delayed getting home. Highly recommend for excellent care of your pets!
First time user and couldn't have been happier. All of Milos walkers were lovely and kept me updated when they were coming and sent me updates and pictures of how the walks went. Gave me comfort knowing that he was well looked after. Milo looks forward to seeing you all again soon.
For anxious pets, and owners, your company and Hollie were a godsend! My pets (who normally only like us) were so happy and relaxed with Hollie at the meet and greet. We covered everything in person and I felt so relaxed. The updates and photo gave me so much comfort and I was able to go away for my wedding, knowing they were cared for and loved.

Highly recommend Animal Kingdom Lodges!!! I had to travel interstate with almost no notice and the lovely family at Animal Kingdom took my Chip in as their own for the few days I was away. The communication was unbeatable and I was given little updates on Chip’s antics. He came home super happy and I will happily take Chip here again
We are so happy to have found the family at Animal Kingdom ... Seriously the best. Bernie (our Maltese ShihTsu 16 week puppy) stayed for 5 days and came back to us so happy, and better socialised than ever. We were really happy with “Don’t fret Pet” excellent service matched Bella our cavalier cross beagle with a lovely couple who really looked after her. Bella had a lovely holiday and they sent photos of her with their dogs enjoying walks and having an afternoon nap.
Excellent experience using Don't Fret Pet, the staff who contacted me to arrange my pet sitter were helpful, polite and friendly and very patient with my requirements. They also placed my dog with a lovely family who I could trust to care for our older lady Cleo. We would highly recommend Don't Fret Pet.
