We had an incredible experience with Carol & Rob, who were hands down the best house sitters ever! We were impressed with their professionalism & attention to detail. They took the time to understand our specific requirements & preferences, making us feel comfortable entrusting them with our house & our dog Tucker. They genuinely cared about giving us a personalized & seamless house sitting experience, & it truly showed. They treated our dog so well, ensuring he had plenty of playtime, exercise, and love. We received regular updates & the cutest pictures of them bonding with Tucker while we were away. We felt confident that he was in the best possible hands. When we got home our neighbours commented how friendly they were & how often they were out walking our dog. They also took exceptional care of our home. They went above & beyond to maintain its cleanliness & tidiness. They even took care of tasks like watering our plants, cutting & fertilizing our lawn. Our house looked even better than when we left. Kat and Frank were excellent house sitters and I would thoroughly recommend them. They are a very warm and organised couple, who took great care of Rusty. They left the house very tidy and they kept me up to date on how everything was going. They even bought me a gift of some cheese from the Netherlands, which I was not expecting. This was not a straightforward sit for them for a couple of reasons but they proved to be very resourceful and patient. Firstly, because of the wet weather, there was a short circuit in the electricity. We worked with Kat and Frank to isolate the problem with the electricity tripping, which must have been very annoying for them. They didn't complain once about the problem. Secondly, I was very worried about Storm Ciaran passing through whilst we were away, especially because Rusty spends a lot of time outside. Kat and Frank prepared the garden as much as they could for the forecast high winds and kept Rusty in as I asked. He wasn't very happy about it but I was so grateful that I knew he was safe. I had complete trust in them. Thank you so much, Kat and Frank!
