We were so pleased with Achala and Ben caring for our 9 yr old dog, Tallula and our elderly cat Rosy. We were away for 9 weeks and returned to an extremely clean flat and our bed freshly made up. Both Rosy and Tallula were looking great, both groomed and clean too. Achala and I agreed how often we would communicate and negotiated a few other bits and pieces, which she kindly honoured and communicated well with us whilst away. We had a follow up face to face where Tallula gave Achala such a welcome, demonstrating they were both very fond of each other.
