Mary Ann and Jim are truly amazing hosts! They were very generous and thoughtful throughout our stay in every regard. Scout is an amazing dog as well. She absolutely loves to be near people and is so conscientious, sweet, and adorable. The home is incredibly beautiful—located right on the water amongst the mountains—and is very clean and comfortable. We loved sitting outside with Scout every evening and watching the sunset. We absolutely recommend this sit and hope to watch Scout again one day!
This was a lovely sit. Gus and Turtle have entirely different personalities and I enjoyed getting to know them. Gus, being semi-feral, was a bit skeptical of me when I arrived, but relaxed over time when I gave him space and allowed him to come to me when he felt ready. He is one of the largest cats I’ve ever seen, and can be a charmer — especially around dinner time, when he twirls near the closet door where his food is kept. Turtle was immediately welcoming and is a sweet, easygoing cat with an enchanting purr. They know exactly when mealtime is and are not shy about communicating that they’re ready to eat :) The apartment has massive windows that let in plenty of beautiful Colorado sunshine, as well as a large, comfortable balcony. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and also the neighborhood has multiple great restaurants, and even more delivery options. Chelsea and Coley are awesome humans and were very kind and communicative. The impressive Welcome Guide binder they left on the kitchen counter was one of the most thorough I’ve ever seen! As experienced THS pet owners, they have anticipated every question about their home and cats, and helped me feel very much at home - thank you!
